Unable to get into the game!

I tried getting my game up and it says 'Failed to connect to front server', even though I'm connected to the server. How come it won't let me in? Am I blocked or is this happening to everyone else not just me? Please help me as soon as you read this poll. Thank you.  :( :o :'(
