I've been having the same problem, not even the login from the "user panel" works!

As I told the others, it would be best for you to message a staff member. There have been a lot of account related issues lately and they are better suited at dealing with those problems. The only other advice I can give you is to check your emails for any kind of reset email (as I instructed the others).
