Scrolling Preset Speed

Hello there!
I've recently figured out how to create a scrolling preset! Yay ~
However, I seem to have hit a snag...The image, or 'scroll' goes extremely fast, more so than I would like. Tinkering with the scroll_anim 1.0 1.0 does not seem to work. I am clearly doing something wrong x3 If anyone could direct me (Like I am five please <3) on how to edit this, it would be greatly appreciated!

I am not very familiar with scrolling presets or manes. Though I found this link with codings for it and tutorials on how to do it. Not certainly sure if this is what you search.

Basically you can edit the scroll_anim to whatever you desire, as it is mentioned at the end of the post.

To edit it, you need to open the certain part of the preset in Notepad. If you don't have it already, there are plenty of free downloads for this. ^^'
