Hi my ex girlfriend changed her password to her game and website and now she can't log in at all why?

I've heard that you can't change your password for the game itself because that's set forever.

As for her problem, has been a long while since she last joined? Usually after a year or so, the account gets removed.

The site is a little weird with changing things.
I've attempted to change my email and password a few times, but for some reason I haven't been successful.

If her and I are having the same problem, then she should be able to just use her old information to login.

Was she able to log in before she changed her password? If so, have her try logging in with her old password. It's possible that she had only changed her forum password, rather than the actual game password, in which logging in with the new password into the game would not work. If she tried changing her password through the "Profile" tab on the forum, this will not change her game password. To change your game password, you can go to the Forgot Your Password function, located inside of the golden box on the website, have an e-mail sent to the email address that you signed the account up with, and change the password from there.

Be sure that her username doesn't exceed the 16 character limit, as well, as this can cause her not to be able to connect to the server.

As Warriorstrike has stated, there is a legit way of changing your password for both the forum and the game, but it must be done a certain way. A while ago I had changed the password on my other account because I thought it was hacked into, I couldn't login when I was sure my info was right. I changed the password and was successfully able to use it ingame, it just took me a day's wait for it to take effect. If she follows the steps Warrior has listed then she should be able to play once again.
