Could you tell me which ones to turn of specificaly? o_o My dad is freaking out because I'm not sure which ones to turn off and he doesn't want my computer to die and never return. xD

Well I'm not sure exactly what ones to turn off, but I turned off everything but the ones in the "Computer Protection" section and turned the "Network Protection" and "Web Protection" off and it let me do it that way. Norton is very annoying with it's false threats.

Well, I've looked around my Norton and I'm not finding the buttons you're describing. I've found a different button that sounds like it does the same thing but I'm unsure. It's called, "Stateful Protocol Filter" which it blocks the suspicious applications that try to connect to your computer. Would that be the right one?

Kae, that sounds like it'd do the same thing. If it doesn't, I suggest looking for those buttons again. Otherwise, I don't see another way of downloading, than uninstalling Norton, and I don't think that's necessary X3
