Oh I remember another! Paint.net but I think it costs moneyz... and also Paint but I don't think you can download it I think you have to have a 2007 windows computer or whatever laggy thing I have *slaps computer* you could also use the Deviantart Muro if you have a deviant art cause it's freeeeeee XD although it's not that good in my opinion.

Oh yus paint.NET is free I actually just found a download for it that says

Paint.NET is free image and photo editing software for PCs that run Windows.-

so yus Paint.NET is free here is a link to the site http://www.getpaint.net/ cause if you just look up Paint.net as a site you get taken to somebody's painting job website ._.

I use Paint.NET. Last time I checked, it was free. But, it's suppose to be for editing and touching up pictures, but I still draw on it anyways. This is what I can do on there. xD

It's simpler than GIMP, but more complex than the default Paint. Hopefully you'll like this. xUx

You can use deviantart Muro on iPad too. And ms paint on laptop, which isn't very good
