It's located around the southwestern district of Toronto, there's another one in Ontario too, but it only opens in the summer. Be sure to bring your friends along!

Of course, but you'll have to find the attack button, if you can't find it just uninstall and re-download  Feral Heart over and over again until it appears. It may take a few  tries.
