« on: February 11, 2012, 11:58:19 pm »the full moon pack
hello young one, welcome to the full moon pack! This tribe is made up of canines , don't be fooled by the rumors that many tell you: "wolves are evil and they will kill a human" and "canines don't live together, work together and trust together", these stories are false. we will accept any canine who needs a home and/or a kind family.
history:
long time ago, there were two packs, one was called the thunder's shadow pack while the other one was called the stargazing pack. When winter came and there were very little prey and herbs, they started to fight until a stargazing pack member, name brightsun, speaked to the star-nines (just like starclan but with wolves), asking them how to stop the deadly war. A white and brown male star-nine wolf, name treestar, told brightsun that may end the war: "the shadow of the thunder and the stargazers will work together and become one, known as the full moon". The war ended when two foolish leaders, clawstar, leader of thunder's shadow pack and mudstar, leader of the stargazing pack got killed when the star-nines letted a tree fall on them, causing the leaders to lose all their lives. The two packs became one pack, known as the full moon pack and brightsun earned her new name, brightstar and nine Lives, granted by the star-nines. This is the age of the full moon pack.

March 17: two new ranks and a new rare element added!
March 22: removed facts and some of the news for more room.
plots:
none (will add the plot, map screenshots and the banner soon)
celebrations and ceremonies:
dawn of the new life: when a littler of pup(s) are born, the pack wait until dawn to hold a ceremony for the newest members. The father and/or the male leader picks up the pups and dip them (not completely, that means no dipping their heads and faces) into the small half moon shaped pond called the half moon pond. Then the pup(s)'s marking(s) will glow, knowing the pack that the pup is born with a element (example: red glowing markings mean the pup is a fire wolf). Then the whole pack comes back home and celebrates by playing games, howling a song or two and eating paw-shaped moon cakes.
Birth of a deformed or markless life: if a wolf pup is born deformed (no tail, crooked paw ect) or it has no markings then the leaders will take it to the half moon pond to know its future. If there is a white ghostly image of the pup as a adult then the pack will have a safe future and the pup will get it's trust (meaning that the pack will treat it like normal members). the pack will also have a celebration for the newest member. If there is a black ghostly image of the pup as adult with blood-red paws then the pack will be in danger if they let it live in the pack so they either kill it, give it to a zoo or some human or worse...let the pup live in their pack.
The night of the full moon: when there is a full moon, the pack has a party to celebrate the birth of the pack and the starnines. At the party/celebration, they eat moon-shaped and/or star-shaped moon cakes, play games, dance, howl, tell stories, tell jokes and more. When the full moon is high, all the wolves howl (the pups, elders and the wounded/sick wolves don't have to do it).
Wedding of the shining stars: when a male and a female wolf wanted to be married, then the leaders will host a wedding in the half moon cave (that's when the half moon is at). The female leader will ask the couple: "before you are married, {male wolf's name}, will you take {female wolf's name} as your wife and {female wolf}, will you take {male wolf} as your husband? If do, then will you promises that you will protect each other and the pups, even it costs your life?" then the wolves barked "I do, I promise that I will protect my pups and my mate, even it costs my life". Then the couple will touch noses (learned this from alpha and omega) and then they will dip their paws at the half moon pond and howl. After that, they will have a party to celebrate the new parents/couple of the pack.
Death of a member: if a member is dead due to battles, wounds, illness, have been murdered, killed by a another animal, have gave birth too early/late or have been eaten/licked poison but couldn't be saved, then the body will be taken to the half moon cave, when the body is layed on top of a rock, surrounded with smaller rocks and a crystal inside a den. The male/female leader saids: "this wolf has died/been killed by {anything that caused the wolf to die} and please guide this member to your home. We will never forget him/her". The body disappeared and they will see a ghosty image of the dead member with wings. The ghosty wolf disappeared and Is guided by a starnine wolf to the starnines' home. the family can stay as long as they want while the others but some of the warriors come home. The warriors that were left behind had to guard the family while they stay in the den. More celabrations coming soon!
elements (powers):
fire: these wolves were born to blend, control and create fire. They can turn a small fire to a huge forest fire and they can live a long time without water or live longer in the hot sun more than any wolf. They have red markings, wings and/ or manes/tufts.

These wolves have black markings, wings and/or manes/tufts. If they are black them they have very dark blue markings.

They have (any kind of) green markings, wings and/or tufts/manes.
Storm: don't be scared of these wolves, they won't bite you. These wolves can control, blend and create many weathers you see. They have dark gray markings, wings and/or tufts/manes.

[rare, leaders only] all elemented: only leaders have this. They can have any markings, wings and/or tufts/manes.
[rare] ghost: unlike the leaders and the medicine wolves, these wolves can go into other wolf's dreams and talk to the star-nines more clearly. They can also go into a animal's body to control them (remember rule 14 please!) and turn themselvesinto ghosts. These wolves have pure white markings.
