I need help with this.

So i tried to log onto FH on the site it worked with my info. i tried to  for the game. it DIDNT work. it gave me its like "incorrect user anme or password 5 tries then ban" wht does that mean.. its the SAME account..  can anyone help me?

I really need help i logged in and it says registerd area what does that mean?

Is your username more than 15 or 16 characters, Foxiee? If so, that's most likely your problem. I recommend makin' another one with less than that and see how that goes.

IF what Pixel has said did not solve your problem, then make sure your caps-lock is not on, and try to type it slower so you dont mess up. hHope this works for you.

So you're telling me, that if my username is 16 characters long that I'm off the game ? Great... Now i need to wait 'till the registration will be avaible again...

Sadly, yes. That would be the case.
If your account name is over 16 characters, it will not work in-game.
You'll have to wait for registration to open again.

Looking at the bright side.
You'll have time to get more familiar with the forum and people on here.

I wish it was a more simple and faster way for you to get a new account.
Check the forum regularly and I'm sure it will open soon.
Remember that the registration times are random.
Once it's open, it stays open for two hours.
