Keyboard glitch? (Lock please)

So, this would only happen maybe after an hour in-game, but now it's becoming more like every three minutes.

When I hit "a", it becomes "q" or "h" becomes "n", and it does this with everything. Please help...?

This happens to me a lot when I'm roleplaying.
Suddenly " becomes @, and | becomes ~, and ~ becomes something else I don't know that isn't on the keyboard.

It fixes itself when I restart my computer, but that's the only method I know on how to fix it.

The reason this happens is because your keyboard often gets set to a different language, thus causing the characters to be rearranged and would explain the addition of ones that wouldn't be seen on a normal English keyboard. To fix it, you could try restarting your computer as mentioned before me, or you could check out this guide and see if that works as well. If the issue remains, then it could be a hardware issue or your keyboard is simply broken to which you may have to go out and buy another one. Hopefully not, and hopefully this issue goes away soon.
