This is definitely surprising, but all of this seems fairly reasonable to me. Thank you for being direct and honest with us, I'm happy to see things being cleared up more thoroughly.

Thank you for the update, Raz! I knew that this was still the place that we all call home and that everything will go back to normal.
It gives me great pleasure to extend my warmest congratulations to the new Staff Members on their appointment.
I trust that you will continue to work for the improvement of this community!

It is a relief to finally be seeing some transparency, and to also be seeing some old (also some newer) trusted faces stepping into the roles of staff (some of you for a second time).

The sudden and vague start to this journey has scared and confused many members and it may be hard to gain trust again so easily from some, but it seems you are taking steps in the right direction. Clarifying what is going on, what your plans are, and not leaving things up in the air is going to help us as a community understand and trust you again.

This has been a very jarring change that many are probably still wrapping their heads around, but I’m hopeful for the future. I hope that the air can be cleared between staff and community and I hope that this new plan for transparency works well, it sounds like a good idea.
