Cant login to feral heart

I will try my best to help this problem get solved. Have you opened your tabs to let you enter the game? You may want to check your Wifi connection. If that doesnt work, You may want to change rendering system by going into the FH folder and change it into OpenGL or maybe try doing an ENB mod (Using notepad) If none works, You may have to change your username to see if it still works, sadly. You can also try reinstalling FH and check your computer security because I have had some things pop up on my computer and say Feralheart.exe is not a safe file. You may also try rebooting your computer.

I can log in into the game, but when I choose a character, it says "Failed to connect to map server. Retry?"

It may be best if you create your own help thread su that this one doesn't get cluttered, but try resetting your characters' home on-site.

First of all, make sure you have downloaded the update, which can be found here: Downloads (If you do not download the update, your character will be in the black map regardless.)

After doing so, go to http://feral-heart.com/login/ and you should see this screen:



Click here.



Log into your account when prompted. You should see a screen with a list of your characters' names, like so.


Select 'Reset Home' for all of your characters, multiple times if you wish. Then, select 'Go Home' for each character.

Go back to http://feral-heart.com/login/ and log into your account straight from there. Without minimizing your tab, open up your updated game and hop on your character. Everything should be good to go! Enjoy exploring!
