Incorrect Password or Username...?

Hi! I'm a new member here on FH but i have been wanting an account for a VERY long time, registration finally opened yesterday so I got an account and downloaded it, but its not working! And my user is 18 characters long...
I use a PC and needed some help!

Arr, you said your user is 18 characters long? I'm afraid you'll have to make a new account then. Make sure when you catch the registration open, make sure your username and password are both below 16 characters, and don't include any exotic symbols such as %, ?. etc. The registration opens everyday for about 2 hours, and make sure you have a free, unused email ready! Also, make sure you look at this for the future:

1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

Yea, but I have one more question, when its your first time playing, would the login thing take a day to actually work? My friend told me that happened to her,

No problem! I wish you luck catching the registration open! It's good to refresh the page every hour or so to see if it opened.
Hmm, do you mean when you go into the game and enter in your password/username or when actually registering? If you mean when entering your user and password in game and you get that little box that pops up (this, basically: http://i60BannedImageSite/s60sub.png ) and it takes as long as a day, it shouldn't do that unless you have a bad internet connection or your firewall isn't letting the game connect to the server. If you mean actually registering, that shouldn't take a day unless you wait to activate your account via the link you get in your email.

Yea when I get into the game, it says Connecting to Front Server then it accepts, but then it says incorrect password or username. No, it doesn't take a day for that, my friend told me that after I make an account, and if I try logging in the same day I created the account it wouldn't work, so apparently she said to log on the next day. But my account has a problem anyways. If anything else goes wrong I think I'll post again but thanks for telling me! ;-)

If your password has any caps in it, make sure to add those, if you made them with several caps and made it all lowercase, it will not work, its very piggy, try that and get back to me. c:
