Have you considered opening your Task Manager (assuming you're on Windows), and checking the usage and Disk while running the launcher? The column will come up as red or orange if it is overloaded.
You can also make sure there are no background apps or unnecessary programs running and you can close them.

The download is actually here on this site ( a.k.a the forums ). When you click the download in the tab above it should take you to a list of downloads from you to choose from. I wasn't talking about the game itself I was asking if you downloaded the game from here ^^

I know the game download is on the site... I just can't download it from the site at the moment since my laptop is being really weird and will not let me get onew the site.

Right now I am using my phone to get on it because of this.

No, I have not though of that.. Is it a certain windows type that does it? Because, mine is a Windows 10 Demo.

Okay, I'll be sure to try to see if that will help once this download finishes. I am currently redownloding through setup from the site to see if it is any files that could have been corrupted or gone missing/or have been repeated. But on the anti-virus scan, I am not able to do one on my laptop due to the subscription to the scanner ending.
