Failed to connect to front server for the past week!

Greetings, I have been reading through a ton of different topics, youtube tourorials and everything and haven't found a solid answer or solution to a problem I've been experiencing since Friday last week which I have yet to sort out.
Anyway getting back to the topic ever since last Friday I have not been able to get onto Feral heart because every time I have tried to login past the start page it comes up with 'Failed to connect to front server' and yes I have the feral heart login tab open with no other tabs open, I have checked my internet connection and reset the router, Yes I waited until there was barely anyone online, I spent hours going through and checking my firewall which is allowing access to feral heart, and yes I reset ALL my characters homes and sent them there like 3 times, I opened the login tab and logged in before I opened my Feral heart application, I re-installed the game and got the new updated version. I even brought a windows computer today and tried to use that instead of my mac thinking that could possibly be the problem and it's the exact same problem that happened with the 'failed to connect to front server' stuff! I set everything up did the same thing I did on my mac and nothing has changed. I've seen a few posts that FH isn't working in Brazil? I don't live in Brazil but Australia so is it something to do with why I can't connect to the front server? I would very much appreciate help that anyone could provide, I love FH so much and I'm in groups that I can't access because of this problem which isn't good. Thanks

Have you tried using a different browser for your login tab?

People being effected by cloudflare are indeed in Brazil and other areas.
It has been looked into and is possibly still being looked into.
Hopefully something will get sorted out ^.^

I'm not sure if this is a regional thing or just a little glitch with how the Play Game tab system works.

I just had this happen to me with nothing working to help solve the problem for about an hour.

What did work for me was to log into the forums, logout then go to the Play Game Tab, log in there then log back out. Then I logged into the forum, then the Play Game tab and finally opened up FeralHeart and it let me connect to the front server.

Not sure if this will work for you but I thought I would share anyways :]

Regarding all three replies; Yes I have tried using multiple different browsers ranging from internet explorer to google chrome as well as firefox and that doesn't seem to be solving the problem, Thanks though . Yes I hope something gets sorted out soon, I'm hoping it's something to do with some certain countries not being able to get onto Fh because they cam probably fix the problem. I'm sure the team is trying their best. I tried what you mentioned but unfortunately the same results with failing to connect to the front server, thanks though!

Well, on june 9th I was having problems with connecting even to the site itself, and guess what? I live in Brazil! I couldn't even create my account back then ;-;

Don't worry fluff. On the 9th, both the site and game were down for a while due to server maintenance.
I'm sure things should be alright for you from now on.
