EDIT: If Hakumi's version doesn't work f'er ye, this is how I normally post screenshots:

There's a tool on most computers called a "snipping tool." It looks like a pair of scissors cutting out an oval of some sort or perhaps another sort of shape. Click that and highlight the area of choice that ye wish to take a screenshot of. Ye can upload screenshots to photobucket.com and use the Image URL and paste it in a code box like so "[img*][/img*]". Remove the "*" when using the code.

Tinypic.com is a website that allows ye to upload images and it gives ye links to use in websites like this one, allowing ye to share images of art, screenshots, pictures, and et cetera. Just 'bout the same as photobucket.

I've known photobucket to be a little laggy when trying to upload a decent amount of photos, but nothing like what y'er explaining. I don't use tinypic ever so I don't 'ave any knowledge on that website. Try Google Images? Ye can use y'er Google Plus account (if ye 'ave one; if not, they're free to make if y'er interested) to upload images and use the image URLs like photobucket and tinypic.
