Sam let go of David's hand for a second and against her better judgement, she grabbed the two assault rifles off the guards and followed in human form. She saw father and daughter up ahead as wolves, and just kept running. But she had to stop when something hard rammed into her side. She looked up after a moment of dizziness to see the grill of a pickup truck. Men began to climb out of the cab and she groaned before getting back on her feet before running after the others, a little bit slower than before. She slung the guns over her shoulder and ran faster, the throbbing pain in her chest increasing greatly as she pushed faster. That's defiantly going to leave a bruise... she thought to herself. As they ran, she slowly saw began to see the cabin's shape, but lost sight of David and Megan. She didn't even blink when she passed a girl with glowing gold eyes.
