Tiel's "Winter Soldier" Preset

My first preset attempt. Took me forever (and three or four thousand help threads) to actually figure it out. Also works on feline base. I guess if anyone's interested in a download, I can figure out how to make one... Anyway, tell me what you think! Helpful suggestions and friendly criticism always welcomed.
