I've never used Inkscape but if you're looking for a program similar to GIMP and PS, check out FireAlpaca. It's completely free and works fantastically!!

You are amazing <3

Well tbh I have never heard of inkscape  but I do know that older versions of photoshop are offered for free on their website, which could be somewhat helpful...?

Personally, I have tried four programs:
Inkscape
Sketchbook Pro
Gimp
Photoshop (Version unknown)

And Gimp honestly worked the best with photoshop close behind it.
Inkscape work does not seem to translate well.
I am not greater then anyone else, nor am lesser.
We are equals.
Every one of us.

Thanks, I tried to load Gimp but my computer says it cant open the files, plus the downloaded file looks weird. I really want Gimp to work on my computer, but the only way is to try choose a program to open the file and we did that once and it ruined the computer :(

Oh, and does Photoshop Elements work too?

Yes it is! I use it often for small projects.

But what about huge and complicated projects?

Well, it should suffice, however, the free photoshops are outdated yet still functional versions which can basically achieve what you desire, through a longer process than the newer versions.

Ok, thanks, I was planning on getting the new Photoshop elements 13, not the older outdated ones, unless of course these are considered outdated?
