Map not loading after the update.

So this is my first time opening FeralHeart after the update. I had no problems logging in and selecting my character. However, as soon as I start the game, I keep getting this error saying that the map won't load.

This is the error that shows up for me:


I know it's hard to see, but it says "Failed to connect to map server." Any suggestions?

Make sure you are resetting your character's homes and sending them there.

Also I notice your chat boxes are transparent. You can fix that by changing your rendering system. IT will let you see everything better. xD

If the transparency issue keeps happening after you change your rendering subsystem, it could be that you're missing one of the interface textures in which a reinstall would fix.

Thank you. Although I was able to fix the transparency issue, I wasn't able to fix the game. Unfortunately, it got worse once I reset my characters' homes. Even though I made sure I logged into the game on the FH website, it's now not connecting to the front server.

And you made sure you sent them home as well?

If you have to, try making a new character to see if you are able to connect that way.
