What kind of computer works?

I have a feeling that vista does not work with FeralHearts because I have tried to get an account started but it always says connection failed or that I need to do something... but I used a Windows XP and the only thing wrong was I couldn't see anything, thus, not being able to create an avatar. Can anyone tell me what kind of computer they use, which kind of Windows, and what graphics card they have?

  Sounds to me like you simply need to uninstall and reinstall. The only computer that FH has difficulty with is Mac because there is no mac version unless you have some sorta program for that, and the visual problem on your XP could be possibly solved by changing the rendering subsystem.

There are also some bugs going on with the server right now, and a patch that needs to be installed before it will allow you to go online. Make sure you install the patch.
