Is this happening to anybody else?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I'm kinda new to this forum. I've been trying to connect to the game for a while, and all it says is, "Failed to connect to front server." What does this mean?? How can I fix it?? Help please :(!

Have you tried logging into the new log-in page? If not, simply go here to access it. Keep the page opened and minimized while you play the game.

Also, moving this over to the Game Help board since the Discussion boards should generally introduce a topic to discuss, rather than a place to seek help. c:
