This is probably the heat of the moment, but it'd just be 'coffee mom'. Simple and unoriginal but it has become a trademark of mine. x'D Or perhaps something spooky like 'neighbour in the attic' ovo

Edit: apparently I've been given the title "awkwardly warm slippers" by other members.

My custom title? Hm... probably Princess of Pain, based on one of my really old OCs that I still kinda use every now and then c'x

(Also, one of my many IRL nicknames is princess, sooooo heh)

I would probably choose heart of thorns, it sounds pretty cool and can have a lot of deep meanings.
