Help!

My mate needs some help, He plays FeralHeart, But FeralHeart did something and now his computer is messing up, He can't go on youtube, WolfQuest, or FeralHeart because FeralHeart did something to his computer? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are ye' sure it's Feralheart alone? I highly doubt it as it sounds more like his internet connection or it could be he caught some type of virus. I'd advise him to run an anti-virus sweep and check his own connection as, again, I highly doubt this is Feralheart's doin' alone in my personal opinion.

I highly doubt FH did anything like that to his/her PC. This sounds more like a virus, or something that just derped. If Youtube won't respond, maybe it's a possible graphics issue. Tell your friend to restart, and make sure all graphics cards are new/updated.

What exactly happens? Do programs crash?

Also, scan the PC with MalwareBytes. (Link) This could be a virus, but not likely.

Edit: Added link. Scan the PC with the free trial. I'd scan it imediatally, that way the possible virus can't cause anymore damage. If you need anymore assistance with viruses or anything of the sort, PM mah. ^^

Try to unistall Fh. Delete from your hard driver, and then re-download everything.
Also place the needing files from Fh, to another file. For ex. (Maps, presets, textures, items, meshes, etc.) If it dosen't help, imform me again, and I'll try to help you. ^.^

Normal Wifi shouldn't restrict Youtube/Feralheart/WolfQuest from connecting from their servers. BUT, if it is turning off periodically, maybe that's the issue. Tell your mate to move closer to a signal. And try not to use a free Wifi service.

And, does it crash or just not respond? Does it fail to connect to server? Please add more detail.

That sounds like a connection issue. Tell him to only keep FH open alone. Any other programs open uses bandwidth, which makes FH slower and not respond.
