In my opinion, that should be optional download. It could cause a ton of lag. Especially in Fluorite.

Since there is IW, I don't feel having prey would be great. It could also cause lag and more arguments about who killed what.
But I do agree with the more detail for maps.
3.
Many problems with this. Not saying it's a bad idea, though. It is very time consuming, and remember, it's the staff that has to do all this and they are limited. There would need to be a staff member for every server created. And the server tends to get grumpy with a lot of members.

I like this idea.
