I think I over strained my vastus lateralis muscle in my left leg from working out. It's been two days since and it hurts like a mofo, even when I'm sitting still. When I walk on it, I get wobbly and it feels like all of my upper thigh muscles can't figure out the proper tension. Like, my leg has a hard time trying to use a proper posture and it ends up popping my knee back to keep my leg up (a very bad way to walk), and it's hard to control which is weird. I probably tore it a bit or something... I just hope it heals soon. x-x I want go back to the gym and do more cardio and weights.

I 'ave recently b'come obsessed with playing Uncharted. Ye can't get any better than playing as a parkour-ninja master, gun toting, tomb raiding, historian that kicks butt and finds long lost /and sometimes cursed, wait, practically always cursed/ treasures.

This is why I love the Play Station.
