You go into the profile tab and there should be a place where you can upload a file or use a direct link.
If you're choosing to use the direct link, then go to: tinypic.com and upload your picture and then select(copy) the box that has the direct link in it.
If you use the uploading a file part then you simply click the button and choose a picture from your computer.
