Did you receive any kind of activation email? Check the spam/junk folders of your email program just to double check the email with the activation link didn't get put in any of those folders.

You can create the account and wait a while, perhaps a day, and check your email. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder and make sure you don't have the FH activation email blocked.
