Ingredient has more couches to choose from as well as planet Earth, though you're looking for a picture of Earth ye? Ingredient's Meshes and Particles

As for making signs, Thierry has some sign meshes in that thread I linked you to. The signs download comes with Instructions on how to create your own lit'le sign and where to type up your words.
