Okay, so this is my first time asking for help on presets, but... this has never happened to me before.

So I make this adorable preset yeah? It shows up in the preset maker, lovely, everything is correct, coding and all. I'm happy. So I export the bugger, and my name is all typed out correctly and everything. All's good.
BUT
When I go into the character creator and put it on... my character is all white. Nothing shows up!! ;A;

But then, when my friend tried to export it on her computer, under her name, it looked perfect. So she exported it for me, with my username typed in, but when I tried to put that one on, I still looked white as a marshmallow.
Please tell me... what can I do!? ;A;

I've made many presets before and this is certainly a problem.  Is it because I have a new computer with windows 8 now?

please help me~ <3

Hm, very strange. Are you sure you are clicking on the right preset number? (Though you probably are.) Go and check your presets folder (FeralHeart > Presets), and is the preset file there?

That happened to me once and honestly I'm not entirely sure why it happens. The two solutions I tried that worked for me was moving the preset to an entirely different folder and exported from there. That got it to work fine but later on after I got tired of derpy glitches in my game I just uninstalled and reinstalled since that fixes pretty much everything lol. Try the folder switch first. You could also try closing your game and then reexporting the preset.

yeah everything is correct, and it appears in my preset folder. so everything looks normal.

I will definitely try moving it to a different folder. Rather glad to see it's not just me. xD
But of course if that doesn't work, I'll go with the fall back of redownloading FH.

Just be sure to back up your presets, screenshots, and maps if you do decided to go with the uninstalling and reinstalling bit.
