I usually think of them on my own, like Thian, Taimu, Thyme (lots of T's I know >.<).
Either that or I go to Google Translate and type in an element or something and see what it turns into on another language.

Some of mine are made up, and other are names are just those I liked from books, movies and the like and used.  Sometime names came from just typing random letters and seeing what came out.
When the path ends, keep going forward and make a new trail.

Most of mine are from a range of languages (Cornish, Icelandic, Welsh and Swahili.) but I can make random ones up from mashing sounds together.

I don't like to name my characters obviously. Like, a sweet character won't be named honey. Instead, I use a baby-name site that gives you the meaning of the name! According to it, Batu means loyal, so my loyal wolf character is Batu! I believe Liam means lost/broken, and one of my least sane characters had that name.
