black background

I saw that a lot of people have such a problem in feral heart +  I have this problem in the normal fh
the problem is fairly well known, when I go to play I do not see the background
when i choosing a  characters I see black background do not see the waterfall only  characters on any map i see a black background

and on the site where i log, i do not see trees etc only the river and fields
does anyone know how to fix it, step by step instructions please

I'd recommend changing your game's rendering system to start off- even though it might not work it doesn't hurt to try. Here's a tutorial on it:

First, go into C: > Feralheart. If you look at the FH main folder, you will see a flie called:
'orge.cfg'
Click it, and open it with 'NOTEPAD'.

Look at the first two lines in the orge.cfg file. That is where you change your rendering system.

If you followed everything that was typed and the instructions in the pictures, you should have successfully switched your rendering system.

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend reinstalling the game from here because it sounds like some of the game's files have been deleted or edited: -click- If you do decide to reinstall, make sure you save any presets, custom maps, etc somewhere else!

I did it but the game did not want to open, i did reinstall but still is black
