this may sound weird but what i've been doing is kind of hugging a pillow while laying on it... that probably sounds really weird but it keeps me from turning over most of the night XD

Thanks for the tip, I'll hug my pillow to keep from rolling over. Good advice, and this is very real. Otherwise, please explain why two nubs of bone grew on my shoulders and I have been haves itches, aches and pains.
