Hi!
I downloaded a map, and when I went to open it to place all the files in the right places, it was .fhz and I couldn't open it. I'm wondering what to do. Do I just drag the whole .fhz file into the "exports" folder? Or can I even use the .fhz file? I need a specific answer..

1. Ask for the files to be uploaded or re-install the game.
2. What's your rendering mode? Direct3D9 or OpenGL? If it's OpenGL, I suggest switching.
3. Don't run. Don't jump. WALK. Hold down shift, look at the sky, and walk. It works, I promise.
4. If the game lags, this will happen if you face a large group of people some times.
5. How old if your computer? And what rendering mode are you using?
6. You have to download the new maps and the portals appear in the cape.
Thank you very much. I believe it's in direct3D9. Also my computer is 2 years old. As for the maps, I know that. I downloaded them, and everything is in the right folder. But- no portal. Thanks!

Alright. In the previous threads I've posted, it's either been heavily ignored or my questions weren't answered. Now, I really need it. Here's a list of my problems-
1. The new markings, (excluding eyes, back splotch, german shepard, and hellion) are not visible on the character.
2. When I log off FH once to edit a character or something, FH lags very bad. It already has slight lag when I first open.
3. I can not walk on ANY rocks, or go to the temple of dreams because I fall right through them no matter what.
4. Sometimes FH crashes for no reason
5. Gameplay lags
6. I cannot see the portal for the new maps.
I am also terrified to uninstall as I believe that if I do, when I reopen, the game will not work what so ever.
My computer is a PC windows vista with service pack 2.

Re-installing FeralHeart:
1. Use the "unins000" uninstaller in the FeralHeart folder (AFTER you've saved any important files to a folder outside the FeralHeart one)
2. Delete the FeralHeart folder entirely
3. Now it's kinda up to you if you wanna just re-install FeralHeart with the installers that you already have, or re-download them.
4. Put all saved files back into their new FeralHeart folder.
Uh... question. If I reinstall, will the game not work? I'm very worried it won't...

Alright... so this morning, I went to open FH. Everything went fine. I chose my character, and it was about half way through the usual time it tkaes to load on the splash screen, when bam, a window popped up saying- "FeralHeart.exe has stopped working" then some loading bar loaded and a screen popped up saying that windows could not find a solution to the problem. Also, the new markings that come with the patch, (excluding the eyes and back splotch) won't show up on the character. I am also having a problem where after I log out, Feral Heart lags VERY bad, but then when I close it and re open it, it's fine. Until I log out again...
So as you can see, I'm having loads of trouble. I am terrified to reinstall, as I fear I will completely lose the game. (I mean things such as I won't be able to open it without having it crash upon being clicked) I have no idea what's going on, but I reallllyyy need help.

« on: July 03, 2011, 10:26:50 pm »Only if you get a broken installer. It shouldn't happen, though. Torrent is recommended, as you are not going to get a broken installer that way.I'm very nervous to do it, but once I do I'll let you know if it works. If it does I am very grateful to you~!

Uninstall FH (while making a backup of any maps and/or presets you have made), delete the FH folder, then run the FeralHeart Game setup under official downloads. If you did the download last time, try the torrent, and vice versa.Ok, I'll try as soon as I get an answer to this- When I uninstall, is there a risk that the reinstalled version won't work? (have problems, crash, etc...) if so I'll just go without the markings. <.> Also the eyes do work currently, don't know why they crashed the one time.

« on: June 29, 2011, 04:26:01 am »What do you mean by 'Not Working'?I mean that they aren't visible. Also when I use the new eyes, my game crashes upon entering the fh world! 0-o
Edit- luckily the eyes somehow work now. But I still can't see the markings, and sometimes my game crashes when I try to click them for use! D: I really wish for help...
