Downloaded but Stopped Working?

Heya Fellow Ferals,

So I recently got a new computer with Windows 8 (And a touch screen, not bragging but it could be why, maybe, I'm not able to open/play the game) and when I went to download the game everything went fine. However, when I then tried to open the game, it immediately crashes and says "Feralheart has stopped working", gives me a "Windows would like to report this issue..." thing and then closes the game.

So I guess what I'm asking is: Is there a way that I can access this game through my new computer, or does it not work with the newer computers like the one I'm on. If I can access it, does anyone have any tips that could help?

Well I have Windows 8 as well and it works fine for me. Make sure when you downloaded the game that you did it correctly. Your user can't have special signs like > < or something so this may caused the crash, not sure though.

You could try to download it again, maybe it's simply a glitch and it causes to crash. Not a big help <->

I have repeatedly installed and uninstalled Feral Heart in hopes that it'd start working. However, my problem doesn't lie with my username, because I had access to this game before on an older laptop. My issue is before I even get to the main server page, before I even get to the log-in screen.

Basically, the second I try to open the game, it just crashes... So... Yah.
