i lifted my head as a female voice came to my ears, it seemed that i hadn't scented her before. sitting up i listened the conversation, sending glances up where ayame had been sleeping. i must be nuts. i chuckled, i had been a loner all my life and stayed away from females, yet im staying with a few? i am crazy. scratching one ear with my hind paw i saw ayame roll over in her sleep, near the edge. "she's going to fall off that soon" i said quietly and kept an eye on her, a fall like that could hurt her in the state she is in.
Ayame had been secretly listening in on the conversation, hearing phoenix awake she sighed, curling back up at the ledge. yawning she got up and shook her head, she couldn't sleep with so much on her mind. trying her best to not look weaker she trotted down the stair-like slope, and after getting to the bottom she sat her rump down and said. "Phoenix, its nice to see you awake finally"
