Often times these "hate" threads outside of Feral Heart are from a select few individuals who were banned and have no other way of expressing their frustration than ranting away. These individuals go to other sites to yell because they know that we do not tolerate hateful & disrespectful threads here especially when they know they were rightfully banned for poor conduct etc.
Reading through some of these quotes you've posted I can point out a number of things that are false and or wrongly exaggerated.
1.) Registration and how often it opens etc- Many users continue to fuss that registration never opens or that when it does it's only open for five minutes or less once a month. This is false because it opens numerous times within a month sometimes twice in one day or several days in a row. Although I'm unable to be on FH all day I have caught the registration open numerous times within my short spans online. When registration opens it also stays open for two hours straight. Registration was made to work this way for many reasons, one of which is to keep strain off the server from folks who think it's necessary to create 20 or more accounts. (Trust me there are many users with ridiculous amounts of accounts. Some users decide to make new usernames just because they're into some new fandom etc) This kind of thing strains the server after a while due to the amount of extra unused accounts sitting around. Think about each account and the characters saved on those accounts etc. Unnecessary data much? Indeed. So registration may seem like a slight inconvenience but it is this way to ensure that the server works well for everyone.
(Bluntly said it's not our problem if people aren't checking in often enough to catch it. It doesn't take even half a minute to check.)
Proof of my point. Here are just a few of the times I caught it last month alone:

Many of these people complaining on other sites are grossly misinformed about the way of community, game, & staff works. Most of those people spent countless hours of their FH time never going anywhere near the site and thus remaining uninformed about the true nature of the goings on of the community. These are the people that just rely on hear say and rumors for their information about FH.
It's easy to paint something out as all bad when you also only tell one side of a story. Most complaints you see online about FH are about getting banned for no reason. These people will make up some sob story like:
"I was just sitting on a rock in Fluorite and then I said nuggets and got banned for a year

The FH mods are soo bad! They banned me for nothing! "
Whoever actually believes this nonsense is a fool. Yes I said it. You're a naive fool if you buy this kind of rubbish. No one gets banned for such stupidity. Users get banned for, disrespect & breaking rules. If you're swearing, harassing others, spreading hate, talking about explicit content, engaging in suggestive behavior, continuously spamming, bad mouthing staff or others, etc you're most likely going to get banned. When little kids get in trouble with their parents what's the first thing they always say when confronted about their poor behavior?
Did you do something bad?
"Idk." or "I didn't do anything!"
Then when they get punished:
"I hate you mom and dad!"
-insert numerous tantrums here"
No one likes to get punished. But sadly if you're breaking rules you're telling us staff that you don't care about the community and you deserve to be punished. Never once will these people admit to what they did wrong so instead of humiliating themself by telling the truth they decide to blame their mistake on us staff.
The only reason why these people get away with their lies is because we staff respect everyone's privacy and we try to stay professional by not publicly revealing the context behind their bans with incriminating screenshots etc. If this was done we'd see quite another story than what so many try to make you believe.
Another reason for these "banned for no reason" complaints is because on rare occasions glitches, trouble shooting, faulty accounts, improperly activated accounts, or connections to other accounts can cause bans on innocent peoples' accounts. In these cases if these people would come to us staff to address the issue rather then ranting we could possible resolve their bans. It's sad that so many impatient people automatically blame us for an issue we did not cause because as I've said before,
We DO NOT ban people for no reason. All bans have valid and logical reasons as do their lengths.
While no community or staff team is perfect I can guarantee you that ours is NOT corrupt or uncaring as some will try to make you believe.
So the point in all this really is it is great to stay informed about what goes on and there is nothing wrong with sharing opinions etc but do not be naive and believe everything you read out there. Look to credible sources. Find things out for yourself and create your own ideas about things.
Do not eat people's waste.
(This is a general statement btw not just directed at you)
