Yes hello, I am posting this for my boyfriend and best friend who recently registered within the last 30 minutes for Feral Heart. Apparently they both registered and when they went to check their emails and follow the activation link a message came up on the home screen saying
The system is unable to find a user with the given activation string. The account may already be activated or their activation code has expired. If it has expired, you need to re-register with this site.
However they checked their email shortly after getting the notification about the activation link. So it wasn't expired. They tried logging in and it said that their accounts haven't been activated either. So what can I do to help them?
