What happened to legendary markings and items?

I just redownloaded FH on a different computer and was about to set it up and add mass markings and items, when I discovered the pages were missing. I can't find sephalovable's deviantart and links to the page get error 404. Does anyone have information on what happened and/or the download links?

Those packs have been taken off of DeviantArt, you'll need to use the mediafire links or obtain it some other way, like maybe have a backup of it.
