Design Idea: Bright blue tongue. Silver and blue moving texture mane. Blue and black moving texture tail-tip. Left eye is fully red and glowing. Right eye is a  ice-blue and has contracted slit. Markings are silver and the same as seen in the image(Same thing with pelt color). Left forepaw is black.
