Needing a C.o.Y rp preset!

I need a preset of The Lady of Kurai (yes? Am I right? Nvm xD) for tne Creatures of Yugure roleplay. This includes scrolling/moving and fixed mane.

Detailed description of character: The moon is on the left side only. All of the yellow markings are moving (the eye don't need to, just try to draw it a bit shiny ^^) She has a mane. The tail will be cat-like, so the stripes should be just normal. She HAS WINGS in the same colour as a pelt.
Any scars or burns? If so, where and how big?: Nope ^^
Any missing limbs? If so, which ones?: Nope
Canine or feline?: Canine
