Cant Login at all

To add on to what everyone else has been saying, make sure you keep your login page open and in the background, don't minimize it. Also, sometimes the login page needs a url refreshing plugin set to refresh every 25 seconds to keep the page from logging you out. I don't know if that is necessarily your problem, but this may help, who knows?
