How do you nuzzle in the game for the others floof-O-meter?

So I posted 12 posts well it says I did and I can't figure out how to do the nuzzle thing in the game and now I posted 13 things since I posted this so I just want to know how to do it I have some really kind friends I want to get their floof-O-meter up

Right below the said user's Floof-O-Meter, it should say Nuzzle.
Just click that, then there ya go!{ I'll Nuzzle you just for the fun of it c: +Floof }

Anywho, I'm not too sure if it matters with the posts or not, but you don't nuzzle people in game, you nuzzle them by clicking the Nuzzle button right before the floof-o-meter of the person you want to nuzzle, but you can only do one per person per day.

Adding on to what the others have said you only get the nuzzle option once you've reached 25 posts on the site and earn the rank of Jr. Member. Currently you can not nuzzle since you're still at newbie status hun ^^
