when I try to play as oen of my characters it never lets me play...

Have you tried resetting your characters locations? c:

Login here

You'll see a box with the names of your characters. Beside each one, click "reset home" then "go home". You must do this for every character and "reset home" must be clicked first

1.) Reset characters to home. You can access that by clicking the "Home" page, logging in to the thing next to the FH banner and click "User Panel", login there again, and it'll show up.
2.) Make sure your "Play Game" tab is working right.
3.) If it's a preset, make sure that's working right too.
