Not Connecting To Front Server

So I tried to get on FH before updating and it did the same exact thing. "Connecting to front server..." and then "Failed to connect to front server." It's doing this after I have updated as well. I've closed the game and tried multiple times but it's not connecting and I truly don't know why.

Have you reset your character's homes a few times and then sent them home via user panel?

Currently, unless you have the new update, you will not be able to get into the game. If you do happen to have or get the update, make sure you are logging onto the "Play Game" tab on your browser first before logging into the game itself.

Also keep in mind that the game may be a bit full and this could be causing some issues.
