Water Material Showing Up White

Hello! I'm working on a massive map project and was wondering if anyone could help me. I've been attempting to change the water material, only for it to show up as textureless, white water. I've made sure everything was typed correctly, put everything where it was instructed, is there anything I may have potentially done wrong?


I'm using both of these packs :

Is it happening with every single one you try or just one in particular?

And just to double check, the texture file goes in media>>textures and the material file goes in media>>materials c:
