Dragons of Kirth
Kirth is a sort of alternate Earth, but it contains all of the life that Earth has, along with something extra--dragons. Before Kirth, dragons just lived in human imagination, but then, they became real when an evolving lizard on Earth split into a different dimension, leaving its normal lizard species on Earth. But the evolving species, now called the First Flyers by the dragons, began to sprout leathery wings. Their body shape changed to suit flying, and they got bigger and bigger. Pretty soon, they split into different breeds of dragons, such as the long-bodied sprinters that live in deserts, or the massive spiky dragons that dwell in the mountains. Each breed of dragon is separated by where they live. Examples are mountain dragons and forest dragons. Then those are separated into different types, which don't have a name, but are often called "names" by physical description. Like a small mountain dragon might call a big mountain dragon a spike-head, or a big-wing. Each dragon calls them different names, because they look different in each dragon's point of view.
But now, man has learned to come into this dimension, and they are invading the lands. They are only at the point of small villages and camps with only up to 10 or 15 people, but they are quickly mastering the art of killing and taming dragons. They snatch dragon eggs and take care of them until they hatch, then raise them until they are big enough to pull carts, ride, or whatever else they would use them for. They prepare weapons and men to defend their camp or village, because they know that the mother dragoness will follow the scent of her egg to them and, unless they are ready, destroy them and take back her egg.
The humans are wreaking havoc in this oasis we call Kirth, but perhaps you can help.You get to be one (or more!) of these dragons, and, unlike most, you get to choose your traits. So go on and make your choice!
RULES:
--NO cussing/swearing
--You may only make up to four characters
--You cannot have 10 in all traits.
--All of the trait numbers must add up to at most 35.
--If your character dies, you cannot bring him/her back to life, unless under correct circumstances. (Ask me about it first, though)
--Be literate. E.G.: She roared, "Wait! No! Stop!" But he had already rammed into the rock.-- Wrong: -roars- Wait! No! Stop! -but he had already rammed into the rock-
--No powerplay or godmod.
--Remember, even though you're dragons, be realistic. You can only have one power, and you must take the time to learn it if you are young. Ask for permission for anything otherwise.
--If you want to be a dragon with the humans, then just say so in the 'Other' section! :)
--Have fun!
~~I might add more rules if I find them necessary~~

WEST KIRTH:
Main Camp (Humans): This home of the most evil humans on Kirth, the dragon-knappers, lays protected by loyal dragons and fearsome humans. These people capture dragons and make them scared of using their power, whether it be breathing fire or spitting fumes. They force them to work under their control, often chopping off or binding their wings so they can't fly away. For dragons that they ride, they choose the youngest, strongest, and most loyal dragons to that task that they trust their life with.
Dragon Training Camp (Humans): This place is a human camp that is centered around training dragons. Some people have a reward system, where they train a dragon to do something and give them something in return. Others have a punishment system: If the dragon doesn't do what you ask it, whip it. If it does do what you ask, their reward is not being whipped.
Mountain Camp (Humans): The Mountain Camp has humans that can endure the tough mountainous regions, and are experienced in hunting and capturing the tough dragons of that region. They are warriors with guns, strong nets, blades, and tranquilizer shots. They know that dragons that live up in the upper regions are sleepy in the lower regions, since they are usually cold-blooded. They often lure cold-blooded dragons lower so they get sleepy.
The Mountains: A tough, snowy region of Kirth with large, powerful dragons.
The Fields: A calm, tranquil spot with quick and often mysterious dragons.
Knucker Forest: A large, varying forest overrun with odd breeds of dragon such as midget dragons and knuckers.
(http://i48BannedImageSite/o0ow4.png)
EAST KIRTH:
S.A.S.D Camp (Humans): These humans work hard to treat dragons right. S.A.S.D stands for Secret and Ancient Society of Dragonology. The Main Camp (look above) often unleashes brutal raids on the S.A.S.D's camp, but they never back down.
Bailey's Desert: The most harsh desert in Kirth, Bailey's Desert has little life at all. Only the toughest creatures, including dragons, ever dare to venture into it.
The Dry Plains: This place is a dry, barren field with small, underground dragons. This place used to be a beautiful savanna, however.
Rocky Shore:The Rocky Shores beside the peaceful Sanctuary Ocean are anything but tranquil. Waves bash against these jagged rocks that offer a hostile realm of floods and storms.
Sanctuary Ocean: The Sanctuary Ocean is a calm body of water, often referred to by lesser-educated dragons as the "Big Water". This ocean is home to thousands of sea dragons.

ACCEPTED! ~Let's begin the roleplay! :D
Kithea flew silently through the rocky mountains, dodging cliffs and falling rocks. She breathed in the fresh scent of the cool breeze flowing in from the fresh-water sea beyond the mountains. She was in a good mood today, mainly because prey was easy to catch and her brother, Kurith, hadn't bothered her--yet. She sighed in amusement as she recalled the last time he had tried to make a snow avalanche hit her. She had dodged it as easily as if it were the average boulder tumbling down the mountain. Kurith had been so angry that she had laughed. Luckily, she didn't live in the same region as Kurith did. Her brother lived higher in the mountains where there was thick snow and low amounts of oxygen, but he liked it. She didn't understand why, but then again, he didn't understand why she would want to live in the bare rocks of the middle of the mountain, or why she liked warm air more than cool air. So she never really pondered the thought of why he liked snow and hard breathing. Now, Kithea didn't think about her brother. She simply flew in the warm currents peacefully.
Kurith stared at a pile of snow on the rocks. He poised himself and spread out his wings. Suddenly, he shot forward and hit the snow head-on. It collapsed and tumbled down the mountain. he heard a small squeal and then an angry roar. As he looked down, he saw two dragons--one a small hatchling and the other a massive mother. The hatchling was covered in snow, but the mother only had some on her head. The mother looked up at him. He smiled.
"Hi," he called down casually.
"Did you do this?" the mother growled, pointing to the snow on her head, and then to her hatchling. Kurith nodded. The mother roared and shot up after him. Kurith laughed and flew away. He could hear the mother's wing beats behind him, but he loved the thrill of the chase. He shot into an icy tunnel and the mother followed. Kurith could hear her breathing.
Gotta find a way out, gotta find a way out... he kept thinking to himself. He looked around the never-ending tunnel, now feeling desperate. finally, he spotted a small hole just big enough for him to fit through. He folded his wings into his side and turned to it. He tried to flatten himself as much as possible, and he closed his eyes.
The next thing he knew, he felt free, cold air on his scales, and he was outside of the tunnel. He slowed down and turned around to see the mother's claw sticking out of the hole. She was roaring with fury. Her claw moved around and clenched, trying to grab Kurith. He laughed at her attempts.
"Pick on someone your own size," he chuckled, and zoomed off.
Laysa kept low, quiet, and still. The buck didn't notice her. She crept forward, but still, the giant male deer didn't move. She crouched lower, keeping completely silent. Her green scales blended in with the surrounding foliage in the forest perfectly. He jaws were open. She was downwind of the buck. it was a perfect situation. She tensed her claws and leaned back on her hind feet. She growled.
Suddenly, she saw a small, green dragon fly out of the bushes, landing on the startled deer and digging its claws in. Laysa, although in fury, kept still and quiet, waiting until the dragon brought the buck down. Once it did, she burst out of the foliage, snarling and lashing her tail. Smoke fumed form her nostrils. She roared.
"Get out of my territory!
The dragon looked up at her and smirked. "Or what?" he scoffed. Exactly what she wanted him to say.
Laysa smirked and leaped into the air, nipping his shoulder and ripping off a few scales. He blew some green gas at her, an, once she smelled it, knew it was acid. But, luckily, he had missed. Laysa roared in fury and shot flames at his weak spot on his shoulder she had just made. The dragon screeched and zipped off, its long tail hitting Laysa in the face. She snorted and clenched her teeth angrily, but knew better than to go after him. She had succeeded.
She leaned down and began to devour the buck.
-
Cynder was in her nest, all alone, no to talk too. She crawled to the edge of the nest-that her mother created- and looked down, she was frighten and step back. Then looked to left to right, she saw some dragons, but they probably didn't look friendly. She sighed, and putted her weak wings on top of her face, ashamed and embarrassed. All those other dragons have moms and dads, besides me! she said to herself. Cynder was also hungry, she didnt eat when her parents disappeared, so she decided to walked around the nest, so she can forget, but she couldn't, so she tried to take a nap, and drifted off to sleep.
-
As Kithea was flying overhead, she spotted some young dragons playing in a narrow canyon, and she smiled. But as she looked closer, she spotted a small nest sticking out with a small white dragon in it, sleeping. Kithea, confused, flew down and landed on the nest, shooing off a couple male dragons that were going to mess with the chick. Kithea nuzzled the little dragoness. "Are you ok, little one?" she asked gently.
-
Cynder lifted her weak wings and looked at Kithea, and answered. "No, i'm not" she cried. Then her stomach growled, and added. "Im not okay because my parents disappeared and im super hungry" she cried out, and laid at the other side, embarrassed and sad.
-
Kithea was slightly surprised, but she, in pity, gently picked up the little orphan in her claws and took off to her cave. The chick felt frail and weak. Kithea nickered naturally in sympathy, and pulled out the carcass of a mountain hare. It hadn't been eaten yet at all. She placed the chick on her bed of dry moss and grasses, offering her the hare.
"I'm Kithea," she said, smiling, "What's your name?"
-
Cynder looked at Kithea and answered, "My name is Cynder" she said. Cynder looked hungrily at the hare and started eating. She ate the hare until it reached to the bones. When she was done, she laid on the Kithea bed. "Thank you" she said, while putting her weak wings above her head.
-
Kithea smiled at Cynder and laid down beside her to give her some warmth. "I'm glad you liked the hare," she chuckled. She closed her eyes.
But suddenly, she heard high-pitched yowling. Kithea lifted her head and looked around, confused. She quietly stepped out to the entrance of her cave, and searched around for the source of the yowling. She couldn't see anything. Suddenly, she saw her brother, Kurith flying towards her quite quickly. He looked panicked.
"Kithea!" Kurith roared, relieved that she was ok, "Oh thank goodness you're fine!" He tumbled into her cave and didn't notice the white chick in Kithea's nest. He gasped for breath. "What is it?" Kithea asked him, worried.
"Those two-legged mammals that that old dragon was telling us about the other day?" Kurith explained quickly, "Well, they attacked and killed Miroc." Miroc was the biggest and most feared dragon in the mountains. Kurith could see that Kithea was dumb-founded. "I saw it with my own eyes," Kurith went on, "I was hunting and I heard some yelling and roaring. Then I saw the things have a giant web around him, and he had a bunch of sticks in his side. He was bleeding. I think he was dead. He wasn't moving or struggling." Kithea simply stared.
"I just heard them..." she whispered. Her voice became louder, however, in fear, "We have to go! Those things will kill us, too! We're so much smaller than Miroc." She was wide-eyed with panic. She turned to Cynder.
-
Cynder didn't know was what going on, but only thing she could hear is mummers, but that didn't bother her, she took her wings out of her face and made herself more comfortable. Then she felt someone or something was starring at her and saw Kithea starring at her, and looked away.
-
Kithea rushed over to Cynder and sighed. "Cynder, we need to leave. There are bad guys out there that want to take us. We need to get all of us to safety, ok?" She scooped up the chick gently and flew out of the cave. Her brother looked bewildered at her holding a chick, but he followed her.
Kithea remember her mother telling her and Kurith that the best place to go when a bigger dragon was going after you was into a narrow canyon or valley. Kithea found one about a mile or two from her cave, and she had them settle in a crevice in the wall of the canyon. Kithea ordered Kurith to go find some bedding, but to make sure he wasn't spotted by the...the...those two-legged things. She sighed and looked around.
"I wish we had a dragon who could speak different languages," she thought aloud, "Perhaps they could learn those things' language and find out what they call themselves. I don't want to just call them two-leggeds or something. It's disrespectful."
-
Cynder looked at Kithea with confusion, "Why do they want to kill you?" she asked. She looked around the area, but she was to tired to exploded the area, "Nevermind you can tell me later" she added and went back to sleep.
-
(I never said 'kill'. I said, "They want to take us." XD)
-
(DX Ah.. sorry I was reading to fast)
-
XDD It's fine.))
Laysa walked through her forest, sighing calmly. She was tired, but she needed to make sure nobody was in her territory. She trudged through the forest, trying to make her sleepy senses as alert as possible.
Suddenly, something caught around her neck and tugged her backwards. She hit the ground with a painful thud and looked around, bewildered. She could still feel the thing around her neck. She got up and looked down at her neck. She saw a strange, light brown thing around her neck, connected to a string of it leading across the ground. She followed it and saw, with a startled jump, a two-legged, mammal-smelling creature. It was holding the brown vine firmly.
Laysa pulled against the vine, and the creature fell down. She laughed. She blew fire onto the vine, and it melted and broke. She snorted and spread her wings, but another vine flew out of the bushes and wrapped around each of her wings. Laysa screeched and leaned over to blow fire on them, too, but then another vine snapped her jaws shut!
Laysa tried to open her jaw again, and felt more vines wrap around it and her wings. She growled and snorted smoke. The two-legged things were all around her. They yelled at each other and kept pulling out more vines.
Finally, they threw their vines around Laysa's legs, making her fall down. She wanted to roar with fury, but she could only make a loud, angry growl. Laysa could sense the animals around her run or fly away, and she suddenly felt sad. To have the living creatures in a forest go away from you--not just with fear of being eaten--but with fear of the things around you, was awful for a dragon, but they didn't know why.
Laysa lay limp, unable to move, wrapped by the brown, dry vines. She moaned. Horses with strange material on them and two-leggeds on their backs were connected to her through the vines, and about 20 horses were needed to drag her out of the forest and across a field where there was a giant wall of stone. Laysa blinked up at it and growled. The horses dragged her through an opening in the wall, which closed behind them.
Laysa saw two-leggeds surrounding her, blocking her view from anything past them. They lifted her up somehow, and then placed her in a small area with a cold and sour-smelling floor. The two-leggeds moved away and shut the door behind them. The vines weren't on Laysa anymore, so she roared with anger. She looked around, trying to find a way to escape the horrid place. She saw something clear on one wall of the room, with three two-leggeds looking at her. One was speaking, but she couldn't hear what it was saying.
But the two-legged, called a human by their kind, was saying, "A very, very fine specimen. I'm glad you kept her alive. She seems like a good fighting dragon.She has strong claws and a good spirit--all we have to do is tame her, and we've tamed tougher dragons." Then it walked off, followed by another.
Laysa growled and glared at the remaining human, a thin female with long hair on her head. She was much shorter than the other two, and she looked at Laysa calmly. She didn't look interested, or angry, or sad. She just...stared. Laysa, beginning to feel uncomfortable, looked away.
I'll find a way to get out of this.
(^ That, my friend, is an EPIC MOMENT XD)
-
(Back and okay)
Cynder looked around-when she woke up, she saw she was alone, and made some weird calling sounds, like how other baby dragon calls for there mother. She waited for a answered,but noting responsed. Cynder got up and went to the edge of the mountain, she wished she could fly now, but couldnt because her wings were to weak, so she waits.
-
How come chur alone? o.O))
-
(Uh what?)
-
Cynder is apparently alone...and LAYSA was the one who was captured...Sooo....I thought that at least Kithea would be with Cynd))
-
(Oh.. well I was reading and it said Kithea was trapped, anyway, ignore my post)
-
Nope. It said that Laysa was trapped. The giant paragraph with green font? Yep. That said LAYSA. Laysa's a forest dragon charrie of mine XD))
Kithea nuzzled Cynder and sighed. "Listen, chick," she began gently, "Have you ever heard of two-leggeds?"
-
Cynder lift her head and shook her head no, and listens to the story.
-
Once Kithea finished explaining the story in the most chick-friendly way she could, she sighed and looked at the ground. "That's why we must avoid them. And...I think that's where your parents went." She looked at Cynder sympathetically.
-
Cynder signed, "Oh okay" she said, laid at the other said, and put her wing on her friend.
-
Laysa lifted her head from a nap, getting up and moving her arm around. It felt awful after sleeping on the hard, cold surface. Laysa sighed. She was hungry. She looked around and finally smelled food--but it smelled sour, like the floor and walls of her prison. But, she thought, it was food. She sighed and walked over to a box-shaped thing sticking out of the wall. It had reddish meat stuffed in it, and another one had water. Laysa gagged in disgust, but it was the only food she had, so she quickly gobbled it down to avoid the taste.
She laid back down and took another nap, until she felt something poking against her side. She moaned and lifted her head up, seeing that female two-legged she had seen through the clear wall. It was kicking Laysa. Laysa jumped up and her spines raised. She growled and opened her mouth to shoot flames at her, and she let out a spark, but suddenly, she felt something hot and energizing run through her body. But after it went away, she felt unbelievable pain and tiredness.
Laysa collapsed onto the ground, breathing hard. She felt some sort of sympathy. It must be the female two-legged.
Laysa turned her head and looked in her direction, but she was gone.

Wow, mountain dragons are really common at the moment XD Accepted!
Kurith flew low in the canyon, looking for moss and other types of bedding. He snorted in frustration. There's nothing good for bedding in a canyon, he thought. No light reached the parts of the canyon he was in, so no plants grew. There was just a bunch of rocks. Kurith's wings began to go slower and slower and he felt tired as his cold-blooded body absorbed the warmth around him. He was, unlike most dragons, fully cold-blooded, and his body was meant to run on the cold. So those two were not a good mix in the hot and humid air of the lower mountains.
Kurith's senses began to blur, and he decided her should head back to the cave to Kithea and the chick so that he didn't get lost or get stuck there. Kurith turned and shook his head awake, pushing his wings as hard as he could.
But suddenly, something rough yanked his head back. Kurith screeched.
-
Cynder got up from her spot and went to look outside, it was chilly and the winds was about to blew Cynder away. Cynder quickly ran back to the cave, and went back to laying down.
(I don't know what else to say)
-
yea, lol. I'm waiting for Wolfy to do somethin'...I really don't want Kurith to be captured, and he's pretty helpless right now, soooo.....XD))
-
(Erick to da Rescue!)
Erick's eyes opened suddenly as he heard a screech not far off. The blue dragon snorted as he started to lift off. Erick zoomed near the top of the mountains, zig-zagging around them. As Erick slowed the saw another dragon, just bigger than him. Erick gave a screech and floated in the air in front of the dragon, Erick couldn't yet see what was bugging the dragon, but it had to be something...
(Derp :3)
-
Kurith shook his head in confusion and looked down. A strange, light-brown colored, snake-shaped thing was around his neck. Kurith followed it with his eyes in bewilderment, and he began to hear flapping. Flapping? Like a dragon's wings...
Kurith looked up and saw a small dragon looking terrified at Kurith's size. On its back was a two-legged mammal. It was holding the snake-thing. Kurith blinked in confusion.
"What are you doing?" he asked the dragon. It shook its head, realizing that he wasn't going to hurt him.
"I can't do anything else," he sighed. Kurith began to realize that this little dragon was helping to keep him up, since he was getting more tired as the sun rose more, and he was descending. he flapped his wings harder to try and keep the little dragon was straining too much.
He knew the dragon was helping, but the two-legged mammal had something else in mind for sure, he just didn't know what...

@ Aaliyah : I love your dragon, but could you specify her power a bit more? She can't just magically make dragons die, since that could easily lead to powerplay and godmod. Could you make it a bit more specific, please?
@ Arkanis Void: Amazing dragons! Quite scary, too! You're accepted! You may start roleplaying whenever you like. :) ))
Kithea poked her head out of the cave, worried abut her brother. She had just heard a screech, and he hadn't come back yet. Kithea sighed and laid down, putting her claws over her muzzle. He's okay, Kithea, you're overreacting, she thought to herself, but her instincts told her to go after him, and the urge was too strong. Kithea leaped out of the cave and flew as hard as she could down the canyon.
Laysa paced back and forth in the sour-smelling room. Suddenly, the door swung open and a two-legged stepped in. It, a male, had a role of the brown vine in its hand, and a long, thin, and black snake-like thing. Laysa tilted her head and sniffed him. The two-legged didn't flinch. Laysa snorted and stepped back, wanting to blow fire on the two-legged. Her jaw opened slightly, but then she remembered what happened the last time--that wave of painful heat. Laysa snorted smoke in anger and hung her head. The two-legged walked towards her and wrapped the vine around her head in a peculiar way so as she couldn't get to it, and she couldn't pull it off. Laysa growled and nipped his arm, which started bleeding--but only a little. She chuckled. The two-legged made an angry grunting sound, then pulled out the snake-thing. He pulled it back and lashed it in the air in front of her face, and it made a sharp cracking sound. Laysa jumped back, making distressed grunting sounds.
The two-legged grabbed the vine again and pulled. Laysa followed unwillingly, but she had to; she wouldn't want that snake-thing to hit her! The two-legged led her out into a dusty, brightly-lit place. In was the afternoon, so she could see the place easily. There were strange, square things made of rock all around that the two-leggeds walked in and out of. Dragons of all shapes and sizes were being led out of the hard chambers, like her. But she could smell even more dragons in longer, bigger sour chambers. They didn't smell confused or hurt or scared--they smelled...happy. Content. At home.
Laysa snorted in disgust. The two-legged pulled her out into the middle of the two-legged denning place. She growled. "Where are we?" she asked the other dragons. They all shook their heads.
What's going on?
-
Oh! And sorry for double-posting, but yes, I think that a tundra dragon would be perfect! :D ))
-
Ok, a little more detail on the power
She has venom stored in her fangs that could kill any beast in a few minutes however; she only bites in defence or when she's hunting.
Is that alright?

That's great, Aaliyah. You can start rping!))

Name:Kurmii
Type:Field
Description and/or Image: Kurmii is a slender female dragon with a feathered crest and broad feathered wings. Her body is covered in feathers, and she has a beak-like muzzle. She has vibrant green-gold eyes and slit pupils. She has a tan underbelly covered in white skin. Picture--> http://theferalgirl.deviantart.com/art/Kurmii-345105249?ga_submit=10%3A1356638693 (http://theferalgirl.deviantart.com/art/Kurmii-345105249?ga_submit=10%3A1356638693)
*Personality:Kurmii is a clever individual who loves to hang out with those she trusts. She is wily, independent, kind, humerous, short-tempered, and can't stand anything unfair. She also isn't afraid to show her emotions infront of others. When it comes to learning, she's eager to try new things. She also likes to go through something thoroughly, so that she can understand everything perfectly.
Relatives:Mother:Skillo(Alive)Father:Kiltzu(dead)Brother:Celmor(pronounced sel-moor)
Age:6
Strength:6
Speed:10
Agility:9
Cleverness:10
*Power:Energy(She can use the energy gathered from light and sound to form huge sonic waves. She still has alot of trouble with it so she uses a simple attack - she uses light energy to temporarily blind her opponents, giving her time to escape)
Weaknesses:Bullies, large groups
-
Mirage lay slumped on the hard, mossy floor, hitting her spiky tail-tip on a rock, sending off hundreds of tiny sparks. She was hungry and spotted a doe, so she grabbed it between her fangs, injecting venom as she did so. Once the doe was dead, she crushed it's bones with her mighty jaws; sending the body limp and floppy. Mirage choked down the deer, her thin gullet breaking down whatever was left of it. She sensed another dragon's presence and took off, gliding with wings loaded with thin, unbreakable spikes.
She landed on 'her' large oak tree and settled down, swinging her tail and laying down her grey head.
-
Accepted, Alastar!))
-
YAY :D))
Kurmii glided across the open plains, her broad wings flapping occationally. /I have to get out of here. I have to.../ she thought, and tried to accept it. She had to leave her home because of those... those.... those nastly two-legged things! She hissed at the thought and tried to conjour up something else in her mind. The landscape was shifting beneath her, and the plains turned into forest. Large trees dominated the land, and her green optics scanned the area for a place to land. She saw a clearing, and spiralled down. She landed gently on the ground, her huge wings causing leaves to fly in all directions. She folded them, and looked around. Kurmii had never been in such an area, and she wondered if the two-legged things were here too. She shivered at the thought, and looked for somewhere safe to roost. She unfolded her huge wings, and rose into the air. Kurmii looked around, and noticed a large oak tree in the distance. "Perfect," she muttered, and flew towards the tree.
-
Kurith growled and made mist settle around the snake-thing, which then turned to ice. Kurith smashed the ice and the thing snapped apart, the left overs fluttering down the canyon. Kurith looked up and saw that the two-legged was terrified. It must have come alone. Idiot, Kurith thought, and knocked him off the dragon, making him fall to his death. Kurith looked up and nodded to the dragon, who looked stunned.
He shook his tired head and flew back to the cave. He sighed. "They're even here."
Kithea saw Kurith flying towards her in the distance, and she ducked back into the cave to let him land. She laid her head down and sighed. She could sense what Kurith was going to say before he said it.
"We have to go to the forests," she said. Kurith gasped.
"Did you ever listen to the elders?" he choked, "The Forests Beyond the Mountains are terrible! Remember, they said that the trees will take you and capture you! They say that no dragon who's been there has ever come back."
"Maybe," Kithea snorted, "it's because they like it there. And besides, the stories of the dragon-eating trees? Grow up, Kuri." Kurith snorted when she used his nickname, and he turned away.
"Fine," he growled, "But we'll have to be careful of those two-legged mammals."
Anyone wanna get captured and meet Laysa? XD I'm thinking of making another character, which would be my last. I'm thinking of making a female chick that hatched with the humans. They stole her as an egg and raised her. She's gonna meet Laysa once Laysa's deemed okay to be in the "dragon pasture". The chick would be a desert dragon that otherwise would be a very aggressive breed. Whaddo ya think?))
-
((Love ur siggy! Figgity Kitty! X3))
Arkanis
Arkanis continued to soar threw the dense forest, dodging the many trees in his path. He did this so he wouldn't risk being spotted by any more humans, especially more poachers like earlier. His eyelids, starting to feel his muscles grow weary and tense from traversing all day. The glowing light ahead guided him to the forest clearing. He slowed his pace, pressing his wings against his back as he skidded into a landing. His glance moved around surveying the area for somewhere to relax. To his relief, Arkanis spotted a small rock cavern ahead of him.
He padded to it with his giant metal claws tearing into the ground with each step he took by accident and managed to weasel inside the small opening. The inside of the cave was crowded with moss hanging from the walls and various rock formations framing the perimeter and creating an uncomfortable flooring. It wasn't exactly the best home out there, but he was too tired to be picky. Arkanis slumped down in the middle of the cave, shifting trying to get comfy and drifted off to sleep in a matter of minutes.
Kage
For once, his hunting today had been exceptionally good. Kage carried two full sized polar bear carcasses between his jaws as he trailed back to his den. As he entered, he brushed the aged iced bone piles away from his path inside. He made his way over to the large pile of fresh foilage he used as bedding and circled like a dog would before laying down. One of the carcasses he held snapped in two as he began to eat hungrily.
It has been a while since i could find some decent prey, he thought before joking, besides those idiot humans at least. But they taste worse then bones. He snorted grinning a bit making himself laugh a bit while finishing his meal. Kage threw the other carcass in the corner for later and he licked his lips, stretching his old bones. Speaking of those rats... He shot a scornful gaze outside his cave seeing the smoke from a campfire in the snow ridden landscape. I guess it's about time i have a little fun...
-
((I wouldn't mind if no one else wants to. Lol i'm pretty sure I'll have writers block for Arkanis soon enough anyways.))
-
Oh, and Arkanis and Kage need a reason for knowing that the humans are called the humans because dragons are just starting to see 'em, and they don't know their names, except for dragons who can speak human.
Some reasons could be:
They speak Human
They were told by a dragon who can speak Human
They understand (but don't speak) Human
They were told by a dragon who can understand (but doesn't speak) Human
They can read Human
They were told by a dragon who can read Human

Kurmii woke up, and the sun was rising. /I must have fallen asleep.../ she thjought, and looked around. She was in the oak tree she had seen the previous night. Kurmii stretched and yawned, her huge forked tounge curling. She heard shouting and pricked her ears. The noises she had heard sounded strange.... really strange. She looked around, and heard footsteps. She unfolden her broad wings and was about to take off when she felt a sharp tug on her throat. She whipped around, and her eyes widened in horror. Eight or nine two-leggeds were standing in a circle around the oak tree, and they were holding long brown vines. A few of them were carrying dark brow snake-like things, and one of the two-leggeds was getting closer to her with the snake. She snarled and bared her teeth, lashing her tail angrily. She knocked four of the two-leggeds over, and chuckled with satisfaction. The two-leggeds started shouting something to eachother, and Kurmii tried to use her skills. She flapped her wings quickly, trying to create a sound wave. One of the two-leggeds slapped the snake thing against her back, and she felt a stinging sensation in her spine. She shrieked in pain and tried to flap her wings. The two-leggeds were throwing the brown vines ay her, and wrapping them around her wings and legs. She twisted and turned, but the vines just got tighter. Kurmii hissed and tried to break the vines with her beak. She moved her head slightly, and one of the vines wrapped around her jaw. She tried to open her mouth, but more vines were thrown on to her. Her heart beat against her chest, and she could almost hear the thumping noises it made. Sweat poured down her forehead, and she began to panic. /Whats going to happen to me?/ she thought. She tried to call for help but her jaws were held shut. A few two-leggeds came out of the trees, and behind them was a strange wooden thing pulled by two horses. The two-leggeds lifted her up, and dumped her onto the wooden thing. She wriggled and writhed but it didn't help. One of the two-leggeds was holding a huge rock above her head, and they dropped it. Kurmii then drifted off into peaceful darkness.
When she awoke, she was in a hot wooden den, with shafts of light coming through the roof. She heard strange noises, that sounded like somebody talking. /Where am I?/ she thought, and looked around. Then she remembered. She had been captured by two-leggeds. The ropes were gone, but her wings were still tied to her body. Her mouth was covered in vines, and she heard a creaking noise. She pricked her ears, and her pupils darted around. She breathed in deeply, and caught the scent of another dragon.
/Someone help me.../ she thought.
-
Lol Alastar. XP Anyway, how about we have that Laysa [My captured dragon] had just gone through her first "training session", and now she is in the wooden stables, for the newer dragons. In fact, I'm going to show the training steps that the humans use XD:
1. a) For fire-breathing dragons, place them in metal containers for two days. On the third day, have someone come in and draw its fire. Once it tries to blow flames, electrocute it. On the fourth day, take it out into the training yard.
1. b) For non-fire-breathers, place them in the wooden stables and keep them there for one day. On the second day, draw their fire, then electrocute it.
Training:
1. Calm them down and walk over to their back and tie their wings.
2. Put a blanket on their back and teach them the basic "walk" command.
3. Teach them the basic "run" command.
4. Teach them the basic "jump" command.
5. Teach them the basic "down" command.
6. Put them in the wooden stables with sufficient food, water, and bedding. Let them rest for the night and do over the next day. Let them rest on Sundays and Thursdays.
Tada! I'll come up with more later XD))
-
{Sorry for the double-post} (I made an application for that female desert dragon. Look at the second post of the thread)
Laysa growled and thumped her head against the wooden door. A two-legged walked by--the one that had taken her outside--but then turned around. It reached its nimble paw in and held it there. Laysa snorted and smelled it suspiciously. The two-legged lifted its hand and placed it on her nose. Laysa started in surprise, but the two-legged kept its hand there.
Laysa stared at it, her body tense because the two-legged's hand was tense. Finally, it relaxed its hand and Laysa relaxed. She snorted some smoke in the two-legged's face and it puled its hand away, snorting and trying to wave the smoke away. Laysa laughed and laid back down in the wooden cage. She heard some laughter from the other cages to her left and right. They must've stuck their heads out of their cages to watch.

@ Alastar: You can have up to four.
@ Dragonite: Good...but make sure that big camps ,like the one Laysa and Kurmii are in, are MUCH harder to get into--let alone free any dragons while making it out alive. lol
ALRIGHT! After Alastar adds a character, applications will be closed for a week! We need some time to start roleplaying lol.
Everyone, START ROLE PLAYING! :D ))

OK Twiz I added my new dragon >:'D Just look at my post. I edited it. Can I just start rping as both o them now? :3))
Kurmii heard a creaking noise and looked around, and a two-legged opened a small, wooden opening in the wall and stepped in. It locked the opening with a metal vine, and put it's hands on it's hips. It said something in two-legged language, and Kurmii snorted. She shook her head angrily, pawing at the vine on her muzzle. To her suprise, her claws were trimmed. /Stupid twolegs... they musty have trimmed my claws whike I was unconcious.../ she thought, and wrinkled her snout, making it look as if she was frowning. The two-legged stepped forward, and Kurmii pricked her ears. Her large green eyes glowed, and the twoleg lifted it's hand up. It came closer, and tried to place it's hand on her muzzle. Kurmii created a deep growling noise in her throat, and the twolegged shouted something. Kurmii pushed it with her paw, and ran in a huge circle around the den. The two-legged yelled and chased after her, and another twoleg stepped in through the wooden opening. They shouted something to eachother, and one of them tried to jump on Kurmii's tail. She shook it off easily, and tried to free her wings - which was unsuccesfull. The twolegged that had come in laughed, and grabbed onto the vine on her muzzle. Kurmii lfted her head up, and the twolegged was lifted off the ground. It started yelling and thrashed around, and the vine slipped off. Kurmii yawned and stretched her jaw, glad that the thing was gone. Another twolegged came in, and said something to the others. They opened a larger opening, and threw vines around her neck. The twoleggeds brought her outside, and led her into a larger twolegged den. The air inside was warm, and a green dragon stood in one corner. Kurmii's eyes widened, and she roared in joy. She was glad she could see another dragon. She rushed forward, the twolegged things still clinging onto the vines tied to her neck. She dragged them across the floor, and knocked over small wooden structures with her paws. "Hey! How did you get here? You have no idea how good it is to see another dragon!" she shouted in dragon language, and the twolegged things started to yell and run around. They threw more ropes onto her, and Kurmii struggled to stand up. They pulled her onto the floor, and wrapped the vines around her legs so that she couldn't move. /I hope they don't cover my mouth again.../ she thought, and thrashed around. It was no use. "Help!" she roared, and looked pleadingly at the other dragon.
Samala's large eyes opened, and she jumped up. "It was just a dream..," she muttered to herself, still panting. She had had a dream where she had been captured by humans and seen her kin slaughtered. "Just a dream.." she muttered, and stretched. She padded out of her den on the cliff top, and saw two large mountain dragons fly by. "Hello up there!" she called, but the dragons didn't seem to hear. Samala unfolded her large wings, and flew up to them. Once she was close enough to see them. "Hello. I welcome you to my part of the mountains" she said, and noticed that the dragons seemed to be rushing. "Hey wait, where are you going?"
-
Well, most of the dragons who like humans were either:
Captured as eggs and were taken care of humans when they hatched, so they naturally like them.
Got captured when they were young and humans act like they rescued them from something.
Were captured at an older age and treated well by the humans, and felt better at a camp with humans than out in the wild. (Note: These dragons are often bad at hunting, fighting, escaping ,and other things that help them survive in the wild.)
Bailey: "Well, mister 'I like being miserable with no roof over my head', you just haven't experienced true companionship and love. Give the humans a chance!"
And I like your ideas, but remember, you need a way that the humans made a mistake when examining you. They don't judge it just on how you fight back. Before they let each captured dragon wake up, they do an x-ray and let scientists come in and examine the dragon to see what its power is, if it has one. Lol. Perhaps we could make it that your electricity is stored in your heart, and they think that energy is just that big dragons' hearts are very powerful, so they think your one of them...
@ Alastar: Of course! lol
And about that feline dragon thing...I'll accept it, but I won't make it a type of dragon lol.
OH! I just saw--your trait numbers don't add up to 35 or less, they add up to 37. Please change that :I
Once u do that, CHUR ACCEPTED!
And also, you can make a charrie for Seloo if you like lol. Ima roleplay now XD))
Laysa perked her head up and saw the struggling dragon. She gasped. She saw the two-leggeds holding the dragoness down, and she lifted herself up, leaning over her cage door. She could barely stick her head through the small opening in the clear, hard-as-rock door. She made a distressed whimper, then hung her head, shaking it. She looked back up.
"The two-leggeds are too strong!" she roared to the struggling dragon, "You'll just hurt yourself! Save your energy for a moment, a good moment, to escape."
Kurith blinked glanced at Kithea. She shrugged. Kurith told the stranger, "We're escaping the mountains, like many other dragons." he snorted and shrugged the stranger out of the way and went ahead flying with his sister. (Short posts be short)
-
Sorry... Derp question...You mean "trait numbers" as in the personality/description is too long/detailed? XD))
-
No, I mean Strength, Speed, Agility, and Cleverness numbers. Read the rules. They have to add up to 35 or less, so that people can't just go like 9, 10, 10, 10, 10. lol))
-
((Forget it forget it forget it))
-
Ok, Dragonite...that was a little.......
Unrealistic.
You can't just have him easily walk in there, not be suspected for something in the least by the calmness of your actions (believe it or not, humans actually do have intelligence). The dragons can't easily destroy the village, either. Also, there would be some guards. People aren't stupid. They don't care if that guard force misses their holiday, either. Most likely, too, that guard force would all (or at least mostly) be riding dragons, which can actually fight, believe it or not.
Please be more realistic, or I will have to kick you from the roleplay. Just a warning.))

Arkanis
A few hours passed as the dragon remained deep in sleep. Occasionally, he would toss and turn on his rock bedding, still not finding a comfortable position to rest. Eventually, his eyes jolted open as he breathed a slight gasp. He relax once he saw nothing and no one was near. Just a dream. He thought as he became dismayed from his nightmare. It, seemed so real though. Expecially those two legged creatures...
He lifted himself up from his bed and heaved a heavy sigh. The thought of seeing the humans again frightened him. He wondered to himself out loud," What are those things and why do they want dragons? It makes no sense." Arkanis's gaze lead outside his shack of a cave. He began traversing out of the cave into the field outside.
The sunlight greeted his scales warmly, reminding him of the warmth of his homeland. Arkanis shuddered displaying a bit of delight when his scales ruffled a bit. He padded on after the brief moment of refreshment smiling. Unfamiliar scents of sweet blossoms soothed his sense and the grass under his claws was a comforting relief from jagged rocks or the forest floor. The dragon halted on a cliff not far off, gazing with amazement at the mountainous and thriving valley ahead of him. This place, its perfect! Eagerly, he lept off the edge and glided on towards this mysterious new land.
Kage
The thick, noxious scent of smoke was nearing and began to give Kage a headache. He let out a brief snort in annoyance and continued flying on towards the camp. It didnt take much longer before he arrived several feet away. Luckily, the camp was in a thick forest so he was hard to see even with his large size. His poisonous gaze narrowed as he watched the humans.
Near the outskirts of the camp were a couple of dragons chained up with thick electronic spike collars around there neck. They expect to enslave us with fancy accessories? Tch... maybe the younger of our kin but not elder dragons like us. His claws clung into the ground as anger built up in him. Kage was tempted to rise out of the darkness and lash out his fury, but he wanted to wait for the perfect moment.
These humans normally sleep during the night. If i strike then, they'll have no chance. He began to think more logically, putting his emotions aside for the moment. I'll be stronger without the sun glaring on me anyways. His mind raced with gruesome thoughts, imagining how he was going to take out his revenge. The dark thoughts made the dragon grin mischeviously as he sulked back a bit and planted his feet firmly on the ground, awaiting nightfall.
-
-
Ok, sure, lol. I'll have it more interesting and use my dragon that has a human >:D ))
Bailey flapped her wings harder, pressing herself to go faster. "Come on, girl!" came a human voice above her, "You can do it!"
"You sure?" Bailey panted, "Because I'm pretty sure that my wings are sore." The human girl riding on her back laughed. She pulled on the reigns to let Bailey relax.
"Hey, Elizabeth?" Bailey said after a while of soaring, as they came to a forest, "You said that dragon eyes are better than humans', right?" She stopped in the air.
"Yea," Elizabeth replied.
"Well," Bailey leaned in closer to the trees, "I think I see writing--you know, in English--on the trees..." Elizabeth patted Bailey's shoulder and leaned forward to let her descend. She went down faster than Elizabeth expected. Bailey landed beside a tree and looked at it closely, then read aloud, "Let my people go." Elizabeth blinked and peered closer.
"You're right," she gasped, "Are there any more?" They searched around for a while until Bailey found another.
"We have freedom in our hearts."
Elizabeth was thoroughly confused. So was Bailey. She could tell they were claw marks...but why would a dragon write this? Elizabeth suddenly was still. Bailey glanced at her.
"What is it?"
"Nothing," Elizabeth replied bluntly, which made Bailey more worried. What was this?
-
Ok Twiz I fixed the bit about Samala :3))
"Twoleggeds? Oh you mean humans? But... how?How did bthey get here? No humans hage ever passed through the mountains, there is not enough air for them... Unless..." Samala's voice trailed off, and her deep yellow eyes displayed her concern. /They must be riding dragons.... there us no other way they could beat the terrain.../ she thought, and looked back at the two dragons. "Wait here, I'll be back!" she said, half roaring and half meowing. She flew back to her den as quickly as her wings could carry her - which was quite fast. Samala neared her cliff, and almost tripped when she landed. She hurried into her cave and crashed into her stash. All her clay bowls and feathers and herbs were clattered in the corner, and she searched through the pile boisterously. She had stolen quite alot of things from the humans before leaving her den in the forest, and pots and bowls rolled by and she dug into the pile. "Ah ha!" she purred, and pulled out a small necklace with the feathers of a hawk attached to the end. She slipped the necklace onto her neck, and placed her paw on the wall. "Goodbye," she whispered, and unfolden her wings, creating a small wind that blew bits of herbs and dusty across the floor. "Perhaps someday I shall return," she muttered, and grabbed her satchel, which was full of herbs, beads, and other medical equipment. She placed the back on her shoulder, and ascended into the air. She flew back up to the other dragons, and looked at them with her huge yellow eyes. "If you're going to escape, you better take me with you. I've been travelling all my life, so I could give you a few pointers along the way," she meowed, and gave a flick of her tail. She hovered in the air, and made sure her bag was still on her back. "My name is Samala by the way," she meowed. The two mountain dragons were a bit larger than her, for she was around the size of a horse, but it didn't bother her. THe dragons didn't seem belligerent, but if their mood changed it would be their problem.
Kurmii looked up at the dragon in dread, and saw how it too had almost given up. Her muscles relaxed a little, but she snarled at the twolegs."Alright," she roared, and one of the twoleggeds jumped on her muzzle. A couple more joined in, and pinned her head down. "But I can't stay here for ever," she said through clenched teeth, and the twoleggeds threw more vines onto her. They pulled her out of the wooden den, and led her back to the large empty wooden place with the bits of grass on the floor. Something smacked against her head, and she passed out cold...
When she woke up, the vines were gone. Kurmii gasped in joy and tried to unfold her wings, but they were still strapped to her back. Kurmii tried to bite the vines on her back, but something was pulling her back. She heard a clanging noise, like the sound of metal. She looked down, and saw a thick metal vine on the floor. It was attached to the ground, and Kurmii looked for the other end, and found it wrappeed around her neck. "Great. /Just/ great," she snarled and stared at the vine in discust. She plopped down onto the ground, and eventually fell asleep.

Oh and I was bored so I came up with some cool new dragon types :3))
You don't have to add them, but you are more than welcome to :) ))
Ideas:
Nocturnal (usually dark in color and have large eyes for seeing in the dark. They have bat-like wings and live in caves or underground dens)
Sky(Long feathered serpents like amphitheres or Asian Lungs that live in high altitudes. They are peaceful dragons who usually devote their life to spiritual ceremonies. They are also wise since they live for a long time)
Reptilian (dinosaur-like dragons which are wingless)
-
Kithea blinked and smiled. She glanced at Kurith, whom she knew would be protective of her. He was growling.
"I don't like this," he was grumbling, "You know this..." he paused and looked over the strange dragon, "...cougar-thing...might be with the two-leggeds."
Kithea suddenly jumped, "You said that they're called humanes? Humans? I finally know what they call themselves!" She smiled and shouldered Kurith, "Come on, Kuri. Give her a chance." Kurith snorted and nodded unwillingly.
"Fine."
And sure, I'll actually add those :D ))
-
-
Samala sighed in relief, and smiled. "I'm a felis dracondine for your information," she meowed, shooting a look at the white-grey dragon(Kurith). "And yes, humans is a more polite word to use when refering to that species," she meowed, smiling at the other dragon. The sky's blue hue started to fade, and was replaced by a golden and pink shade. The sun started to set slowly, and Samala motioned towards it with her tail. "We should get going," she meowed, and started to flap her wings a bit faster. She wasn't sure how fast they could fly. "I never caught your names by the way," she meowed, her golden eyes glowing warmly in the sunlight.

I finally got the image for Magno!
(http://i45BannedImageSite/27zi3hi.jpg)
There :] ))
-
Nice! :) ))
-
Did you draw that, Drag? O:))
Kurith grunted and followed the quick little flyer. "I'm Kurith."
"I'm Kithea, nice to meet you," she replied to the dragon, "Don't mind my brother, he's just an idiot sometimes. But you have an interesting species name; I've never heard it before."
Bailey turned and saw the dragon. She hissed and spread her wings out, swinging the poisonous spikes on the end of her tail. She narrowed her eyes. "What do you want?" she growled. She heard stories of wild dragons. They said that they acted nice, then attacked you for no reason. She was prepared. She hid Elizabeth with her wings. She could sense the girl's terror.
-
-
bailey stepped forward, now more relaxed. This dragon was tiny. She could beat it easily. She tilted her head at the short story the dragon told.
"You're a Knucker, right?" she questioned. When it nodded, she proceeded.
"What are you talking about? The humans don't hurt any dragons," she hissed. She was angry at the stranger for insulting the humans.
And that was not short, Drag XDD))
-
-
"...then they were no longer in this Earth"
Remember, this is Kirth, not Earth XD))
Bailey stared at the dragon. Elizabeth stepped out from under the dragoness's wing and glared.
"Look," she began, "The reason us humans capture dragons is because of two reasons. One--some dragons can't fend for themselves out in the wild as well as bigger and stronger dragons of their breed, and otherwise, would die. Two--you dragons kill us! If we didn't keep you guys under control, we'd all be dead!" Bailey looked at Elizabeth.
"Did you capture me?" she asked quietly. Elizabeth shook her head.
"Bailey," she said, "There...there was a terrible sand storm in the desert that your parents lived in. They were actually friends with a small human tribe out there, and we left them alone until we got a call to go and help them in the storm. The people were safe--they had ways to protect themselves and were used to the storms back on Earth--but the dragons had no way of protecting themselves. We got there as the storm was picking up speed, and your parents had told us to get the eggs they had in their nest out of there. They said they would be alright.
"But when we got to their lair, the storm was too strong, and we had to get out of there. I was only ten years old. As we turned to leave, you--as an egg--fell out of the lair and I caught you. We brought you home and the desert dragons of your breed that we had there took care of you until you hatched a month later." Elizabeth paused and looked at the ground. Bailey looked up at the stranger dragon.
"See?" she growled, "The humans mean no harm." She was shaken by the story, but held her ground and tried to look as confident as she could.
-
-
Bailey was in such a rage that she shouted at the dragon even though he was gone, "I said they mean no harm! Not that they don't cause any! And we're not talking about the small dragons! We're talking about the dragons--even of the biggest breed--that are just weaker or lack a skill essential to survival! Without humans, they would die. Do you want them to die?" She was panting and growling, only not going after the smart-mouth little Knucker because Elizabeth was holding her back by pulling her halter.
"Relax, girl," she sighed, "Knuckers are always irritating, especially since we wouldn't kill them just because their useless. We have to put up with them." She hopped on Bailey's back and signaled to fly back to camp. As they were flying, Elizabeth noticed a crack in the leather saddle. She sighed.
"The saddle's falling apart. I think it's getting too small for you and too thin for me," she chuckled, "It's failing under my weight and getting squished by your size." Naturally, dragons feel quite proud when you mention how big they are. So Bailey lifted her head higher and flapped her wings higher. She smiled. Elizabeth smiled, too, for she liked Bailey to be happy.
Bailey lifted higher into the sky.

Is anyone else gonna rp besides me and Drago? XD))

Looks like...Not :/

))

Nice. It reminds me of a snail-squid, which is a hybrid I came up with...XD))
-
Samala smiled and flapped her thin wings gently. A cool breeze blew against her dark fur, and lifted her higher into the air. It was good to have some company for once. "You know, I usually fly alone," she meowed, her whiskers twitching. "It's nice to have some company for once," Samala's long furry tail was parallel to the ground, and her broad yet thin wings allowed her to glide on the wind's current. It was silent for a while, and the three dragons flew together in peace. "Thank you, for letting me join you..." She whispered, and smiled. The sun finished setting, and a blanket of stars covered the sky. The feline dragon lifted her cranium, and gazed at the stars. "It's a beautiful night," she mowed quietly, the stars reflected in her eyes.
(I'll color it later because I'm on my family's ipad and I can't select things on it)
-
Kithea nodded and smiled, while Kurith just glanced at the sky and tossed his head. Kithea laughed. She saw a tiny patch of snow on a cliff a little ways away. "Kurith," she chirped, making a high-pitched rumbling sound, "Why don't you go and try to hit a small dragon with that snow?" She gestured towards it with a claw. Kurith glared at her.
"Shut up." Kithea frowned.
"Why so glum all of a sudden? We're not flying alone anymore," she nudged her brother's head.
"We weren't flying alone to begin with!" Kurith growled, "We had each other! Why are we taking care of another species?"
"We're not taking care of her. We're keeping her company, and she's keeping us company. I'm sure you get a little bored of my company sometimes. It's the same dragon, every time. Isn't a new, interesting breed like Samala good?" Kithea smiled.
-
Thanks,but its a Omanyte.Will reply when some other dragons finds Magno's paintings.
Magno:What do you think of my paintings?Are they Van Goghish?Picassoish?Da Vincish?
Me:They look like PreScolerish.Now,go back in your cag...I mean mansion!))
-
XD. And I know, but it just reminded me of my snail-squid lawlz.
P.S.--Did you get my PM? O.O *thinks there is a glitch with PMing and gets paranoid*))

Samala pricked her ears. /Why are they talking about me like that?/ she thought, but her eyes remained locked ahead of her. "If I cause you trouble I shall leave," she meowed wearily, and sighed. She was sick of people talking about her behind her back. She really was.
(short. I'm not sure what to write really XD)
Kurmii lifted her head, and yawned. The shiny metal vine was still attatched to her neck, and she snorted in discust. A two-legged stepped in, and a few others came in to watch. He was carrying some meat of some sort, and at first Kurmii gthought it was the dragon she had seen earlier. She hissed and sunk her talons into the ground, and the twolegged dropped the meat and scurried out of the room. Kurmii came a bit closer, and sniffed the food. /Nope, definatly not dragon flesh../ she thought, and pushed it aside. She was hungry, but not hungry enough to eat food from the twoleggeds.

Alright! I'm taking off today! *equal mix of terror and excitement* lol I hate planes....
And awesome, Drago! Are you a dragonologist student? lol I am...

So am I! I'm in elementary, tho...but I have almost fully memorized the Anglo-Saxon Runes! I'm bothering my dad with, "Translate this! Translate that!" XD I'm taking my book and papers on the plane with me to study, but I'm going to only be able to do the lessons that don't involve field work or going outside, sadly. I'd love to talk to that big ol' moth dragon that lives not too far away from me...XP
You know what? I'm going to make a Dragonologist forum. I have to. XDD
Cya peeps!))

YAY! I'm back! And as for the camp name, it should be S.A.S.D! That stands for the Secret and Ancient Society of Dragonology. xP And I'll see if I can reply to your post, Raina.))
Kurith grunted and shook his head, "Nah, you don't cause much trouble." He hated to admit it to himself, but Kithea was right. The little cat-thing seemed to know her stuff, no matter how hyper she was and how weird she looked. Kurith's wings were beginning to slow again, and he yawned. He glanced at Kithea, and she looked puzzled.
Kithea was glad that Kurith had shrugged off his grudge, but became confused as he yawned and looked sleepy. They hadn't been traveling for that long, and it was in the afternoon. "What's up?" she asked him.
"We're too low in the mountains," Kurith explained groggily, "Remember, I'm 100% cold-blooded. It's way too hot down here for me, and that makes me sleepy." he yawned again.
"Oh, right," Kithea sighed, "And I'm only part cold-blooded." She thought for a moment. She glanced up at the top of the mountains, hidden by fog and mist. She looked around.
"Okay," she finally said, "I guess we can go up. I assume, since you are sort of a cat, Samala, you are fully warm-blooded, or at least mostly. Can you withstand snow?"
Laysa was led out into an open field by the two-leggeds, but she didn't pull against them. She was tired and knew it was no use, so she simply walked as they gently pulled the vine wrapped around her head and neck.
They led her through a gate in a wooden fence. Laysa knew those two words from some two-legged-language-speaking dragons. They had even told her that the mammals call themselves humans, but she rarely used the word.
A two-legged with that long snake-thing--which she found out was called a whip--was standing in the middle of the field. It was a female. She spoke to the two humans holding Laysa, and they let go of the vines and walked away. The female looked at her calmly. Laysa returned the solid, yet non-emotional, stare. The female gritted her teeth, and Laysa sensed that that was a form of showing emotion--happiness or pleasure. Laysa snorted as the two-legged walked slowly to her side with a blanket in her hands--another word she had learned. Laysa sighed and let the female place the blanket on her back and sit on it. The female put its hands on Laysa's neck. She stiffened.
The female made a strange noise and Laysa felt a squeeze by her hips. She roared in discomfort, walking forward. She shook her head and snorted. The female made a happy chirp and patted her neck. Laysa chuckled slightly at the thought that the human believed that Laysa got happy after that noise. She turned her head to look at the human, and its teeth were gritted even wider. Laysa growled, "Seriously?", and turned around. She snorted.

-
Yus. I get it x.x But remember, these are NPC's, not our own characters that we control separately.
And Drago, could you rp post?))
-
Ok...Because I need a dragon to see Magno's paintings,I'll control the NPC's.Because I have an idea.))
Ernest walked at the middle of the cave.The cave was where the members of S.A.S.D,a secret dragonology society,made their secret reunions.He put a map in the middle of the table."Here"-he pointed with a finger to a big shack in the map-"Is where we will attack.Remember-Free only the dragons you can free.Be discreet.Today is the camp's festival so we will have less dificulty.Do not make any noise.You will free the dragons you can,until someone notices.Run and live to battle another day.Any questions?",he asked.No one lifted an arm."Very good soldiers.Let's go then",he said,putting all his instruments around him.The others did the same.The troupe walked outside and headed north,to the camp.They didn't walk too much when they arrived to a clearing.Ernest told them they would rest here.They sat in some rocks and began eating.Jacky finished eating quickly and turned around,and saw an image in the tree.Then she looked right and another,then another and another.She called her S.A.S.D. friends.Ernest knew who did this.A dragon.Only a dragon could make those markings.And to confirm that,the Knuckle who made it walked out of a bush with a big grin.
Magno was painting a dragon mother being used to cook the meals and the baby dragon watching it and crying.He heard some human steps and hid in the bushes.He enjoyed that the humans were reaserching his paintings, so he walked out of the bushes."Hello,Humans!So I hear you're from this Sassy society?And you protect dragons?Very well.Go save us.If you wanna make a gallery with my paintings call my agent,Rocky",he said,giving Mike a piece of paper.He then dazzled back to his den,running like a zebra being chased by a Velociraptor with a rocket launcher on top of a lion with sunglasses running at the speed of light.
((Lion with sunglasses.Yeah. 8)))
-
"Hmm?" Samala meowed, and turned her furry head. "Well yeah.....I think," she meowed, and glanced at her paws. Although her body was covered in a thin layer of fur, her underbelly had scale-like skin. Her wings were also webbed, and she pondered wether she was reptile or mammal. "I think I might be.... half coldblooded and half warmblooded - but yeah, I think I can take snow, but my lungs aren't built for high air pressure,"
(Sorry for the delay! I'm sorta busy so it's sort :/ I'll try to be longer next time :3))
-
So sorry I haven't replied in so long! XD School's been extra busy))
Ok...Because I need a dragon to see Magno's paintings,I'll control the NPC's.Because I have an idea.))
Eh...Drago, do you know what NPC stands for?))
Kurith blinked and shook his head wearily, replying, "We can go to the thin snows, only about half a mile up. Kithea visits be there, and she can't stand high air pressure either, and she's nearly fully warm-blooded, since she generally lives in the very deep caves near the bottom of the mountains." Kurith felt like he was talking too much, but he didn't care. He began to soar upwards.
And Gamma, you just can't decide on a good name, can you? XDD))
-
Sorry it's taken me so long to reply! I just have a couple other rps that I have to be active for :/ Oh, and I think I finally found a good forum name XD))
Samala listened to Kurith's words, and looked back. The dragon began to ascend, and Kithea followed him. Samala sighed and took a deep breath in. She had never been above the clouds, and it worried her what she might find. The feline dragon flapped her thin wings and followed after them.
As she flew through the clouds, her vision became clouded by water vapor. She had often grabbed a book or two she had stolen from the humans about the atmosphere, and read it aloud to herself. She thought about the different layers and tried to forget about the mist blocking her view. She couldn't see Kurith or Kithea, and she hoped they were still above her.
When her vision cleared, the air was clear and the sky was dark. Samala's pricked her lion-like ears and heard the familiar sound of wing beats. The air was cold, but the sky was clearer than she had expected it to be. The clouds below her were tinted with various shades of blue and purple, and her fur waved in the wind. The air currents were stronger here, and they pushed her up, allowing her to glide gently. "Wow. It's beautiful here," she meowed, and found herself purring. "Its amazing how different it is here from the surface... I never knew it was so-" Samala paused, and she felt lost for words. She hadn't felt like that for a long time. The last timeshe was lost for words was when she had seen her first winter, as a hatchling. "Beautiful," she concluded, and flew silently.
-
It's fine :P))
Kurith smiled and spun in a circle in the clear, cold air. He made a rumbling roar, sort of like that cat's purr. Kurith was wide awake now. He looked around, seeing the little frosty flakes that floating near the clouds. He smiled and blew on one. It shuddered and floated lower. Kurith smiled again. He breathed in the air and lifted his head higher. "I agree," he responded to the aw-struck dragon.
Kithea shook her head and chuckled at the two dragons. She personally didn't like the bitter air up so high. She liked the comforting warmth of the mountains below. But Kurith and Samala obviously liked it. Kithea snorted and looked around, making sure they weren't being followed by any strange dragons or perhaps humans. Suddenly, Kithea remembered something.
"How did you know that they call themselves humans?" she asked.
-
I know...Non-Player-Characters.But fiiiiiine.I can't edit it right now,but I just needed to have someone find Magno art.))
-
It's okay :P You can leave it the way it is, I get it lol
Now, where's Gamma? >:( ))
-
Hey guys! I'm really sorry about my absence ;-; I've been kinda busy :( I'm going to my Aunts tomorrow for a day so I won't be able to post, but on Friday I will be active again. Sorry for the confusion.
Thank you for your consideration and patience :)]]
-
Oh ok :D Cya soon.
So Drago, do you want Magno to run into Bailey again?))
-
It will be nice,but don't roast my dragon Picasso,ok?:( ))
-
Looks like I came home earlier than expected! :D Thanks for your patience ;3))
The three dragons flew quietly, and the stars sparkled above them. Kithea looked at Samala, and smiled. "How did you know that they call themselves humans?" she asked, and the feli-dragon smiled. Not alot of dragons seemed to appreciate her knowledge of the word, and she was glad somebody had finally asked about it. "It's pretty lonely where I live. You have to be pretty creative to know what to do with yourself. Most dragons wouldn't really care or just move somewhere else, but I liked my den. It was just quiet. One day, just to pass the time, I had gone to gather some colorful berries to produce dyes. I had come across a human, whom I had called twoleggeds then, and it was reading something under a cherry tree. I asked it what it was doing, in dragon of coarse, anbd it seemed quite startled. Yet I--" she paused to chuckle --"was even more startled when he spoke to me in dragonese. He explained that he was a dragonocost or something like that. I can't remember exactly what he said he was but uh... Oh right! I dragonologist, thats it. I immediatly got intrested in the species, and thought since he could study dragons, why couldn't I study men? So, I started questioning fellow dragon-studiers and my knowledge expanded. I've been recently working on something humans call "medicine". It's a wonderful substance that has the ability to heal easily," she meowed, and waited for Kithea's response.
Shafts of light penetrated the wooden roof of the den, and the dragoness could hear talking and shouting near-by. The opening to the den creaked open, and a two-legged hatchling walked in. It was tall, thin, and had vibrant red hair that almost glowed in the sunlight. It had a large green leaf attatched to it's upper body(a shirt XD), and a torn, brown leaf patched with mud wrapped around it's legs(pants). Kurmii snorted uneasily, and stepped back. The two-leggeds eyes were warm and gentle, and suprisingly Kurmii calmed down. The two-legged was holding something in it's paws, and it stepped closer. It chirped something in it's language, and crouched down beside the dragoness. It's voice was high-pitched, and Kurmii assumed it was a female. The girl uncupped her paws, and revealed a plump, juicy fruit. Kurmii looked untrustingly at the food, but it was tempting. Her stomach growled and her mouth watered, and she leaned forward. Her jaws opened slightly, and she snatched the fruit. The girl jumped back in suprise, and giggled in delight. It pulled another fruit out from a whole in it's leaf(pants), and offered it to kurmii.
(lol reminds me of Hiccup feeding Toothless fish in HTTYD XD)
Btw, where did Arkanis Void wander off to? The last post they made was a looonnng time ago))
-
It will be nice,but don't roast my dragon Picasso,ok?:( ))
Lol got it.
Looks like I came home earlier than expected! :D Thanks for your patience ;3))
Btw, where did Arkanis Void wander off to? The last post they made was a looonnng time ago))
Np ^^
And I think Arkanis died >.<
Kurith shook his head and ignored the chattering cat. He breathed in the cool air loudly.
Kithea glared at Kurith, but quickly returned her attention to the interesting dragon, Samala. "Wait, wait, wait," she said quickly, slightly chuckling, "You called them 'men' or something? And that medeecone--is that it?--sounds amazing. How fast does it heal?" She was interested in these "men" and this "medocone"--however you say it. Kithea was eager to learn about them and perhaps study them like Samala.
Laysa was walking around in circles with the halter attached to her head and the two-legged on her back on top of a blanket.
"This is stupid," she said to the dragon that was walking beside her. It was a tall, grey and green colored male. He snorted in agreement and sniffed Laysa's shoulder. She sniffed hi back. It was a way of greeting--at least to forest dragons. Laysa raised her head and began to walk faster. The male did the same. She walked even faster. The male sped up. Eventually, Laysa began to run, and she heard shrieks of joy and fear coming from the human on her back. The male was beginning to run faster. Laysa smirked and leaped, pushing out her wings.
She gasped and tumbled head-first in the dusty ground, hearing cries of shock erupting everywhere. She slammed down on her side and she heard a shriek of pain. Laysa breathed heavily and got up, shaking herself. She remembered, with anger, that her wings were still tied up. The human slid off of her and gasped as it hit the ground. The male walked over to Laysa, looking worried. The two-legged on his back was off, also.
"You okay?" he asked. Laysa nodded. The male looked over her shoulder. "Oh no." He ducked his head and pointed.
Laysa spun around and immediately her spines raised. Her back arched (like a cat XD) and she made a low, threatening growling/hissing sound. There was the human on the male's back. It was walking towards Laysa. Laysa could sense pure angry pumping out of the two-legged as it walked closer. There was something in its hand.
A whip.
Laysa made a hissing shriek as the whip lashed onto her scales. One scale came loose. Laysa cried in pain. She sprinted away, but suddenly something wrapped around her muzzle and neck. She growled. Ropes, she thought. She hit the ground and felt three more whip lashes. She shrieked. How could they pin her to the ground and then whip her?
They kept hitting her, and hitting her. Laysa shrieked and cried and roared. She was so tempted to use fire that she even once made a spark. But she already felt the warm blast of energy beginning to build up. She didn't want to feel that again.
What seemed like days after, the humans let go of the ropes and walked away. It was silent. Laysa felt stinging sensations everywhere and she was bleeding. She breathed heavily and closed her eyes, clenching her teeth. She sighed.
Poor Laysa D: ))
Bailey spun in the sky, hearing Elizabeth's startled laugh. Bailey smiled, but as she saw the forest where they had met that strange painting dragon before, she frowned. Bailey slowed and flew in place.
"Hey, Izzy?" she said, slightly nervous, "Should we land or go back." Elizabeth was still laughing, but once she saw the forest, she sighed.
"We can't be scared of this Knucker, Bailey," she said boldly, "This is still our spot. Land." Bailey sighed and began to descend. Once they landed at the forest edge, she looked around, catching drops of berry juice and markings on the trees. One was of a flying dragon; another was an image of dragons and humans living in peace.
"We already live that way," she snorted to herself.

The Knucker yawned and stretched.Another good day in Kirth.Magno waved to Rocky and left the den, half asleep.This had became his routine.He walked by the river and caught a little tiny lobster.Still half asleep, he walked by the river, saying hello to ol' Grukem, the european dragon."Goom Mernin GruUUUkem", Magno lazily yawned."Good Morning Sleepy!You going to paint again?", Grukem energeticly asked, chuckling.Magno nodded and continued to walk with his eyes closed.He soon arrived at the entrance of the clearing, hitting a tree.Magno moaned and opened his eyes.There was, in his clearing, that awful beast.The gigantic, killer machine.Bailey, the Magno killer.Magno let out of his mouth the most girly scream you ever heard ((xD)) and tried to escape to iminent death,but triped in a tree's root, falling and rolling right in front of Bailey.He shook his head and looked up,seeing the great chin of Bayley,the Knucker killer.He made a very,very scared smile and let out a scared "Uhhh...Hi...".Magno prayed for his life.
-
Lol Magno killer. And wow, Bailey's quite satisfied at his reaction xP))
Bailey snorted smoke in the Knucker's face and looked straight down at him. "Still persecuting the homo sapiens?" She liked using the Latin name for the humans, and besides, the Knucker probably didn't know what "persecuted" or "homo sapiens" meant. She found satisfaction as she imagined the dragon's expression.
"You know they haven't done anything wrong," Bailey continued nonchalantly, "That story about my parents and that dust storm? The humans saved my life. Hundreds of dragons would be dead right now if it wasn't for them." Bailey put her claw on his chest and leaned forward, growling.
"Bailey!"
Bailey started and looked up behind her to see Elizabeth shaking her head. Bailey lowered hers and got off of the Knucker, slinking back to Elizabeth. She glared at the Knucker and arched her neck up, a natural display of anger. But Elizabeth couldn't see it for she was in front of Bailey.
"Knucker," she said, "--whatever your name is--, please explain what us humans have done wrong. I'm sure there's an explanation." She smiled.
-
-Magno could not answer, he fainted-Lol JK))
Magno was paralised with fear."Gahgahgah Y-Yes I-I k-know w-what persectuted m~-m-m-m-means a-and i-its H-Homo Sapiens Sapiens.", he said, breathing heavily with fear."N-N-Now I-If y-you l-let m-m-me g-get u-up I explain.", he said.He got up and shook the dirt off."First,my name is Magno Alexander", he said, bowing a little "And I apologize for my behavior the last time we met.It is just hard to talk with a dragon about five times bigger than us".He then cleared his throath and continued-"Well, human friend-sorry to call you this but I do not know your name-,there is a long explanation.", he said, and asked the dragon and the human to wait.He picked up a white rock and wrote something in a black rock."Indeed,some humans save dragons.But others use violent ways to tame them.You see, the whip a dragon if he dares to defend himself.I also saw dragons being used to entretain the humans, by being stuck to a pole and then forced to dance.That is cruelty.What I just want is those rude humans to use another way to tame dragons.The reward method.Any questions?", he asked.
((Stop the threats.))
-
Threats? o.O))
Bailey rolled her eyes. Those were the street people. Those were the people that Elizabeth's father and his people fought.
"We aren't like that," Elizabeth said, "And my name is Elizabeth Cady. I'm from the Main Camp, where we take sick, injured, or weaker dragons from the wild and help them. We don't do those cruel things, and we certainly don't use a whip." Elizabeth sighed. She looked at Bailey.
"I've never once met a dragon at the Camp who said that he or she wasn't happy," Bailey stated, "And no dragon will ever be."
"I've heard dragons that question the humans' ways," Bailey went on, "But none were unhappy. Those are the street-people, as they call them. We are already against them."
((Ok, here's the idea: Elizabeth's father runs the "Main Camp" and is in control of all the dragons there. Laysa and Kurmii are there. He tells Elizabeth that he treats the dragons well, and the ones who treat them cruelly he fights. But he's lying. He is the one who hurts the dragons. But remember, Elizabeth, Bailey, AND Magno do not know about this.
And remember, Bailey never mentioned, with her voice, that Magno didn't know what homo sapiens or persecuting meant. She was merely thinking it. Remember that.))

Magno nodded."I know you are like that, but other people that do not have your honest hearts do this.Don't you think that that is cruelty?Anyway, I heard of this S.A.S.S. society? They release dragons.It is sure nice of that.", he said."But, moving ahead,Elizabeth Cady, I would love to visit your camping.However, I cannot.First, I cannot fly.Second, humans may capture me.I am sorry.", he said.He then picked up some berry juice and began painting in a tree.He was painting Bayley flying through the sky with Elizabeth on her back."And...Done!What you think of my painting?Now everybody will see your example and follow it", he said, pointing at the painting.
((Threats?You know, Bayley threatning Magno.))
-
Almost accepted, tana. Please describe his power. His power isn't his breed. Example: Type of Dragon: Desert. Power: Can breathe fire. or.... Type of Dragon: Desert. Power: Can create dust storms.
Stuff like that :)
And oh, Drago...yea I guess...but not with her words, with her actions. I get it XD.
And LOL Sass Society!))
Bailey laughed. She corrected him, "It's called the S.A.S.D. The Secret and Ancient Society of Dragonology is what that stands for. They study us dragons to figure out ways to help us."
"Then they report back to us," Elizabeth finished.
Bailey suddenly stopped laughing and watched the dragon paint. It was a golden brown dragon with a light brown-haired girl on her back. Bailey smiled.
"Perhaps you're not such a bad dragon after all," she murmured. Elizabeth climbed on her back and smiled, waving, as they lifted and flew away.
Aww...XD
And Gamma, what happened earlier [you know, when Laysa almost got whipped to death?] Could you get Kurmii involved? lol))
-
Magno waved at the dragon and the girl flying away.He wished someday they could be friends.Magno walked silently and slowly to the den.He was interrupted by Pierre, the Gargoille."Hey Magne!I saw you in the clearing with that female.", he rudely said, pushing Magno back."You in looooooooove?", the Gargoille asked making fun of his friend."Shut up Pierre.You know she is five times bigger than me", Magno angrily replied."But are you saying you don't like her?", Pierre asked, walking side by side with Magno.Magno sighed and looked down."I never said so", Magno whispered. "What ya sayin'?", Pierre asked."Uh?Uh...Nothing!", Magno suprisedly answered, "Just thinking a way of making my art stand out"."Well, I heard some humans talking about humans who made veryyyy big paintings", said the young Gargoille."How big?"."About five clearings", answered Pierre-"Well, until tomorrow.I found somewhere with lots of food.Bye!", Pierre said Goodbye.Magno waved as he continued to walk."Big.Paintings...I'll make one of those", the Knucker said, dashing through the woods in four paws.He soon arrived at a huuuuge clearing.He took a deep breath and began cutting grass, putting berrry juice in some grass, steping on another and putting some rocks.
At the end of the day, there was a big, biiig painting of a human and a Knucker shaking hands.Magno was exsausted.He got up and dashed slowly back to his den, and curled up on his bed, made of clothes he stole to humans.Before falling asleep, he thought of the now friendly Bayley.She now looked a lot more pretty that she wasn't threatning Magno."Forget it ol' Magno"-the Knucker thought-"She is has five times bigger than and she sure doesn't care about you".Magno sighed and fell asleep.
((Do you have anything against Magno falling in love with Bayley?I know it breaks so many Nature rules, but..))
-
Hmm...it's fine. :)
Weird random joke: What do you call a fish with no eyes?))
Bailey, humming a tune, flipped through a book. She could only read a few of the Human, or English, words, but she could vividly see the pictures. One page was of a small, red dragon with long legs. Another was a strange cat-like dragon with pretty fur. Still another was an image of a tall, proud dragon with a long, spindly neck.
"Whatcha looking at?" asked a dragon beside her. Her name was Stream. She was a pretty light blue with green eyes. Her body was long and her legs short. The humans called her a Chinese dragon, but the only difference was that she didn't have any flowing mane. She only had whiskers. Plus, she had wings. Broad, thick, and feathered wings. Stream looked at the book.
"The dragon handbook?" she said quizzically, "Why are you reading that?"
"I'm trying to find the Knucker. We met one in the forest. Quite strange. Human-like." Bailey flipped a few pages. She snorted in frustration. Suddenly, she remembered something.
She flipped to the front of the book. "Con-tents..." she sounded the large word out. She searched through it, finally seeing the N's. She looked through it: No Knucker.
"Um, Bailey?" Stream said.
"Yes?"
"Knucker starts with 'K'..." she giggled. Bailey snorted with amusement and irritation. She looked through the K's and, sure enough, found K-N-U-C-K-E-R. She smiled and flipped to "Page 160". She saw an image of a sneaky Knucker zipping through the darkness.
"Creepy," Stream snorted. Bailey growled.
"That's not what Magno's like," she snapped, "He's kind. He's not sneaky and evil-looking like that!" She growled and her tail began to lash.

Gonna reply in a few mins or so. Sorta busy atm. Will edit once I'm ready c:))
Samala smiled, pleased that finally somebody was intrested in her studies. "I could teach you one day," she meowed, and fished around in the leather satchel she had brought. After some rumaging, she pulled out a thick, ancient book and brushed the bits of herbs off. "I could also teach you to read," she meowed, and presented to book to Kithea. The dragon's eyes widened in pleasure, and she smiled. Eagerly, Kithea reached for the book and Samal slipped it into her hands.
(Maybe Samala, Kurith and Kithea could fly over the S.A.S.D. camp?((lol I can't remember what its called XD)) I was thinking that they could land somewhere to rest and then Samala would dissapear and the only thing that remained would be the book >:D))
The two-legged offerent her more fruit, until the door - a word she had learned - flew open and a worried female two-legged stepped in, supposedly the girl's mother. The two-legged hatchling said something to the other one, and the older female shouting something angrily in a scolding tone. She grabbed the girls arm violently, and dragged her out of the den, looking angrily at Kurmii. The dragoness snarled until they left, and sat down.
Her long, deer-like ears twitched, and she heard a shriek. A wave of panic flowed over her, and she paced in circles around the small den. Afraid and disoriented, she slammed against one of the walls. The wood was old and covered in moss and lichen, and she pushed on it with her paws. To her delight, her paws created a hole large enough for her to slip through. Kurmii slipped through the opening and pricked her ears, and heard a sharp cracking sound, followed by a frightened growl.
Normally, Kurmii would have flown towards the call to help, but her wings were still strapped to her back. Annoyed, she sprinted towards the distressed sounds, greatful for the fact that she was a fast runner. Her slender frame almost glided across the ground with each step, and she neared a wall of trees. She could escape, but her wings would stand as a major obstacle. She would escape later. Right now she needed to provide assistance for whatever was being hurt. THe cracking noise came again, and she quickened her pace.
KUrmii crashed through the trees, and an eriee silence hung in the air. What if I'm too late? Oh please, let there be time...... She found a clearing, and noticed a large, green body layingon the ground bleeding. A two-legged was walking away, and he yelped when he noticed her. Her was holding a whip in his hand - she had learned the word from a dragon she had met during something two-leggeds called "training". The dragoness shrieked, and snapped at the twoleg with her beak-like muzzle. It jumped back, and shouted angrily. The twolegged raised the whip, and Kurmii's eyes flashed. She lifted one of her paws off the ground, and swung it at the whip. It flew out of the twolegged's paw, and it screamed. The dragoness growled threateningly, and the twolegged sprinted towards the trees, probally to get back-up.
Kurmii was almost tempted to chase after it, when it was weaponless, but she turned her attention to the bleeding dragon. She would run over, but first, she wanted to destroy the whip. She picked in up in her beak and it snapped in two. Pleased, she galloped over to the wounded dragon, and flinched at the sight of the long, bleeding scars on it's side. Kurmii eyed it carefully, and realised it was the dragon she had met before in the twoleg den.
"Are you ok?" she asked fretfully, hoping she would get a response. The dragon muttered something wearily, and breathed heavily. Kurmii had never been taught first-aid, and she panicked. A greyish green dragon ran over to them, and helped Kurmii lift the dragon up. The grey dragon was stronger than her, and she hung the green dragon over his back. He nodded, and they started to walk towards a near-by stream Kurmii had seen on her way there. At almost the same moment, about 8 or so twoleggeds emerged from the trees, all holding whips.

Lol ok XP))

Awww....Bayley likes Magno too!:](Pierre:Bayley and Magno, sitting in a tree :*
Bayley\Magno:SHUT UP!)))
-
LOL :P And her names spelled Bailey...x3
And I'm sure no tree could hold up ol' Bail XD))
-
Just making a little joke.
-Pierre breaks in-
Pierre:Bailey and Magno, sitting in the clearing,K-I-S-S-I-N-G!
-Magno breaks in-
Magno:SHUT THE HECK UP!
Now your turn))
-
So was I.
-Bailey breaks in-
Bailey: What's wrong with you? *whacks with tail* HaHa
>.< Nowz, we shall roleplay! *dramatic music*))
-
Maybe Magno and Bailey meet in the clearing, without Elizabeth?I am out of ideas.))
-
Hmmm....OMG
What if we combine ur idea with Gamma's idea? Aka...
Kurith, Kithea, and Samala rest by the S.A.S.D (Yes, u got it right, Gam lol) and then Bailey and Magno meet each other in the forest and go to check out the S.A.S.D camp, and they spot Kurith going out to hunt. Things take off from there :D
Like it?))
-
Ok! Can you make the first post of this miniplot with Bailey, please?Magno will follow up))
-
Got it *salutes*
OH! Do you guys think I should make a few maps or at least one map for the roleplay? So that we all get a good idea where everyone is?))
Bailey flew over the field without Elizabeth on her back. She still had her bridle on, but she didn't mind. She swirled in the air with the book in her claws. She landed by the forest and made a deep roar, "Magno?"
Kithea smiled and took the book, opening the cover daintily and staring at the strange scribbles on the...the...
"What are these called?" she asked, lifting up one of the things inside of the book. (pages)
Laysa half opened her eyes to see the ground moving below her. "Who...?" she murmured when she realized that she felt dragon scales under her side.
"The humans!" she suddenly gasped, hearing the crack of a whip. The pain and the sound of the whips was engraved in her mind, and her eyes widened with terror. She tried to get up, but heard the dragon carrying her tell her that he would get away from them. Besides, Laysa was too exhausted. She collapsed on his back again, closing her eyes and sleeping.
-
Magno was alone in the same clearing, craving a statue of Bailey on a tiny piece of wood.When he heard Bailey,he quickly hid the statue behind."Hey Bailey!How are you?", he asked.
-
Should I make the maps? XD))
Bailey smiled, "Good", and held out the book. "I think we might need to make some changes to this book," she stated, flipping open to the crude image of a sneaky and evil Knucker. She also turned to a page of a Desert dragon, like Bailey, except this one was enraged-looking and making a terrifying dust storm rise into the sky.
"Those look nothing like us," she said, also showing him some drawings of European dragons with blood around their jaws, and Eastern dragons creating great floods. She frowned at them.
-
If im ever accepting I would say yes x3
-
If you want to))
Magno was enraged at this images."What?!Do I look like this? No Knucker I know looks like this.And European dragons are nice, polite dragons!And Eastern Dragons do not create floods, at least the ones I know!And seriously, if this is suposed to be your species, it should be a lot more pretty-Uh I mean, acurate!",he said."Who did this rubbish?", he asked looking at the cape.The S.A.S.D. society."Eh.", he said,"They are horrible at drawing.Let's go get with them, but first, lets make the drawings", he said, picking up a big notebook he found in the woods."Can we start with you,Bailey?You are the Desert Dragon, aren't you?", he asked.
-
If im ever accepting I would say yes x3
Did you edit your power? (I think that was u x3)
"Yep," she said, making a silly pose. She laughed.
"No, no, no, do me like this," she spread out her wings, grinning to show her teeth. Her feet and legs spread out to make a sturdy position. She curled her tail in Magno's direction and lifted her head high, making an 'S' shape with her neck. Her eyes sparkled.
"But make it a desert background," she added, feeling slightly sad that she wasn't there. The sparkle vanished from her eyes, but she tried to lift her spirits, thinking about Elizabeth and the Knucker.
-
OKAY I edited the power ^^
-
-
Hey you don't mind that I name that forest the Knucker Forest in the map? Lol))
OKAY I edited the power ^^
And good ^_^ You're accepted! You can start roleplaying whenever you like :3 ))
Bailey smiled as she looked at it. "Much better. Let's go." She followed the Knucker, slightly annoyed that she had to run along with him, since he had no wings. A couple times she tripped or her legs got sore and she fell behind. "Sorry!" she called, catching up, "My wings get more exercise than my legs." She laughed.
-
All righty ^^))
-
-
Lol just making sure
And LOL))
Bailey stared at the energetic gargioulle. She grinned. "It's alright," she laughed, "I have a friend like that, too. A crazy Eastern dragon." She smiled. She was a lot bigger than the gargoyle, and she just breathed a puff of smoke and the dragon gasped and ran off.
"It's okay," she said to the embarrassed Knucker, "It's forgotten." She walked off, looking away and blushing. She suddenly shook her head. How could she like a Knucker? He--he was a different species! And a whole different size! He looked so much different than her! But does that really matter? she thought.
-
Magno noticed the den."Ok, its here!", he said.He knocked at a rock in front of the den."Grukem! Come out!", Magno said.A European dragon got out of the den."What?", he asked."I'm here to draw you", Magno explained."Fine, but make it quick", ol' Grukem said, making a pose.Magno nodded and quickly drew him."Okay, done!", Magno said."Good.Now lemme sleep", Grukem said,and returned to his den.Magno shook his head."Sorry, Grukem is a bit grumpy", Magno said."Ok...Next, the Eastern Dragon", Magno pointed to the notebook.
-
XD "I'm here to draw you." That's hilarious. If some guy knocked on my door and said that, I'd be like "o_O...Whhhyyy....?" LOL))
Bailey giggled as the dragon grumbled back into his cave. She smiled. "I have a friend, liek I mentioned earlier, that's an Eastern. But she's at the camp..." She thought for a moment.
"I'll get her to come," she said, flying off.
Once she reached the camp, she quickly found Stream and pulled her aside. Bailey was breathing heavily.
"What's wrong with you?" Stream growled, "I was talking to Kyle." She motioned to a handsome young Eastern dragon with bright red scales. Bailey grimaced.
"Whatever," she snorted, "You remember that book I was looking through? With the drawings? I know this Knucker who can draw! Like a human! We'd like to draw you. It shows a vicious Eastern dragon making a flood, and I know that's not what you guys are like. Come on!" Stream rolled her eyes and followed Bailey to the forest, where she found Magno again.
"Here," she said, breathing hard, "Here she is. Stream, the Eastern." Stream gasped and looked terrified.
"You never said this Knucker was wild!" she cried, hiding behind Bailey.
"Stream!" she growled, "Stop being a baby. He's not like those other, territorial wild ones. Don't you think I wouldn't be friends with him if he was?"
-
"Uh...Nice to meet you too Steam.Now stay still so I can draw you", said Magno.He had to follow Steam around Bailey, because she was always running from him.Magno even had to climb a tree.He fell down sometimes, but he managed to draw it."Hats off to you, Steam.This is the hardest drawing I ever drew.", Magno said, showing them the notebook.Then suddenly, a tiny little head peered out of a bush."Now two, Magno?!", said, of course, Pierre.Magno turned to him."Do you want me to tell Bailey and Steam when you stopped being bullied by that Bass?", Magno asked with a deep, calm voice, with arms crossed."Fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine", complained Pierre, disappearing.Magno turned at Bailey."What dragon is next?Oh, they do not have Americanus Icognito?There is one here.Should we visit him?", Magno asked Bailey.
-
lol I type something one day and come back the next and there are two new pages XD Btw what timezone are you in Twiz? And Dragonite? Because you teo always seem to be online at the same time XD))
Oh and I read that you guys needed a map - I could make one ^^))
"It's called a page dear, and the scribbles are called words," Samala meowed.
((When should I rp the scene where Samala goes poof and leaves the book behind? I was thinking about doing it now but then I read about dragonites idea and I got sorta confused XD lol. So... how does the plot go again? Oh and maybe Bailey and Magno could hear Kurmii's screeching and see whats gloing on, and Bailey could see how Kurmii and Laysa were being treated? Or maybe it could happen later? c:))
-
It's StReam, Drago. Like water in a stream?
@Gamma: I'm in the Central Time Zone in Texas in the U.S. :P
And I meant like a visual map, with a key and where everything is shown. Not like a private Feral Heart map xP
AAAAANNNNNDDD this is the idea I came up with:
Like it?))
-
ok lol XD And yes I know its not a FH map. And when I get captured or whatever, maybe Baily could be in a tree or something and watch it secretly? Magno can be ther too XD))
-
Sure. Maybe just Magno, though. Maybe we could say that Bailey went off to investigate Kurith, but Magno had to stay behind because he couldn't fly?
And Gamma, can you make realistic textures and such in the map? I already made on in Paint, but I could send it to you and you could make it better with the textures if you can.))
-
I'm in the Greenwich meridian timezone.Lucky me! ^^
And I did not quite understand the idea.Magno and Bailey go to the SASD camping, then Kurith goes hunting, and Bailey goes after Kurith, and Magno sits in a tree with Pierre and a Midget Dragon (I know they are not in the plot, but they are Magno's best friends), and humans capture Samala, and Magno+Pierre+Charles(Thats the midget dragon) watch?And then what?
Magno:And when we are going to draw the Draco Americanus Icognito,before all of the above I can explain to Bailey that the dragon means everything literally, and I gave her the little statue I make.Then yadayadayada, we angry the dragon, and we get off running, but Bailey trips, and I try to help her but I am too weak, and the dragon is coming close, and I go forward to him and give him the biggest shock I ever gave to anyone so I can save Bailey,the dragon runs away but I get poisoned and Bailey has to take me to the S.A.S.D. camping so I can be healed.Whaddaya think?
-Can Bailey reply?-))
-
Yes, but after all that, Bailey comes back and finds Magno very distressed. He tells her what he saw--Samala being captured--and goes in that direction. They finally find her and they...
A) ...attack the humans and free Samala.
B) ...follow them to the Main Camp where Bailey realizes what Elizabeth's father has been doing.
C) ...follow them for a while and THEN attack the humans, freeing Samala.
Which one do you guys think?
Bailey: Okay, that was a little confusing...why does some dragon try to kill us? And how the heck did you get poisoned?))
-
Magno:Well...That Draco Americanus Icognito hates being drawn and I had to trick him to draw him.Also, they are poisonous.And at least you could like the statue I made for you D: -goes sit in emo corner-
I like (B).Magno isn't that good fighting and he is so much better sneaking))
-
Bailey: I love the statue! :)
And okay, so here's what is going down:
I'm going to make an OOC thread. Check it out soon. :D))
-
-
-_-))
"Okay, moving on," she said, "Do you know one?" She looked at Magno. -short-
(And the Threads up :P)
-
THe OOC stuff has been moved to the OOC thread))
The twoleggeds emerged from the trees yelling and shouting, holding long sticks with sharp ends (spears). A few of them were holding whips. The greyish-green dragon looked at her uncertainly, and Kurmii nudged the unconcious dragon on his back. She realised she didn't even know Her name. She might die, and Kurmii didn't even know who she was. And she couldn't help either. /How cruel twoleggeds can be.../ Kurmii thought, and felt pricked her ears.
She felt a sharp, painful, stinging sensation in her right shoulder, and something wrapped around her neck. It tugged sharply on her body, it's rough texture digging into her soft feathered flesh. She shrieked and writhed around on the ground, struggling to breathe. She tried moving her head, and saw a muscular male twolegged tugging on a rope - a word she had learned.
/I have to do something. I have to help the others.... BUt what can I do? I'm just a scrawny 6 (13 as a human) year old dragon./ she thought miserably, and her heart thumped against her ribcage. She saw the green dragon (Laysa) tumble off of the male dragon's back, and she winced at the scars. A horrifying thought struck her. /Oh Jeeze. Those scars are from a whip! What if that happens to me?!?/
Panicked and helpless, Kurmii struggled to free herself of the rope around her neck. She saw another twolegged hurry over out of the corner of her eye, and she slashed her arm at it, striking it's chest with her long claws. It made a bloodcurdling scream, and a crimson substance flowed out of the wounds. The one holding her the rope around her neck seemed to forget everything, and ran over to the other one. THe twolegged she had hit lay motionless on the ground, bleeding firociously. Kurmii stared at her bloodied claws in dismay, and sweat poured down her cheeks. /What if it was dead? What if it was her fault?/ She was about to go and check when something lashed against her arm, followed by more pain.
A fourth of the twoleggeds that had first come charged at her, all carrying whips - except one who was carrything the pointy stick. The whips hurt, but the stick could kill. Even a brainless slug would know from looking at it.
Alarmed, Kurmii shrieked. She forgot about the other dragons. She forgot about the bleeding twolegged. Nothing more existed other than her, the whips, and the deadly pole. The stick bearer ran towards her screaming, the sharp end pointed towards her heart. She had to do something. Fast.
/Ok, think think think! What can I do? What is my power? Thats it! My power!" she thought, but had no time to rejoice. "You can do this Kurmii, look deep inside yourself," she whispered, and her eyes remained focused on the pole. Nothing else existed everything else was blurry. Except the stick. The whips hitting her skin seemed to fade. Yet the pole got closer.
The twolegged holding the pole was not a few dragon-lengths away, and she had to act fast. /Harness the energy. Do it now! But I can't.... I need my wings But I have to! At least I have to try!/ she thought, and screeched. "Here goes nothing!" she roared, and pushed herself up on her hind legs. Pushing and clawing with all her might, the straps on her back tore, and her wings unfolded. She spread them out, and the sun's energy was immediatly drawn to it. She waited for a moment, and clapped her wings together at lightning speed.
A huge boom was emited, and some of the twoleggeds toppled over like pebbles during a quake. She was pleased, but to tired to feel it. THe simple move had drained her energy - and she collapsed to the ground panting. And that was the last thing she could remember before blacking out.
-
Magno nodded."Yes, its name is Maxwell.His guard is often down around these times, so lets go", he said.He waved at Stream flying back to her camping.
-
Oh fudge that was an AWESOME roleplay, Gamma :o))
Stream zipped off, scared for her life, back to the camp. Bailey rolled her eyes and followed Magno. "Back at camp," she commented, "They told stories about how wild dragons are--ferocious and dumb. How come you're not that way?"
AGH! I accidentally pressed the Post button >.< Lemme EDIT:))
Laysa gasped as she tumbled onto the ground. She didn't know what was happening. She looked at her claws, which were becoming blurry. Her head was throbbing, and she slumped to the ground, unconscious.
Suddenly, there was a loud boom, as if there was a thunder storm. Laysa blinked awake, suddenly refreshed with a new-found energy. She looked at the sky. It was clear. She looked around and saw a shape on the ground with humans all around it--dead. Laysa snorted out of exhaustion, but she still had enough of that new energy to walk and talk. She walked over to the dragon and nudged its head. She put her head next to the dragon's and lay down next to it, keeping her eyes open. A few shaky humans were walking towards them with spears. (She learned A LOT of words :P) Laysa growled and blew flames at them, forgetting that she might be electrocuted. But she wasn't. She was fine. Laysa sighed and closed her eyes, still alert for danger. She eventually slept next to the dragon that had saved her.
Btu she still didn't know her name.
D'aww....))

Magno looked down."Don't you remember what happened with my fathers?", he asked."I was educated by myself, and because I never learned with wild dragons, therefore I am not wild, but I am not civilized.And also I lived stealing things to humans, like food, or books.I learned to behave by reading", he continued."Moving ahead, this Draco Americanus Icognito is higly unstable. If he is in a bad day, we will have to trick him.But if he discovers, he might aswell kill us.Myth says he has a silver hammer, but I dunno about that", he explained.He looked up, then down.He took something from the shoulder bag he always carried with him.He handed the tiny piece of wood to Bailey."This is gift for you...Its a statue of you ", he said blushing.
((Just a thing, I control the Draco Americanus Incognito, just to have things as planned.
You got it?Maxwell(The Draco Americanus Icognito's name) has a Silver Hammer.Hehe x) ))
-
Lol))
Bailey, a little surprised, smiled and took the small carving. She held it in her claw and examined it. She was impressed. It got every detail.
"Wow," she said, "This is very good. You're a very good artist, Magno." She smiled. She wondered where to put it.
"Oh!" she exclaimed, sprinting ahead and grabbing some roots and vines. She wove them together with grass and gently connected them to the carving. She came back with the carving hanging from a necklace around her neck. She smiled, slightly blushing.
"How do I look?" she asked.
-
Aw thankies Twiz! :3 Oh and I forgot, I'm at my cousin's house and Im using their comp. We're going sledding soon (Yay! :D) so I can't post yet))
-
Sledding is SO much fun. I have cousins up in Michigan where I sled :) ))
-
-
Bailey smiled, listening to his warning. Her smile vanished.
"That's awful!" she gasped. But his next words made her give a faint smile. She took a deep breath and turned.
"So...where is this guy, exactly?"
-
Moving ahead, this Draco Americanus Icognito is higly unstable....
OMG! I was reading about that dragon yesterday when I was at my cousins! lol XD))

Bailey smiled, listening to his warning. Her smile vanished.
"That's awful!" she gasped. But his next words made her give a faint smile. She took a deep breath and turned.
"So...where is this guy, exactly?"

The maps are up! Check the main thread :D ))
Bailey gasped and picked up the Knucker, who was barely breathing. She read the note. Bailey shrieked in distress and lifted into the air, quickly flying towards S.A.S.D. She knew she couldn't trust them, but she had to. Tears flew from Bailey's eyes as she zipped through the sky, holding on to Magno tightly. The S.A.S.D. people had to help him.
They had to save Magno.
-
:'( So emotive.))
-
Sorry for inactiveness :( I had a break and I'm going back to school on Monday plus I have a test :O I'll post tomorrow, promise ;]))
-
After my post, lets skip to the camping))
The poison kept flowing through the Knucker's veins.The poison aimed to the heart and brain.If Bailey did not get there soon enough, Magno would be killed by saving Bailey.But I know that he wouldn't mind.
((So...Can we skip a bit :3?))
-
Surez))
They were now out in open plains. They could see cliffs in the distance. "We should rest," Kurith sighed, his wings sore. He glanced at Samala. "You can teach Kithea all about foliage when we get to a cave in those cliffs." He snorted.
Kithea rolled her eyes and looked at the book, not recognizing any of the "writing" on the "pages". She closed it and tucked it close to her body so she could look ahead. "Ignore him, Samala," she said, smiling, "The herbs sound interesting."
Bailey skidded to a landing in the S.A.S.D camp, looking around. Several humans stepped out of their houses and revealed themselves calmly. Bailey growled and roared, her spine raised. "Help my friend!" she snarled, "Or I'll make you!" She didn't have tiem for any reluctant fellows. A young man in a white coat walked up, gently taking Magno, Bailey eyed him carefully. "You hurt him, and I'll hurt you tenfold," she said simply. The man nodded and took him into a building and closed the door. Bailey peered through the small windows, trying to see through them.
Gah I need something for Laysa to do...))
-
She could wear a blue dress and play the keyboard like Keyboard cat ^^))
Magno woke up.His mouth felt horrible. He all felt horrible."W-what happened?", he asked.But then he looked around."Oh no!Is Bailey ok?!", he asked sitting on the table he was laying.The man in the white coat nodded."Yes, do you want me to send her in?", asked the doctor."If you'd please", answered Magno.The doctor nodded and went outside.Magno looked around. It was a poor clinic. It wasn't even a clinic. It was a wooden shack with lots of medicine and a thingie with some lines that made a good sound, like his heart-"Dun dun, dun dun"."That thing must mesure my heart.If my heart beats slowly, it beeps more slowly, if it is faster, it beeps faster", thought the smart Knucker. He looked at himself. He had a bandage on several parts of his body.Plus a sticker that said "Hero of the day", that Magno quickly took off. That was embarrassing.He was not a hero. If he did not protect Bailey, he was a fool.
-
That's true, but I think her claws would kill the keys, sadly. x.x))
Bailey, unable to fit fully inside of the human building, stuck her snout in and grinned joyfully. "Magno!" she shrieked, "You're okay!"
-
((mm.Maybe a titanium keyboard??))
Magno smiled as he saw that Bailey was ok."Thank goodness you are ok!", Magno said.The machine that mesured his heart started beeping so fast it was annoying."What is the problem with that thingie?!", asked Magno, surprised.The doctor scratched his head."I have a theory.Close your eyes", he told the Knucker.The Knucker covered his eyes with his front paws.The machine started beeping normaly."Now, open them", ordered the doctor.Magno opened his eyes and the machine started beeping faster.The doctor chuckled."What's so funny?", asked confused Magno."Don't worry with that. You are only inlove with Bailey!", said the doctor leaving that shack.The Knucker's ears raised in surprise."W-Wait!Where do you think you are going?!", called Magno.But the doctor was too far away. Magno's ears dropped in embarrassement. He blushed and made an idiotic smile. "He-he-he yeah...Umm..Bailey..", he started to say.
-
Perhaps, yea ^^))
Bailey stared at him, blushing herself. Her claws scratched the ground nervously and her tail twitched.
-
((Now you gave me this idea. Like Magno, Bailey, Samala and others playing a lot of different intruments but all with the same music-Keyboard cat.))
Magno sighed."Yes. I love you, Bailey.I love your eyes that glitter like a comet on a starry sky, your scales that are as soft as silk, your smile makes me faint and just the look of you makes my heart pound like a drum on a parade.You are honest, friendly and amazing", Magno confessed."I know, I know.We are a whole different species with whole different sizes and whole different looks.But does that matter? No. Love is not about the outside, Bailey. Nothing can stop love. I know all the instinct thing, but do we have to follow the flock? Do I have to be with a Knucker I'll never love and you with a Desert Dragon that didn't save you when you were about to die?No, Bailey.We don't", he explained to the love of his life.He sighed and slided of the table he was sitting."But you don't love me", he said. His ears dropped in sadness as he left the shack.He looked around.There were an awful lot of people around, trying to hear the chat."Vade Retro!C'mon, shoo!", he said. The people left and he continued walking his lonely road.
((Isn't there a music called "Walking a Lonely Road"?))
-
XD))
And I dunno O:))
Bailey looked after him, sighing. She ran over to him and put her claw gently on his shoulder to stop him.
"I do, Magno," she sighed.
"I do love you."
-
-
XD))
Bailey stared at him for a long time, taking shaky breathes. "Y-yes, Magno. I do," she said finally, smiling. She was stiff. She couldn't speak.
-
Magno smiled."Oh, if at least I could hug you. But you are taller than me so I can't get there", Magno said."We have nothing more to do here.I'll present you to all my friends", he said.
(( Toothless from HTTYD-Oooo!
Pierre-Who the heck are you o-o?!
Toothless from HTTYD-Uh...You saw nothing!-poofs-
Pierre- O_O.Ok.No more Blue-leaf teaf for me.))
-
Poor Pierre. XD))
Bailey chuckled and lowered her head, putting it by his shoulder. She made sure not to rest it on his shoulders, because she was too heavy. Bailey leaned back and grinned. "Okay," she said, turning to the doctor, who was sitting on a bench writing stuff down in a notebook. She nudged the man. "Thank you very much," she said, "I don't think I could've forgiven myself if he would've died."
-
"Alright Mr. Pouty," Samala teased, and chuckled. She listened intently to Kithea's words, and repeated them to herself in her head. No one had ever found her work intresting. Now someone did. It was a good feeling.
"Well lets go," she laughed, and folded her wings. Although Samala was slightly tall for her species, she was very thin. Her body immediatly started to descend, and she straightened her body like a stick, or an arrow - as humans called them. She gathered speed, and her eyes stung. But she felt free. Samala neared the ground, and quickly unfolded her wings, creating a brisk wind. "Show off," she could heard Kurith mutter. But she didn't care.
~ ~ ~
The moon was high in the air, and the cat like dragon could feel the warmth radiating from her companions' bodies. Their breathing was calm and gentle, and their eyes were closed. It created a serene, quiet and gentle mood.
Samala stood, and tightened the strap holding her satchel. She padded out of the cave, and felt the moonlight touch her fur. Her pupils grew dialated, and her surroundings seemed to glow in a white light. It was peaceful.
Samala padded quietly out of the cave, and unfolded her wings. She heard a thump, (the book) but ignored it. THe fae flew silently over the trees, scanning the turf for some herbs she could gather to show Kithea. She thought it might be a nice suprise.
She flew over a spot dotted with purple and green specks, and ascended in a wide circle. The flowers swyaed gently in the wind created by her wings when she landed, and she padded over. "Lavender, for mental health," she meowed, plucking a few strands of flowers from the earth, and placed them on the ground. An orange and red flower with an intricate pattern of petals swayed slightly, as if beckonning her. The dragoness hurried over, and picked a few. "Marigold, for treating wounds and soothing skin," she murmed, and ran through the list of plant names in her head.
~ ~ ~
Samala wrapped the plants in a broad, wet branch and packed them into her back. She was about to unfold her wings, when she saw a small, orange glowing in the distance. Curious, she ascended into the air and flew towards the peculiar glowing dot.
When she reached the source, she was disapointed to find it was a small fire. She had expected sonething more. But there was something strange... A small fire like that wouldn't just start itself. She hovered in the air, and looked for the source - the creator - of fire. There. Two men leaning on some sort of wooden house with wheels. They where chatting.
Samala never knew men could make fire. She could make electricity, but it was not the same. "Hello down there! Is that fire? How did you make it?" she said in human, or English as they called it. The two men seemed startled, and she remembered not all humans had daily contact with dragons.
"Quick, get the ropes," one of them whispered, but unfortunatly Samala could not hear. "And the whips?" the other one asked. THis time she heard. "Whips? What for? I may not know how to make fire, but I know for certain that whips do not produce it," she meowed quizically, and the human who said the word "whips" dived into a tarp, which folded and allowed him to pass. His head popped out a few seconds later, and he was holding a whip and some ropes. She felt something sharp pierce her chest.
Horried and afraid, she looked around frantically and noticed something metalic glistening one of the men's hand. A knife. And it was coated in blood. Her blood. She gasped, and pressed her paw against her chest. She felt a warm, gooey substance. Her paw was coated in a crimson substance.
"What are you doing?!" she yowled, but the man just laughed cruely. "Oooooo I can't wait 'til we get nback to the Main camp and show the general what we got!" one of the men sneered, and she felt something lashed against her back. She roared in agony, and felt the energy flowing through her viens. Her muscles tensed, and she felt ropes pulled her down.
Samala's eyes flickered, and the man holding the whip yelped. "It's an electric dragon! Do something!" the man screamed, and the one holding the knife stepped closer. The energy subsided, and fear took over her. I can't do it. Not as long as I'm afraid. I must be brave... Samala thought, and felt something stab her side.
~ ~ ~
When the dragoness awoke, she felt something wrapped around her eyes, and her body ached. It was dark. But she could hear the bird's song. It was day, yet it was dark? Peculiar... she thought, and thrashed around. Her legs where tied, and the ground was moving beneath her. And the air smelled of wood.
{Samala was captured by two men and they blindfolded her and are carrying her in a covered wagon (see image below). They are taking her to the main camp, to get a reward))

Super Epic Incredible Post* :P
I'm gonna rp later >.<))

"Cmon!", he said.They didn't have to walk too much, when they saw four midget dragons (Draco Nano) on a branch."Hey Hey Hey Hey!Heeey!", said them singing."Hi guys!Bailey, these are John, Ringo, George and Paul.Guys, this is Bailey", he presented them."Hello Bailey!", said John.The others bowed a little.
((John-Its us!Its us they are talking about!
George-Yaaaaay!We're famouus!
Paul- ~le girl yell of happiness~Iiiiiih!
Ringo- ~does Victory dance~
Magno- Aw... You look su cute when you are happy ^^.))
-
Kithea blinked open her eyes sleepily, noticing it was still dark. Kithea stretched and walked out of the cave. She blinked when she saw a book on the ledge. Kithea hurried over and looked at it. Samala's book! Kithea looked around. Samala wasn't there.
Kurith groaned and opened his eyes. He was shaking back and forth. "Kurith! Kurith, wake up! Samala's missing!"he heard. Kurith growled and shoved Kithea off of him. he shook himself and stretched his wings. "Good riddance," Kurith snorted, "What could you learn from that stupid cat anyway? Why do you want to learn about the things that are killing other dragons? Why can't we just kill them?" Kurith's brows raised. He stared at Kithea.
"If we learn about them," Kithea stated, "Then we'll know their point of view." And with that, she flew off to find Samala.
I'm too lazy to post Bailey atm :P))
Laysa led the dragon over to her stall, roaring to scare away the humans. She shut the door and rested beside the dragon. "Thank you," she said quietly. Laysa sighed.
-
((Ok, maybe Magno and Bailey go for a stroll on the forest and they find the others?))
-
How about Bailey and him walk out of SASD and one of them (or both) smell Kurith/Kithea/Samala?))
-
Fine.It can be Bailey, Magno has already good hearing))
-
((Last day of break before school ;-;))
Kurmii felt something pull her body, and drop her gently on some dry grass. "Thank you," said a voice, and Kurmii struggled to move. She wanted to let this dragon know she was fine. She wasn't though. Her back was stinging horribly and her legs were scarred and speckled with dots of blood, probally from the whips and that stick like thing.
Then she remembered the dead twolegged. It was only a twolegged, but it was dead. And it was her fault. She would have panicked, but she was too tired. The short, sound wave she had created had completely drained her energy.
(Too lazy and too tired to do Samala atm :P)
-
Bailey smiled and walked along with Magno across the field outside of the S.A.S.D camp. She suddenly lifted her head and sniffed. "You smell that?" she asked him.
-
Magno shook his head."No, but I hear something", he said and headed to North.
-
Bailey followed her nose, heading the same direction as Magno. She saw some dragons in the distance flying. Bailey raised her head. "Stay here," she instructed Magno, "I'll go check 'em out." She lifted into the sky.
Ima do Kurith and Kithea later. I'm too lazy.
I think laziness is contagious, Gamma! *gasp*))
-
Magno sat on a rock. Surprise, surprise! His friends were there.
((I am not lazy, my mother is just screaming>.<))
-
I was talking about gamma and I :P
On my iPad. rp later >.<))
-
I did Kurmii last time so I'll just do samala :P))
Another day crawled by, the ebony felidragon still trapped in the stuffy wooden box on wheels. Samala's skin ached, infact, everything ached. But most of all her stomach. She was hungry. A sharp jolt tossed her in the air, as the wagon rolled over a fat, mossy tree root. The sound of laughter errupted from the front of the vehicle, and the dragoness simply sighed. Fighting back was not really an option anyway.
She just hoped Kithea and even grouchy Kurith were OK, and far away. She would rather stay captured than endanger another dragon. It had happened once before, just once. But for Samala, once was too many times.
-
Guys? ;-;))
-
Twizzlerr must be dead ;_;))
Magno said hello. "Yo...You are looking all pumped up and finy lookin' because o' what?", asked Ringo.Magno let out a loving sigh."Bailey says she loves me...", he said smiling. They all looked at Pierre."What?", he asked."He said Bailey loves him", George repeated."Its good for him.I am happy for Magno", Pierre said."You not gonna make a joke about them?", asked Paul."No, why would I.", stated Pierre. Grukem grumbled."Not sho fast, little love bird", said the European Dragon."Really?", asked John."What?", asked Grukem."You not making an aliteration? Ok...", said the mini dragon, angry. Grukem continued. "Love...Is gonna cost you big time", said Grukem."Wait we got a song for that!", said John. The little dragons cleared their throats and began singing:
*?Ooooh Aaaamoooor?
?Com o teu primeiro beijo,?
?Ooooh Aaaamooor,?
?Come tiraste o desejo!?
?Oooo aaaamoor,?
?Sobre a ponte do Teeejoo,?
?Ooo aaamoor,?
?Com o teu priiimeiro beiijo!?
"Wait...With your first kiss? That means love doesn't come until you kiss?",Magno asked.Grukem nodded."You see, young dragon, that Shailey was lying. She just wanned you to feel better!", said the old dragon.Magno looked down sadly.Pierre patted him on the back.
((*Oooo Looovee
With your very first kiss,
Oooo Loove,
How did you taken away my wish,
Oooo Loove,
On the bridge of Teejoo
Ooo Loove,
With your very first kiiss))
-
Twizzy? ;-; I need somebody to reply to kurmii/Samala ;-;))
-
Gah sorry guyz. Skewl is cruel >.<))
Kithea suddenly stopped and turned in the air. "Kurith!" she shouted. Her brother turned. "Look!" Kithea gasped, seeing a shape heading towards them.
"Another dragon," Kurith said bluntly, "Probably escaping to the forest, too." He snorted and waited for the golden-colored dragon. It stopped in front of them, panting. The dragon was a young female.
"Hello!" Bailey said, smiling and panting, "I'm Bailey. Who are you?" The smaller, purple dragon stared at her. "I'm...Kithea..." she said awkwardly. Bailey smiled and turned to the bigger male. He was glaring at her suspiciously.
"What do you want?" Kurith growled. He narrowed his eyes. The orange dragon--Bailey--looked hurt. Kurith rolled his eyes.
"Kurith!" Kithea snapped, swatting his head. She sighed and turned to Bailey. "Sorry, my brother hates strangers. Are you escaping the humans, too?" Bailey hesitated.
"Y-yea," she stammered, "And a friend of mine. He can't fly, so..." she trailed off, tossing her head back towards the human-like shape down on the ground.
"We're looking for a friend of ours, actually," Kithea replied, noticing her wings aching, "We're still searching."
Plus it took me two days to write this post since I only got like five minutes before I had to do homework...>.< I'll continue it later so I don't take up any more time.
SORRIEZ!))
-
The gang waved to Bailey."Hey.", they said. Grukem grumbled."Wazat fat thingys flying in the sky?", he asked, pointing to Kithea and Kurith. Pierre smiled."Hey Bailey, who are those?", the gargoille asked. The quartet of Mini dracos just looked up. Magno just sighed.
-
Gonna post tomorrow ;-; I don't know what to type))
-
Bailey is still flying with the K's. [new nickname for Kithea and Kurith]))
-
((What you expect me to post?
The MJRGPGP (Magno, John, Ringo, George, Paul, Grukem and Pierre)have nothing to do.))
-
Sorry, sorry. I said I'd post >.<))
Kithea sighed. "We have to get moving, sorry." She began to fly off. "Wait!" shouted Bailey, halting them, "Me and my friend can help." Kurith looked irritated and angry.
"Really?" exclaimed Kithea enthusiastically, "How?"
"We know these lands. We've lived around here our whole life. Now, do you know what happened?"
"No," Kithea sighed, shaking her head, "But I do have one of her books." Bailey stared at them. One of her books? Does she belong to humans? She asked the question. The two dragons looked at her as if she were crazy.
"No!" bellowed Kurith, "Why would we befriend some dragon with the twoleggeds? What dragon would be with them? I would, Bailey thought, disappointed. Bailey sighed and told them to follow her to meet her friend. She landed beside Magno, introducing him to the new dragons. Magno said hi. Kithea grinned and said hi back, but Kurith simple snorted a reply.
"They're looking for a friend of theirs," Bailey explained, "I said we could help."
-
"Why not.My name is Magno, and these are John, Ringo, George, Paul, Pierre and Grukem", the Knucker said, pointing at his friends.While Pierre and the mini dragons said hi, Grukem only snorted."Do you have anything that could lead us to your friend?", the knucker asked.
-
"I do have a book," she said, handing the Knucker Samala's books on herbs. " I found it outside of the cave, but it didn't look like she left it there. It looked like she had dropped it or something." Kithea shrugged.
"These dragons better help," Kurith growled, glaring at Grukem, "If this is a trap..."
"It's not," chuckled Bailey, "I promise."
-
The knucker carefully looked at the book.He found a paper on the middle of the book."Here it says to find a kind of herbs on...The Titanium forest?!", he said, surprised, looking at the paper."A lot of humans, mean, evil, dragonnapper humans live there!", he stated. "Your friend might be in danger!", he said, scared.
Grukem glared back at Kurith and chewed on his red leaf(kind of cigar)."Here my friend, the cake is not a lie...You going in a business with Hoppy the Hoop", he said, letting out a small cloud of smoke to the air.
((I see we were in the memes, so...))
-
Kurith stared at Grukem in an odd way. He tilted his head and slowly turned away, slightly creeped out.
"Right..." he mumbled. Kithea elbowed him. Kurith snorted.
"In trouble?" Kithea gasped, standing up and spreading her wings, "W-we have to help her! She could be captured b-by humans!" Kithea was breathing deeply and quickly, and, in the words of a less-educated dragon, she was freaking out.
-
"I know the way! Get your legs a movin', because there is no way to fly there!", Magno said, running off.Pierre jumped from branch to branch, following Magno, with the midget dragons on his shoulders. Grukem dropped his red leaf and went bolting through the way, bumping into many things.
-
Kurith growled and sped ahead of Grukem, smirking back at him. Kurith didn't care what happened to the cat, but he sure was enjoying being ahead of that grumbling dragon. Kurith snorted and ran faster, but, of course, he wasn't used to running, so he tripped many times.
Bailey sprinted after Magno, more alert as to where things were on the ground so she didn't fall. She noticed that only Magno and the midgets were running quickly; the rest of the flying dragons were lagging behind, gasping with the effort of using their rarely-used legs.
Kithea ran as fast as she could, which was about as fast as a dog. She was breathing hard, using all her muscle to push herself along. She had to save Samala. She just had to.
-
Magno, without noticing, let his instincts activate. His legs were moving so fast they only looked like a splot of imense activity.He was running so fast a wind tunnel began to form behind him. He was running to almost Mach 1. "Magnooooo!", called his friends. The midget dragons rolled their eyes, and like bees, fired right after Magno. Pierre jumped to a branch that acted like a catapult, catapulting him forward.Grukem was not going to let that snorty dragon supass him. He blasted with his tail on the ground. The shockwave sent him forward, supassing Kurith, to which he gave a troll face.
Magno forgot why he was running. Running was his domain. He just kept running faster and faster and faster.
-
Samala's eyes shot open. The ground vibrated perhaps it was just the cart. No, the cart had stopped moving. The dragoness could hear the two men who had stabbed her chatting outside, smacking their lips. They must be having a lunch break... Samala thought, and stuggled to prop herself up. CLUNK! Her body was pulled down, and an uproar of laughter came from outside. Great, a chain. Just great. The wound on her chest was covered with a thick, blob of dried blood, yet it weakened her still. Her heart was pumping slower than usual.
The men stopped chatting and mounted the cart, she knew because Samal could feel the vehicle move as they got on. A whip lashed, and a horse neighed. They started to move.
~o~O~o~
The cart had been travelling for hours on end, with the occational break for food or rest. It had been five days since her capture, and Kurith and Kithea must be far away. Her chest ached, and she reached for her shoulder to pull out some herbs from her pack. Then she noticed. Her stachel was gone! Great. Those stupid humans must have taken it. She just sighed.
The terrain changed, and the cart bounched up and down more frequently. The sound of laughter and shouting surrounded her, and the stench of unwashed bodies caused her to gag. Samala poked her head out of the canvas blanket covering her "cell" and saw clumps of houses bunched together. There wre fields nearby, and Samala recognised the place as a village. She must be very far away from her friends. She hoped they weren't searching for her. "Get outta the way hag!" the man who stabbed her sneered, and the shouts of a frightened woman came from the front of the carrage.
A human child scampered by, a dog at his heels. He noticed Samala, and pointed a long grubby finger coated in dirt. THe boy was young, around 6 or so, with torn pants and a brown shirt that might have been white once. The tyke called to his friends, and five other boys ran over. The cart stopped, and the drivers went into a tavern, probally for beer.
One of the boys extended a figer, and placed it's dirty hand on Samala's nose. The dragoness snorted, and the child laughed triumphantly, showing off to his buddies. His eyes smarkled, and Samala smiled. A woman spotted the young pranksters, and shouted something. The boys retreated relucatantly to their mother, and one waved a chubby finger. Not all humans are bad Samala thought, and her tounge flicked in and out. The boy chortled with glee, and stuck out his own tounge.
Samala heard a grunt, and one of the men who had trapped her in the stuffy carriage emerged from the pub and staggered towards her awkwardly. He was drunk. Very drunk. He zipped the tarp closed, and the carriage started to move. The sound of laughter subsided.
I need something for Kurmii to do ;-;))
Oh and I made up some more dragon types c:
Canyon
Mystery (shape shifters and color changers)
Intelligenis (Smarter dragons with larger brains. They devote their lives to sience, healing, or philosophy. Like Samala ^^)
-
Hmm...they sound great :D I'll add 'em. I'll need some specific rules on the Mystery ones, however :P))
Bailey skidded to a halt as she reached a forest. She gulped and followed Magno, who eventually found a trail of human cart marks. They followed it for hours, smelling humans and Samala. They followed it and followed it, Kithea determined to find her lost friend.
Suddenly, they ran into a village. They were all gasping for breath. Bailey looked around and saw screaming humans, sprinting into the nearest shelter. A young girl stood in the middle of the village, fear-struck. She couldn't move. Bailey smiled and walked up to her slowly, lowering her head to meet the girl. She shrieked.
"It's okay," Bailey said in human language. The girl began to breathe audibly. She sighed and gulped, reaching out her hand. It touched Bailey's nose. She smiled.
"Did you see a wagon come by, dear?" she asked. She could see a shaking mother in the corner of her eye approaching her. Bailey looked at the girl. "I won't hurt you, but did you see a wagon with a dragon in it recently?" The girl nodded shakily.
"My brother touched it," she said importantly, nodding vigorously. Bailey grinned and held out a candy from the bag connected to her saddle.
"Here you go, dear," she said gently. The girl took the candy and sprinted to her mother. The woman was breathing fearfully.
"Let's go!" Bailey called to the dragons, switchingback to their language, "Probably went this way." She ran in the direction the girl had looked.
Sorry, just needed to hurry it up ^^))
-
Sorry, school is mean ?_?))
The wagon rolled to a stop, and shouts came from outside. "Open that darn door! We have a livin' drag here!" a man hollered, and Samala recognised his voice. THe man with the knife. The sound of metal creaking followed, and the cart moved forward. The bumpy gravel they had been driving on smoothed, and they hit asfault. The tarp was torn open, and the level of light suprised the dragoness. She had not realised it was so early in the morning. Light doesn't come through a tarp that well, now does it?
A man threw a rope on Samala's neck, and dragged her, hissing and growling, out of the cart. Samala flopped onto the ground, the chains still pulling on her legs. They men pressed a small, stick like object into a hole at the end of the chain and it made a clicking noise, before growing limp and releasing Samala.
More men with ropes were coming. She had to act fast. The lightning dragon hissed, and unfolded its wings. SNAP! A whip. Again. Her body was pulled down, and something smacked her head. She drifted into peaceful darkness.
Clunk. Clunk. "WAkE UP YA STUPID BEAST!" A voice growled, and Samala's eyes shot open. "Wha?" she asked, and shook her head. She was in a cage. superb.. she thought sarcastically. Although the cage was a primitive structure, it was strong. She had been brought into a large, airy room, with a red carpet and a burning fireplace. It looked like a giant house.
"Greetings dragon," A voice echoed, and a man emerged from the shadows in a corner. "Oh, what a lovely entrance dear dork," Samala sneered, and the man chuckled. He was tall, lean, and had neatly combed brown hair. His clothes were exorbitant - leather shorts with an intricatly embroidered vest.
"Welcome to the Main Camp,"
;-; too tired to color today))
-
Magno quickly hid in the bushes."Bailey!Are you nuts?! They are gonna capture you!Come here!", said the knucker, pointing to the bush, where they were hiding.
-
OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG :o Sorry for inactiveness!!! Jeeze, you were right Twizz. SCHOOL IS MEAN. XD lol, I'm gonna read your posts and type something :P))
Tic, toc, tic, toc. DING DING DING!!!! 4:00pm. Although the dragoness did not posses a clock, and the primitive one in her cage was nonfunctional, the giant grandfather clock from upstairs could be heard. After the um... "conversation" or, argument at that matter, was over, some gaurds had transported her to the catacombs below. The catacombs had tall, while walls with lime green lines, quite a modern kind of mood. Block-like cages were embedded in the walls, each one with some sort of magical creature; mostly dragons. Except one creature had mystified her.
She had spied it - or him, she considered it male - a few days after she had arrived. The creature was similar to a human, and at first Samala had thought it was one of them. Thats when she noticed it's ears. Its very long, and pointy, ears. They shot upward, almost like deer ears, with small, lynx-like tufts at the tips. The boy had suprisingly long light blond hair, with a few braids tied together by vines. He wore simple clothes; a ragged, green piece of cloth that vaguely resembled a shirt, with muddied brown shorts made from animal skin. He was barefoot.
He sat now in his cell, picking at a broken lock laying on the floor in his cell. It must have fallen from another cage, for the lock on his own cell wasn't old and rusted like the one he was working on. Perhaps he was preparing to escape. The pointy eared creature eyed the lock, and lifted it up and down slowly as if he was summing it up. He jammed his long, nimble fingers into a small key hole, and made a small, clicking noise. THe rusted hook at the top of the lock clicked too, and shot upward. He had opened it. Samala was intrigued by it.
The boy tossed the lock to the corner of his cell, and started to fiddle with another one. Samala wished she could talk to him. He seemed like a sensible perso- creature , and maybe he could acompany her on her journey away from this place. If only his cage was closer.
The boy sat in a bronze cage, the kind used to contain birds. The cage hung on a long, metal chain that was hinged onto the roof high up above. Samala's cage was at a 70 degree angle or so, a few meters below him. He would see her if he looked down, andthe dragoness knew the creature knew of her presence. She had been resting the other day when she saw it's eyes glistening between the bars, watching her with fastination. She wondered if he had ever seen a dragon before, alas, Samala was a very peculiar dragon, so she wasn't suprised.
~o~O~o~
6:00pm. Feeding time. Men flooded into the corridor, holding vast platters of exotic fruits, meats, and other delicacies. Samala's mouth watered. She heard a clink, and saw a small rusty lock plumet towards the floor. It smacked a man's head, and she heard a chuckled from above. She looked up, and saw the boy snickering. His head poked out of the cell, and he was lowering a frail thread from his cage. She wondered he had had gotten it. Then she noticed - it was the vines from his hair. The boy's braid was tangled, and tufts of hair were missing. Her question was answered.
The boy tugged sharply on the "rope" and pulled up a small, red object. An apple. Someone hollared from below, and the boy just snickered. He yanged on the string once more, and grabbed his prize. Samala looked enviously at the ripe fruit in the boy's palms, and watched as he bit into it. Crunch! THe apple's thin skin broke, and the creature sunk his teeth into it's tender, crispy flesh. The men below had left, probally crawled off to their eating room, where they would be gorging themselves with artery-clogging delights.
As if sensing Samala's eyes apon him, the boy looked down, and grinned at the dragoness. Samala smiled, and the boy bit into the apple. Her broke half of it, and tossed it down to her. She just hoped it would land in the right spot. And to her suprise, it did. The boy smiled, and countinued munching on his own piece of fruit.
Samala scooped up the slice tenderdly, and chewed on it slowly, smacking her lips afterwards, trying to hold on to the taste. She had aways eaten apples, but never had one tasted this good. Probally because she was hungry. No, not hungry. She had been hungry before, a slight pain in her abdomen as her stomach commented on lunch. Starving, thats the right word she decided.
The boy peered down at her, and Samala realised it was her chance to try and speak with him. "I'm Samala, I'm a dragon from the eastern lands of Kirth," she called up to him, and he smiled. "My name is Arwen, and I'm an elf," The elf's voice was high, and Arwen's silkly light hair covered her eyes. Samala realised, that Arwen was a girl.
(lol poor Samala XD)

"C'mon, let's follow...Secret style", said Magno, sneaking the direction the girl pointed, sneaky.

New member? Hey, I like this guy?! Maybe Magno can become friends with him.... One of them is like a snake and the other looks like a snake))
-
Lol, Okay but you will find it VERY hard to become friends my dragon, she is so hard to please.
-
Please insert a personality, SpiritWolf123. Plus, I'm not sure about the "zombie" thing. Might have to change her history.))
Kithea rushed after bailey, who seemed so sure of where they were going. She didn't know why, until she saw Bailey with her nose madly pressed to the ground. She was following Samala's scent!
"How could you smell her if she's so far away?" Kithea asked after they had traveled for an hour or two. Bailey looked up and blinked, as if she had forgotten that Kithea was there.
"Desert dragons have great noses," Bailey explained, following the strangely cat-like scent once again. "We have to find prey from miles away with 'em. Think about it--we're in a desert." She snorted with amusement. Kithea did the same.
Pretty soon, they had reached a strange town with tall walls around, but they easily flew over, Bailey carrying Magno. She landed behind a human house. She covered her nose. "Can't smell her," she growled, "Too many human scents." She peeked over the house, immediately putting it back down as she saw a group of humans huddling together oddly close to them. She motioned to stay quiet as she listened to them.
"Yea! All we hadda do was stare at it and it let us put it in the wagon!" one laughed. It was oddly sober.
"Wow..." she heard a girl sigh, "You're so brave, John..."
"Aw, he ain't nothin'!" exclaimed John's buddy, "That so-called dragon was jus' some kitty!" Bailey's eyes widened. The smell...like a cat...he called the dragon a "kitty"...
"Those humans took her," Bailey said to the rest of the dragons. She turned to Magno. "What do we do?"
-
Magno smiled."Maybe all you hear is a blurr, but I can hear twenty times better than you all together! Now, shush, be quiet, I got this", said Magno. He moved his ears, left to right, right to left."I hear a feline dragon and an elf. Come", said Magno. He stalked on the bushes, stopping from time to time to hear some more.

Fine...>_> edited.

Accepted, Spirit! Welcome to Kirth!))
Kithea, Bailey, Kurith, Grukem, and the midget dragons all followed. The bigger dragons, such as Bailey and Grukem, found it very challenging to stay hidden in the small, struggling plants that were scattered around the town. They followed Magno to a massive building. It looked like it went underground.
"What do we do now?" Kithea whispered. There appeared to be no way in or out.
((How about they end up getting captured, guys? Then they rescue Samala [and perhaps the elf] from there. Maybe Kithea and Magno could lightning-zap them all out! :D Then they move on to rescue Laysa and Kurmii? Since they are totally bored to death?))
-
Sounds ok to me, just a few ideas >:3
OK so when they come to the Main camp, the others are captured and "re-located" to the normal cages, (so not where samala is) and Bailey is set free because she is Elizabeth's companion. Frantic about Magno, she refuses to leave and eventually is forced to. She goes to Elizabeth, tells her about the Main camp's cruelty or sth, and gets her to do something.
Once they escape......
Since Kurith and Kithea ha- dislike (lol) humans, maybe they would think Arwen was a human? And then Samala decided to keep Arwen a sectet, and hide her in her wings. One night, maybe Bailey could smell her (because of her nose) and find Arwen? The others wouldn't notice, because Samala would have rubbed a bunch of herbs onto Arwen's skin to hide her skin to hide her scent.))
-
Sounds good ;3
Bailey'll keep Arwen a secret, tho :P She likes humans, and an elf is close enough for her.
So...who shall start this mini-plot?))
-
-
((Did you forgot we planned everything in the OCC thread? Grukem gets captured but he is released because he only sleeps. But the idea of the elfy thingy is ok, and Magno also disliskes anything that copies his style~ yeah~))
Copies his style?
And yes, we did, but we need some interesting things along the way :P Think of it like a t.v. series. You have the main plot, but the characters go on mini-adventures along the way))
-
((You know, walks in two legs...Looks like a human...
And ok, but I mentioned a whole lot of times Magno will never get captured. So, it is better to Grukem to get captured. If anyone wants to get captured with him....))

1. Oh okay I get it xD I thought you meant Kithea using lightning too :P
2. How come you don't want Magno captured so badly? :P
3. Also, Drago, your roleplay was a bit...confusing, fast, and controlling. You didn't let me do anything...>.<))
-
((I just don't want him. I cannot find a possible way for him to get out.
2-Arhenebegfcttfdtgdfnrhv.... What part did you find confusing?))
-
Just that suddenly there was Magno saying "No" and a weird dragon breed I don't remember being caught?))
-
-
Okay...I guess. >.<
Need to rp later. SO BUSY
EDIT: I updated the front page's Maps, Current Members, and Types of Dragons. We need some serpents! *sobsob* But I already have my four charries!
Maybe I should make it five...>:D))

Ignore this post.

((Did you forgot we planned everything in the OCC thread? Grukem gets captured but he is released because he only sleeps. But the idea of the elfy thingy is ok, and Magno also disliskes anything that copies his style~ yeah~))
Magno nodded to the cages. "Release them", murmured Magno, seeing no one was guarding. He advanced, searching for Samala. He discovered her, and with his long claws, he broke the locker. However, that sound alerted the sleeping guards, that came after them .Magno waved a hand, telling everyone to run away. However, he saw the guards were focused on the biggest dragon of all- Grukem. The European Dragon got captured and taken away. "Oh nooooo...!", said Magno, advancing to save him. But he looked around. He would risk the lives of others if he did that."He survived 3 thousand years. He will get through", he thought."I believe in him", said Magno, blinking an eye to Grukem, that blinked an eye in answer.
What? o.o Sorry, but if you want me to be honest, I would say that made very little sense XD
First of all....
1.You didn't mention how they got past the wall
2.The catacombs are like way below the main floor, and it's heavily gaurded. It's the main camp afterall isn't it?
3.The gaurds wouldn't just capture Grunken immediatly. First they would get backup.
4.Since when does Magno know Samala's name? I remember Kithea saying she was looking for "her friend" but I don't recall her mentioning Samala's name.
5.Since your rp is sorta confusing, does this um.. even end up happening? XD))
-
*shrug* Not fully sure))

Well, the serpent could be captured and put in some tank of water...and he couldn't escape because he can't go on land ^^))
-
Then he stays there until he is rotten .-.?))
-
-
Aww, I hope your okay)
The young serpent swam to shore and lay his head on the sand and keeping the rest of his body in the water. He never really had the time to sunbathe but now he did so he had decided to take his chance.
He suddenly heard some thumping up ahead on land and opened his eyes quickly, he saw a purple-grey dragon up ahead and shrieked as he saw it was Poison, he slithered around and jumped into the water, hoping the murderous dragon hadn't noticed him.
Poison growled as she saw the serpent slither back into the water. "Come back here!" She growled and ran up to the sea, getting close enough to pin the serpent around it's neck "why is everyone so scared of me? I'm not crazy y'know" she said casually and could smell and see the fear in the serpent's eyes.
She let him go and the serpent quickly slithered away into the water.
"Ugh why is everyone so scared of me?" she muttered to herself, she lay down in the sand and looked out to the distance not really staring at anything in particular.
-
Kithea grimaced for one of the few times in her life. Demanding, demanding.
"Yes, she is a living thing. Samala, is her name. She is a felis dracos, I believe."
"She's a stupid cat with wings," Kurith grumbled. He snorted and glared at Kithea when she elbowed him.
"Alright, so back to the digging, Magno?" Bailey asked.
-
"Yeah, umm...Maxwell, activate your heat vision", said Magno, snapping his claws in front of the Draco Americanus Icognito.Maxwell's eyes turned bright yellow."Dig here", said Maxwell, pointing to a spot. Grukem broke the stone with his fist."You all know how to dig. Come", said the Knucker, starting to dig. Grukem punched the rocks in the way, and Pierre took small portions of dirt.The poor midget dragons...Had to take the dirt with their mouths.
-
Bailey dug surprisingly fast, using her massive, heavy claws to pulls away chunks of dirt and rock. She snorted. Finally, as they were digging, they hit something too hard to dig. She leaned her nose in and sniffed it.
"Metal," she realized. Kithea, Kurith, and some other dragons stared at her.
"A hard, smelly rock," Bailey explained.

Can I join with an own species?

Gah I wish I could join in with your little mission ;-; I have nothing to do...Creative mind is blank XD)
Well we must fill it!
Poison could come and find us and join us, since we haven't heard the "rumors" 'bout him.
We could have our characters rest at the Rocky Shores (I assume he lives in the Ocean of Sanctuary?) and then meet him. Samala could use some sort of magic (if she can...) to make a water bubble for him to constantly be in, and then join the gang.
THE GANG SO FAR:
Kithea-Lightning!
Kurith-Water!
Bailey-Fire!
Magno-Brains!
Samala-Brains!
(possibly) Elf-Sneakiness!
((Sadly, I think we might have to kill off the elf...kinda off-plot and topic XP))

Okay, I Call my species cosmic dragons. Theyre very agility on land, air and water, but theyre attacks not very strong. Theyre are very little.
Is that species okay?

Hmm... I think Kurmii is dead. LET'S BRING HER BACK TO LIFE! >:]
"Uh....." Kurmii groaned, and propped herself up. She was alone, in a tight, shiny, cave-like thing with holes in it. It made her feel claustrophobic. Other dragons sat in similar structures near-by, some of their caves suspended in the air by metal chains.
It's short, but Kurmii's alive now :P
[I decided to put her in the same area as Samala, and I thought that maybe Kithea/Bailey/a random dragon (lol) would ask her if she had seen a cat-like dragon anywhere]

Okay, sure, so both Hudor AND Poison come join? or just Poison, Hudor's the Serpent and Poison is a land dragon.......Well Poison could like....sense....there is trouble? 8D and Hudor could like.....O_O What could Hudor do? XD

Yes, both. :) And remember, we could use some sort of magic so that Hudor is stuck inside a water bubble, even on land, that floats. So he could go around on land...

((Sorry, I was rolling around .-. :I ._. I:))
Magno looked around, when he heard some steps. Heavy steps. Human steps."The guards! Close the metal!", said Magno. Grukem pushed the metal back together."Shhhhhh!", said Magno, and hold his breath, very still.He heard some steps closer, and then someone banging on the metal."Oh well, maybe just a dragon trying to escape. None of my business, I'm just a rookie", said the voice, and stepped away. Magno espired."That was close", he thought."Let's continue and silently", said Magno, continuing to dig.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Maxwell pointed to a wall."Try here", said the Draco Americanus Icognito.Grukem smashed the wall, that was now older and made of brick.They peeked through the hole and noticed a dragon(Kurmii)."Hey, have you seen a cat like with wings?", asked Magno. Grukem peeked too."She is like, a cat", said the European Dragon. John peeked through the hole."Her name is Samala", said the midget. The other midgets appeared, too."She is a cat", said Ringo."With wings", added George."Dragon wings!", said Paul."Guys!Get off me!", complained Magno, being smashed by the weight of his friends and Maxwell.
Laysa hissed in surprise and jumped back, hitting the back of her cage. "Who in the name of the First Flyers are you?" she shrieked. Laysa grabbed the cage bars. She looked across the hall at Kurmii. "Do you know this..." she stared at Magno, "...Knucker?" The Knucker seemed a little surprised that Laysa would know his breed name. her eyes widened.
"You're from the forest!" she cried, "So am I!" The spines on her face shot up. She held her head up.
((I did.That was why he said "Good, good". However, he just had seven dragons on top of him, and he couldn't make such a speech.
Anyway, what did you think of my roleplay :3?
PS-Here is the continuation of the post))
Magno seemed surprised."How were you captured then? I know no forest dragon lives around here", said Magno."Anyway, we could free you if ya want", said Magno, looking around for guards. There was one, lightly sleeping."Maxwell, can you put that guard into deep sleep?", asked Magno."I can do even more than that", said Maxwell, smirking and popping out his claws."NO.", said Magno, bonking him on his head."Fine", said the Draco Americanus Icognito and whistled. The guard fell into deep sleep. John silently flew and took his keys. The midgets, with some dificulty, opened the cage.
-
OH! I see xDDD))
Laysa tentatively stepped out of the cage, shuffling awkwardly because of the locked chains connecting her feet and wings together. She shook her head and looked at Magno. She sighed. "The twoleggeds are reaching all of Kirth," she said, hanging her head, "Even the forest. Especially the forest." She looked very sad.
-
(Okay, I must a little bit more train to write in Past)
-
Sorry, homework is evil ;-;
So are tests......
I'm just going to pretend that Kurmii knows Laysa's name :P I'm too stressed about all the tests coming up that I don't have time to write "the dragoness" etc when refering to Laysa XD))
Kurmii pricked her ears. "Have you seen a cat like dragon, with wings?" said a voice, and she whipped around, her light brown fur waving slightly. Kurmii's cave made a creaking metal noise, and swayed when she jumped. A red, snake-like dragon with small wings had approached her, but he was outside her cave. She envied him for his freedom.
Before she could answer, she heard a familiar sound. "Laysa? Laysa! I'm over here!" Kurmii called, and started to run towards her. Kurmii banged into the bars, and shook her head. Some small dragons opened Laysa's cave with their claws, and she stepped out. "The twoleggeds are reaching all of Kirth," she said, hanging her head, "Even the forest. Especially the forest." She looked very sad.
"Yeah-" Kurmii added, and started gnawing on the bars keeping her secluded, trying to escape. "-The twoleggeds stabbed me with some pointy tool and stuffed me in a dark place. Whatever they had injected had made me fall asleep, and when I woke up I ended up here," Kurmii growled, releasing her grip on the bars.
"Have you seen a cat with wings?" the snake-like dragon repeated. "Her name is Samala," he added. Kurmii thought for a moment. She had seen many dragons, but none that looked like cats. Despite the fact that she hadn't seen Samala, she had a good instinct for finding things.
In the fields, where she lived before twoleggeds had burned it down, she had used her eyesight to spot field mice hiding in patches of wheat.
"No, I haven't. But I could help you find her. Being a field dragon, I have very good eyesight and hearing; but yoiu would have to free me first,"
-
"Come then, we lead you all to freedom", said Magno, helping them get into the hole. However, ALL the other dragons wanted to go."Ummm", said Magno, looking at the angry, freedom-thirsty dragons.
-
Bailey snorted and laid down outside, envious that she couldn't go with them. She sighed. Oh well.
Laysa growled and glared at each and every dragon. A couple quieted, but got rowled up again. Her throat began to heat up, but she kept calm.
XP Shorty))
-
Cynder starts to flap with her wings and fly into the air. She started to search other dragons.
-
Magno shook his head."Maxwell, make them sleep", said the Knucker. Soon, all the dragons went to sleep.The Knucker saw a cat with wings, in the distance."It's her!", murmured Magno and stalked. His friends followed.
-
She roars and breaths a big flame into the air.
-
Pretend Kithea and Kurith shoved themselves through the hole xD))
Kithea grinned and sprinted after the shape. She skidded to a stop at the cage bars and poked the sleeping Samala. Samala moaned and looked up at her.
"Samala!" Kithea exclaimed, her wings naturally spreading in joy. She held out Samala's book, slipping it through the bars. 'You forgot this," she smiled.
"Kithea! Kithea, get back here!" She heard a voice. Kurith. Kithea groaned to turned to him. He was cross. "But she's here!" Kithea protested.
"So are the guards," Kurith grumbled. Suddenly, Kithea felt vibrations in the ground--human feet. She ground her teeth together. "They must've heard the dragons yowling before Maxwell put 'em to sleep."
-
She makes circle about herself and then she fly to the ground.
She makes circle about herself and then she fly to the ground.
She roars and breaths a big flame into the air.
Cynder starts to flap with her wings and fly into the air. She started to search other dragons.
Could you make all your rp sentences into one roleplay post, please?))
-
(Okay)
She scenes the air. Nothing. She flys deeper. Then she lands on the Ground and scenes agayn, but she smells nothing agayn. Only she smells the fresh grass.
-
Just some tips for English: "agayn" is spelled "again". And when you say "scenes", I think you mean "looks"? ))
-
(No, scenes like smell.)
-
Oh okay. Please use smell from now on :3 ))
-
Okay))
-
Maxwell whistled the same song.Bam. Sudden silence."Release the freaking dragon and let's get out", said Maxwell, facepalming. The midgets opened Samala's cage. "Come on. The effects aren't permanent!", said Maxwell. Magno nodded."Go,go,go,go!", said the Knucker.
-
Click. The rusty door to her cell swung open, and vibrated noisily when it banged into the cave. Kurmii gasped,and dashed out, as if she would never get another chance to do so. "Hey look! It's her!" said a dragon(Maxwell). Kurmii looked up to where he was pointing, and noticed a purple-black mountain dragon fiddling with the lock at "Samala's" cave.
The ground vibrated beneath her, and she pressed her ear to the ground. Kurmii gasped. "The twoleggeds are coming!" she roared frantically, and unfolded her wings. She darted up the cave where Samala was sitting and jammed her beak into the lock. Click. The door swung open, and the dragon inside jumped out.
The sun was high in the sky, and the air was filled with bird song. A stream gurgled near-by, and the trees swayed softly in the breeze. Samala lay sprawled out of a rock in the forest, dapples of sunlight covering her ebony coat.
Arlen skipped merrily around her, and doe at her heels. Samala smiled. But she knew it was a dream, and all dreams had an end. In reality, she was locked up in a cage, while her friends searched desperately for her. "Samala? Samala! Samala wake up!" called a voice, and she could feel herself drifting back into reality.
Samala struggled to grab hold of the happy dream, to savor it longer, but she felt a sharp tug on her arm and her eyelids lashed open. The world was slightly blurred, and the wail of sirens cried all around her. "Samala! It's me, Kithea!" said a familiar voice, and Samala jumped up.
"Kithea? Kithea!" Samala exclaimed, and smiled at the sight of her friend. A furry field dragon picked at her lock, and Kithea handed her her book. "You dropped this," she said, and Samala reached for her shoulder to stuff it into her satchel. But it wasn't there.
"The humans took my satchel," she explained, and the lock to her cage clicked. "There," said the field dragon. "Let's get the heck out of here! The guards are coming!" called a voice from below. It's source, a red knucker.
Samala stepped out, but she felt as if she was missing something. What could it be? Then it hit her. Arwen. Kithea started to fly towards the exit, and a few other dragons followed her. She had to act fast. If she told the others about Arwen, they might think she 's a human and reject her. What if they hurt her?
Samala unfolded her wings, and flew up to Arwen's cage. She was crouched in the corner, covering her ears. "Samala, help!" she whimpered, and Samala sunk her teeth into the bars. It was a useless gesture. The bars where made of iron. Second option, unlock the cage. This option turned out successful.
Arwen jumped out, and Samala caught her in her arms. "Hide in my wings," she instructed, and Arwen obeyed. Samala dove down, and followed the others. Gaurs where flooding into the corridor, shouting. The captured dragons roared and growled, trying to escape while they could.
"We need to get out, now!" Roared the knucker, and pointed to a hole. Samala squeezed through tenderly, trying not to smush Arwen. At least the other's couldn't see the elf wrapped in her wings.
-
Bailey jumped as the dragons rushed out in a flurry. She saw three new dragons: a green, scaly female, a brown, feathered female, and a cat-like female. All females. She chuckled. Suddenly, however, she realized that guards were surrounding them. She and the bigger dragons(Maxwell, Grukem, Kurith, and Kithea)surrounded a circle around the smaller ones. Maxwell seemed to exhausted to just make them fall asleep, and all he could do was roar. However, bailey, Kurith, and Kithea could use their powers.
"We've got them," Kurith growled, narrowing his eyes. He glanced at Kithea, who was taking unnaturally deep breaths. Her pupils were so small you could hardly see them. Then, she was still. Kithea nodded to Kurith. The guards were closing in around them.
Kurith blew some misty air. The guards stared at it, confused. It slowly drifted to one guard, tickling its face. The human jumped back. Kurith smirked and the misty suddenly lashed out, turning into water. He created a rope of water, holding the guards together. They squirmed and kicked, yelling out.
Kithea stared at the water. She opened her mouth and BAM!
A flash of silent, brilliant light. It exploded in the air, the bolt of lightning traveling through the water and frying the guards. She sighed and turned to them.
"That'll hold the other guards off for a while," she said, panting ferociously, "But we should hurry." She grabbed a midget dragon, knowing that they couldn't fly as fast. Kurith grabbed the rest of the midgets, and Bailey carried Magno.
"Can you fly?" Kithea asked Samala. Her wings looked a little bruised and battered, and one had a strange lump (Arwen) but she seemed okay.
Bailey took off, followed by the rest of the dragons. As she looked back, she saw the shape of a small girl in the middle of the town, staring at them with awe and confusion.
Elizabeth.
She gasped and roared a slight flame to show Elizabeth it was her. The other dragons stare at her. "Elizabeth," Bailey sgihed, looking at the ground, "I'm sorry." She took off again, ignoring the "Who was that?"'s.
Elizabeth knew the truth about the Main Camp, and for some reason, Bailey felt it was a bad thing that was her fault. She couldn't escape the feeling.
-
-
Meep. What just happened? Because of Magno saying he could only slash...Maxwell got angry and his heart skipped a beat? What...?))
-
((Remember the scene that Maxwell tried to kill Bailey, and Magno dug his claws deep into Maxwell's heart? Well, Magno said he can only slash, and Maxwell was angry that now, because of Magno's slashing, he has heart attacks every 10 beats.))
-
Aw geez. >.< Yea, I remember xD))
-
((While I matter to bump this, I'm gonna tell me my dream.
While the midgets sing "Getting better" from The Beatles, Magno goes on his normal boring routine until he sees Bailey, the love of his life. What is happening to me?!))
-
(Hi)
-
Sorry for being gone for like ever, and I might go on and off. >.<))
Bailey flew quickly, clutching to Magno. After a while, she sighed and stopped flying. The other dragons did the same. "Where are we even going?" she asked, looking at each.
-
-
Cynder lands and smells. A deer. She hides in the High grass (Do not missunderstand, I mean normal grass) and approaches slowly.
-
"Ringo!" Bailey snapped, landing on the hill Magno pointed to.
"So," she continued, "Should we just...camp...here for now?"
" 'Camp'?" Kurith questioned, tilting his head. "What does that mean?"
"Whatever," Laysa grumbled, "Humans have weird words. Like 'rope' and 'gate' and--"
Bailey growled and glared at the green dragon, raising her head. "Camp means to, like, stay here for a while and sleep," she explained.
-
"Sure", said Magno, looking around."We still have to think names, but first let's put this in top shape. Samala, Kurith and Kithea, you go get branches so we can make a bonfire. Grukem, Ringo, John, Paul, George and Pierre, you go collect some food. Me and Bailey go collect some leaves, to be more confortable. Everyone got it?", explained Magno.
-
Kithea stared at Magno, jaws open in shock. Kurith was doing the same. "You want us to...make...a fire?!" Kithea exclaimed, "What's wrong with you? It'll kill us!" She stared at Bailey, Magno, and the midgets. They were staring at her as if she were crazy.
"Well, humans can control fire," she shrugged, "So can we. We just have to surround it with stones. It'll keep us warm, without burning us."
-
"Yes, its true. And by the way, we are dragons! We survived by way longer than the humans! We survived to extreme conditions! We are smarter than humans! And you say we can't do something humans do aall the time?!", said Magno."Sorry Bailey...", he murmured to Bailey.
"He is right, dragons! Go get rocks, a lot, and sticks! Cut the grass around the place where we will make the fire! Get to work, folks!", said Pierre, jumping around. He cut the grass on a spot where the fire would go, and started covering it with rocks. Magno smiled."Me and Bailey will go get the leaves",said Magno. When the others weren't paying attention, he apologized."Sorry, Bailey. I-I know how connected you are to humans, and... I know we aren't any smarter than them, but I had to get a way to make them work... Sorry, Bailey", said Magno. He shook his head and sighed." I don't wanna do anything wrong... But I also don't wanna lose you", said Magno, sitting on a rock and hiding his head on his hands, shooking his head slowly from side to side.
-
But the deer smells Cynder and runs away. Cynder attack with her shadow power and kills it very fast.
-
"It's okay," whispered Bailey, smiling, "I get it. Anyway, let's go collect some soft plants." She waddled off. *short*
-
Magno followed after Bailey. When they were in deep forest, Magno started to talk while he was colecting plants."Bailey, we now know we love each other, but... We can't pretend things are just gonna be normal. Things will change, and what will Elizabeth think? And also... Wow, I'm embarrassed... You are my mate?", asked Magno shyly, blushing.
-
Bailey didn't say anything for a while, creating a long, awkward silence.
"I guess so," she murmured, looking up at him. Her brown eyes sparkled. Suddenly she blinked and leaned down to pick up some moss.
"Yea, well, um...Elizabeth..." she stammered, "I don't know about her. She looked really..." She closed her eyes. "She looked really hurt and shocked and confused when we flew off. I don't know if she found out about her father's ways, but...I feel like I betrayed her some how." She hung her head, sighing.
-
"Bailey, she saved you. She knows you since you were a little egg. She will never point you as guilty of a crime.You did the best,Bailey. Her father betrayed her, you just helped her discover the truth", said Magno picking up some high grass. "You shouldn't feel bad. Once we have some free time, you can go visit her and apology if you want to", said Magno, taking some moss from the tree. But Magno didn't want her to go. What if she was captured and tortured? He was very worried.
"And about the society, we should call other released dragons...I know a bunch of them. We could do markings on the trees for them to know where the camping is", suggested Magno.
Magno sighed."We haven't got a lot of time alone since...You know...The revelation.And before that, Maxwell almost killed me. I just want this to end so I can be with you", murmured Magno, loud enough so Bailey could hear.
-
At the first thing Magno said, she just nodded absently, thinking about Elizabeth. She was so young...
At the second thing he said, Bailey perked her head up and nodded. "Genius! Magno, you're a genius!" she exclaimed, "We could use our claws to scratch things in the trees. We'd have to scratch them on the side of the tree that they have to go. If there aren't any trees, then we can use claw marks in the dirt. They could get deeper and deeper as they get closer to the camp.
But at the third thing Magno said, Bailey's eyes flashed. She walked over to Magno and nudged him. "Me too," she murmured. She sat there for a moment, then sighed and lifted her head. "They'll be wondering about us..." She gently nudged Magno and walked by him as they returned to the camp. There was a fire going, with large stones surrounding it.
Laysa looked up and shivered. The sun was beginning to set. "We need to build ourselves some dens," she complained. She looked around and found the biggest tree there--an old oak. She ran over to it and dug as hard as she could. Finally, there was an opening where the trees roots sprawled around. Laysa had made a den beside and beneath the tree. It would keep her warm, and, once she rolled a big rock over in front of it, it was hidden. She lifted her head up proudly.
"This is mine. Make yer own," she stated and curled up in the tree den.
((Okay, for now we'll wait for Gamma. She needs to be able to keep up.))
-
((Okay.... But I'll just put my post here...))
Magno claped as he saw the fire."See? You could do it", said Magno.
"Oh yeah...Umm, dens", said Magno. Grukem chuckled. He punched some rocks, making holes big enough to sleep in."Thank you Grukem, how can I repay you?", asked Magno."Eh, I might find out later", said Grukem, chuckling and getting into a den. Pierre and the midgets got into another. There were four more- one for Kithea, one for Kurith, another for Samala and one more."Eh... I can sleep outside", said Magno, blushing and scratching his head.
-
Lol You could sleep with the midgets! xD))
-
(Can my Char meet youre chars?)
-
OMG SORRY :O School's been tough. Tests & projects keep eating up my time. I probally won't be online this week.))
-
(( @Pyroraptor: Sure. Maybe Cynder could be wandering along when she sees the scratch marks on the trees, and then starts to follow them.
@Gamma: It's okay. Do you want us to wait for you or keep roleplaying? We'd be glad to wait. ^^ ))
-
(Thanks)
Cynder wandering arround. Suddenly, she saw some scratch markings on an tree. She starts to follow them.
-
((So can we just launch it up?
The midgets...And Pierre! And I am suspicious about Pierre... He snores and the midgets sing while they sleep. Grukem is more likely to kill you. And Magno prefers to sleep outside rather than die or to spend the night hearing songs and snores.))
-
Lol. If Gamma doesn't reply to us waiting for her or roleplaying in the next 4 hours, we're gonna have to go on. I'll create a roleplay summary for her.
And as for Magno sleeping, Bailey will dig a nice cozy den for them both, at the front of the camp, where they walk in, because they ARE kinda the leaders of of this "society". Anyway, I have something to post on the OOC thread. Keep yer eyes open!))
-
O_O as open as they can be))
-
Hi! YESH! -le does happy dance like a total derp- The tests are over :D Plus, everyone except a few friends are going on white school to Italy, (I'm staying behind 'cause it was too expensive :c), so the teacher's can't give us any HW for a week :3))
-le will read posts and rp-
"Land there, on that hill," said the knucker, and the other dragons decended. "I never caught your name by the way," Samala meowed, nodding torwards the knucker. "Magno," retorted the crimson dragon. "Samala," she answered, and flew the rest of the way in silence.
When the small flight landed on a well-hidden cliff, Samala shifted uneasily. Arwen squirmed slightly beneath her wing, probally from the heat her body was emitting. Kurmii glanced at her incredulously, and turned her attension to the others.
Samala sighed, and lay down. "Samala, Kurith and Kithea, you go get branches so we can make a bonfire. Grukem, Ringo, John, Paul, George and Pierre, you go collect some food. Me and Bailey will go collect some leaves, to be more confortable. Everyone got it?", explained Magno. The felidragon pricked her ears. "Got it," she meowed, eager to check on Arwen.
Her bat-like wings unfolded, and she ascended slowly into the air. Samala gasped. Arwen would fall out if she spread out her wings to much. She folded them quickly, and fell to the ground with a thump. The green forest dragon looked up, and snorted. "What's wrong with your wing?" "Nothing. I think I'll walk," Samala hissed, and galloped into the foliage.
Panting, she finally arrived at a clearing, and unfolded her wings. Arwen tumbled out, and landed on the ground, startled. "Oww... you gave me a wingache," Samala grumbled, and licked her wings tenderly. "Sorry, but you almost fried me. Do you know ghow hot it's in there?" Arwen teased, and pulled some grass out of her hair.
Samala smiled warmly. "The knucker- Magno says we should gather some firewood," Samala explained, and stripped some bark off an oak tree. The air was warm on her fur, and a cool breeze played with her mane. The fae watched as Arwen gathered twigs and branches, and admired her long, wavy hair.
Samala gasped. She realised she loved Arwen. Arwen was like her child. It was peculiar; she had only known Arwen for a month. Yet she felt like she had known her forever. I will protect her. I have to. And I don't care what the others think. I won't let them near her... Samala thought, and decided she would keep Arwen a secret.
Sorry, the colors messed up :<
-
-
(Sorry but, WTH!?!)
-
-
(Sorry, I am very confused at the moment)
-
With what, the rp?))
-
((Oyoyoy! Overmuch OCC stuffy goin' her'! Move to the OCC thread, lads!))
-
Can we rp then? X3))
-
((I think you could do a second post, we are all back at camp and ready to sleep. But this isn't normal... Twizzlerr normally warns somebody before she disappears. Twizzlerr warned me of her vacation, and I was in control.))
-
Hmm.... it's kinda strange actually. When was the last time she logged on even? I haven't seen her on the Leadclaw Flight board for a few days either. Maybe some tests popped up? Or her comp. broke?))
-
-
Samala stumbled into camp, shifting her wings to make them more comfortable with Arwen inside. Some of the others were noticing. Kithea shot her an uneasy glance, and eyed her wing awkwardly. "You...okay?" Kithea asked, "You're wing..."
Samala twitched nervously. Think. Think. Think. What should she do? If she hesitated, Kithea might want to take a look at it, or think something's up. "Uh... it's just a bit.... uh.... sore from the flight," SAmala meowed briskly, and padded swiftly to a curved ledge jutting out from the cliff side, where a small hole had been built by one of the midgit dragons.
Samala squeezed through the openning, and dug out the sides to make the den more spacious. THe ledge was the highest in the camp, and she had a clear view of the stars that began to show as the sky darkened. She sighed, and draped some moss over the entrance to keep it slightly hidden.
The dragoness limped down a small tunnel, that led to a round den. Samala plopped down and unfolded her wings wearily. She placed Arwen gently on the earthen ground, and the her white, silky hair sprawled out on the ground. The elf's eyes were closed, and Samala smiled warmly.
Despite the mild weather, the ground was cool. Samala slipped out of the hole leading to the place where Arwen was sleeping and glided towards the ground. The moon was full, and the stars were already out. She must have missed the sunset while she was digging.
Her comerades where chatting near a small fire, smiles on their faces. She hoped they wouldn't notice her. SAmala felt guilty that she was keeping a secret from them, her trusted friends that had rescued her. But she couldn't tell them about Arwen.
Arwen was still young, only 13 or so, and Samala couldn't, and wouldn't let the others hurt her. She sneaked away, and emerged from the forest and hour later, a huge bundle of lavender stalks strapped to her back. It was too much foliage to make a bed only for her, and she hoped the others wouldn't notice.
She sneaked towards her den, keeping as quiet as she could.
I would write more, but I want you guys to rp too :3
-
Alright, for now we'll wait for Drago to reply. Also, just a few notes I'm going to post in the OOC chat in a second here. hope I don't have to double-post XD))
-
Magno smiled. "This sure is spacious. Now, I just have to act all leader like", joked Magno. He went outside, and looked around. "Everyone has got their food?", he asked. "Yeah, now shut up and let us sleep", grunted Grukem."That was so unexcepted from you, Grukem", said Magno with sarcasm. Magno went inside and sat down at one corner." What should we do tomorrow? Call more dragons, make more markings...", asked Magno.
((No need to fear! General Drago has arrived, with her Muffin Powers!))
-
...
Nice.
XD))
Bailey chuckled and nosed Magno. "For now, we should sleep. We can think better when we're wide awake," she replied warmly. She layed her head down. "Now, sleep." But nearly as soon as Magno fell asleep, she heard something. Bailey shot her head up and quietly, without disturbing Magno, crept out of the den. Grukem was sprawled out in one of the holes in the rocks, while the midgets were piled on top of each other, snoring quietly. Bailey peered around. Something wasn't right.
Something moved out of the corner of her eye. She whipped her head around, catching a glimpse of a furry tail vanishing in the bushes. Bailey crouched down and stalked it silently. She peeked her head around the bush and her eyes widened. She saw a furry body zip into a pile of moss and rocks. Must be a cave, Bailey thought. She followed and poked her head in. It was roomy, with a dark hole--presumingly a tunnel--in the corner. Bailey squeezed in with difficulty and inched through the tunnel. She could hardly fit. Must be a small animal, she thought, irritated as roots scratched her skin.
Finally, she came out into a more roomy hole. It was very dark, but one thing stood out--a pile of white hair. Bailey sniffed it. Finally, as her eyes became adjusted to the night, she could make out the shape. It looked like a human, but it was smaller and had sharper nails, also pointy ears. Bailey's teeth naturally bared. Was anyone else in here with this...thing?
((Don't worry. Like I said in the OOC Chat, Bailey won't give away Sam's secret ;3))
-
Magno blinked his eyes has he thought he saw Bailey move, but he turned his head and went back to sleep again, clutching to a rock(Rocky the rock).
Pierre's snore rumbled through all camping, but Ringo slapped him and Pierre shut himself up.
The midgets sang while they slept." Marie had a little lamb...", they snored.
Grukem smashed his fists into the walls has he slept, dreaming of fighting against an Ice dragon.
-
Samala emerged from the forest, a large bundle of lavender stalks tied to her back. She crept silently like a panther towards her den, towards Arwen. The gentle sound of her flightmate's snoring was calming, but her heart beat against her chest as she neared the den.
Almost there.... Almost there... she thought, and her paw jerked down. She raised it, and saw a footprint. Most likely a dragon's. It had a bumpy ridge, probally from a desert dragon. The ground was moist from a recent shower, and a small puddle had formed inside the footprint.
Intrigued, the dragoness followed the footprints, and gasped. THey led right to her den. Arwen. Samala broke into a run, the lavender stalks on her back bouncing around, some of the strands slipping out. But she didn't care. She had to protect Arwen.
Sure enough, a desert dragon was standing by the entrance to her resting place, it's head stuffed into the hole, apparently too small for the rest of it's body to go through. It was Bailey. Samala snarled, her heart pounding against her chest.
Maybe that's why the crickets had stopped chirping. Maybe they were quiet because they could hear her heart beating against her ribcage. The felidragoness crept forward, and placed her claw on Bailey's back. Her voice was cold and threatening. "If you touch her, you'll be in alot of trouble," she snarled, and just hoped Bailey wouldn't shoot a ball of flame at Arwen in suprise. BUt she was worried about her self too.
-
Well guess what... I made a banner :3
Check out the OOC thread~
-
Just a note: I will probably be inactive for two days or less, simply because of school. I'll check out the banner and get back to you, Gamma. :3 ))
-
OK Twizzy c:
-
Bailey narrowed her eyes. She had heard that voice before, and that furry paw...but she couldn't remember.
"If you even try to attack me, you'll be sorry." She held a claw up to the human-like thing. She felt no sympathy for either creatures, since neither were human or a dragon she knew. Bailey made a low growling sound. Her paralyzing spikes on her tail bristled.
((Sorry if I had Bailey breath fire or anything of the like, I am used to that, and I forgot I had simply made her spikes paralyzing. XDD))
-
Samala eyed the spines warily, and released her grip. But she kept her slitted eyes on Bailey. "Bailey, it's me," she meowed. "Please, don't hurt her. I'll explain everything to you, but first get your head out of my den,"
lol, short :P By the way, just to clear things up. Samala is around the size of a full grown horse))
-
Guys? o.o))
-
Guys? o.o))
Crap, stupid computer. I thought I had posted a rp XDD I had this big ol' paragraph written up...*tear*))
Bailey gasped and tugged her head out of the hole. She stared at Samala. "You! What is it? What are you doing?" she spat out questions.
-
"SHHHH!!!!!!"Samala hissed, pressing her paw against Bailey's jaw."Look, I'll explain everything if you keep your mouth shut! You'll wake up the others if you keep throwing questions at me,"Samala whispered, and shook her head. "Just please, don'tr hurt her,""Her?!? What the heck is it??? Bailey growled, and finally sat down. "Alright, alright. Let me explain it to you.....
((Too tired/lazy to explain everything :P))
Samala's paws moved in a various sequence of movements, illustrating her words. When she was finished, Bailey just stared at her. Confusion? Anger? Nothing? The expression portrayed on her face was impossible to decipher. "It doesn't matter what she is. What matters is who she is,'" Samala concluded, and waited nervously for Bailey's response.
-
Bailey stared at her, her tail twitching. She sighed and stared at the odd creature. "An elf, you say?" she murmured, "I heard Elizabeth speak about elves before. She said something about a man that lives in the North Pole who has a white beard...and elves work for him." She stared at Samala. She looked very confused.
((Lol, we need some comedy. ONE OF SANTA'S ELVES ESCAPED!))
-
Pierre dreamed that he was dancing ballet with a tutu in front of a huge crowd while juggling with the midgets and Magno was in a suit and tie playing a guitar.
Ringo stared at him.
((IS THAT ENOUGH COMEDY? ARE YOU ENTERTAINED?))
-
Dawn was approaching. Samala digested Bailey's words, her eyes moving about as she searched her mind. "Oh! You mean that Santa person? He's some sort of human fairy tail or something... They have this holiday called "Christmas" where they recieve presents under this funny little tree, and the parents tell their kids that Santa brought their presents. Or something like that. I don't quite remember. It's been a while since I studied human celebrations and holidays,"
The felidragon gazed at the sky, which was turning into a gentle hue of pink and orange. "The others will be waking up soon. Dawn is approaching," Samala meowed, and motioned for Bailey to go with her cranium. Arwen would be waking up soon, and she didn't want her to get freaked out if she saw Bailey. Samala hadn't introduced her to the other dragons yet.
Bailet nodded, and turned to go. "Wait," Samala meowed quietly, and placed her paw on Bailey's back. "Don't tell the others yet, ok? Bailey turned, and smiled. "Don't worry, I won't," she whispered.
Bailey padded away, and looked back for the final time. "You know, you can't keep Arwen a secret forever -- You'll have to tell them at some point," she added. Samala sighed. Yeah, I know. We'll work something out, ok? Oh, and rub some herbs on your body - the others might catch Arwen's scent," Samala meowed, and tossed Bailey some lavender. Bailey caught the stalks, and chuckled. "You really do care about that elf, don't you? she said. "Yeah, I do," Samala purred, thinking about Arwen's silky white hair. "Now hurry up, the others will be getting up soon,"
-
Magno yawned as Dawn was approaching.
((Remember,its the den show and tell of Magno plot that comes first))
-
Where is Twizz? o.o
-
*twitch* Last-minute beach vacation. I'm gonna try really hard to stay active guys >.<))
Bailey rubbed the things on her body a bit carelessly, then tossed them into the forest. She trudged back into the den, where Magno was waking up. He stared at her. Bailey snorted and let out a short breath.
"Out on a morning hunt," she said, stretching her body and making a yawn, "I was hoping to surprise you. No luck, though." She sighed and hobbled out of the den, where the skies were bright red and orange. She grinned. Beautiful sunrise.
-
The moment Bailey was gone, Samala went into action. She scurried over to her den and squeezed inside. A dim, blue light filled the space, emitted from a small patch of glowing mushrooms. Arwen yawned, and stretched.
"Hey," she yawned drowsily, and rubbed her eyes. The dragoness smoothed her hair and braided it, fastening the braid with a small vine. "So? Where are we going? I mean, you wouldn't dress me up this way if we weren't going somewhere special," Arwen teased. "Yeah princess, we're going to the forest," Samala retorted, and unfolded her wings, so that Arwen could crawl inside.
"My friends, we need more allies....." said a voice from outside, and Samala pricked her ears. It was Magno's voice. "Arwen, stay here. Go it?" she whispered, and unfolded her wings gently. Arwen plopped onto the ground, and nodded, before scurrying to a corner and hiding in some lavender stalks. "I wrote down in my notebook all the dragons I released. Each one of you has to search the dragons in the notebook pages I give you," the voice added. All clear?"
Samala slithered through the tunnel leading to her relatively sized den, and poked her heads outside - just enough to see what was going on without being seen. Magno was handing out leaflets, each with colorful images and hand written text. "As you see, I added some informations about the dragon. Where they live, and I added also a drawing", Magno explained, as the dragons examined their papers.
"Hmm....Where is Samala?" when all he got as an answer was silence, he just shrugged. "I guess I'll just leave a note," he murmed, and scribbled some words on a sheet of paper. SAmala wondered where he had gotten the sheets. Magno trotted towards her den, Bailey behind him.
Samala jerked backwards, and hid in the darkness. She shut her glowing eyes so that they wouldn't reflect the shafts of sunlight illuminating the entrance to her den. Her ebony pelt made her almost invisible - and her grey nose wasn't much of a problem. THe knucker stuck a note infront of her den, apparently oblivious of her presence. He left her a card with a dragon on in next to the note."We have this one, Bailey. Not a dragon, but a....." his voice trailed off, and he padded off chatting with Bailey.
Samala waited a few minutes, and retreated to her den to grab Arwen. Once the elf was hidden safely in her wings, she creeped out of her den slowly, pretending to be drowsy from just waking up. The camp was mainly deserted, and only Magno, Bailey, and Kurmii remained. Samala picked up the slip in front of her den and shoved it under her wing, before slinking off to the forest.
Once the felidragoness was far enough, she unfolded her wings and scrutinized her paper. It portrayed a large, russet ground dragon, at least twice her size. The dragon hosted long, sharp claws for digging and a luminecent tail. Tiny, sharp crystals coated it's body, acting as a sort of shield.
A note slipped out of the folded paper in her paws, and Arwen dove and caught it. "What's this?" she asked. "'Samala, try and wake up earlier next time! You missed a meeting! We need some more allies, and I made some cards showing some of the dragons I we released. Try and find the dragon on your card, and do try to be present next time we have a meeting!'" Arwen read aloud, and looked at Samala with bright, green eyes.
"It says here this dragon lives somewhere near The Fields," Samala meowed. "Odd, this types of dragons usually inhabit the Dry Plains...," Arwen skipped over, and peered at the sheet. "Hey, it looks like a lidworm of some sort. Maybe it migrated or something because of humans?" she suggested.
Samala shrugged. "Well, we won't find out anything standing here," Samala purred. She crouched down, and let Arwen crawl onto her back. The elf grabbed her long, furry antennae and she ascended into the air, flying straight for the Fields.
Oh and I'm online ^^))
((Ahem! What did I say about OCC talk?))
Magno smiled."You are too kind", said Magno, yawning."Time to... Do the morning speech", yawned Magno. He stepped outside. The other dragons were waddling around the camp."My friends, we need more allies. I wrote down in my notebook all the dragons I released. Each one of you has to search the dragons in the notebook pages I give you. All clear?", asked Magno. The dragons nodded.Magno gave one page to each dragon."As you see, I added some informations about the dragon. Where they live, and I added also a drawing", said Magno. Grukem, Pierre , Maxwell and the midgets nodded and walked to find their specific dragons."Where is Samala? I guess I'll just leave a note", said Magno, and scribbled a note that he put in front of Samala's den."We have this one, Bailey. Not a dragon, but a pseudo-dragon. It's a phenix, and it lives on the same forest I live! Hey, maybe I can show you my den?", asked Magno, showing the notebook page to Bailey. It had a drawing of a phenix on it, with the name, age, speed, abilities...
-
Wait, why would Magno show Bailey his den?))
Bailey looked at Magno and chuckled. "So let's go!" she exclaimed. Then she stopped.
"Erm...what's a pheonix?"
((And *facepalm*. I just realized what Magno meant by "his den". I thought he meant the one Bailey had dug. XD))
-
-
Bailey chuckled. "Couldn't be much better than the one I made," she joked, "I mean, everybody knows that I'm the best den-maker in all of Kirth." She held her head in a very majestic way. Then she chuckled and sighed.
"So...wait...if this phoenix is all...firey...shouldn't the forest already be burnt to rubble if it lives here?"
-
"Fortunately, Phoenix can control their own fire, and if they do make something catch on fire, they put it out with ashes. Here in the forest we have very strict rules. Anyway, come in!", said Magno, sliding into the den. The den was big enough for a dragon as big as Bailey dance around, but the entrance was very slippery, so you had to slide if you didn't want to hurt your tail.
-
Bailey tentatively tiptoed into Magno's den, looking around. There was some sort of thing in the middle. A "nest" of pebbles and leaves. It had some writing on the side.
"'Rocky the Rock'," she read it. Then she chuckled and looked at Magno. "You sure do like that little rock, don't ya?"
-
Magno blushed."Yeah... It is my best frieeend....", said Magno. "Might as well go pick up my books. I might need them", said Magno, putting his books on his shoulder bag.Magno heard a "hawwwwkey!" outside. Magno went outside and saw a familiar face. A firey eagle was smiling at him."You dropped this, Mango", said the phoenix giving a paper to Magno. Magno looked at the paper, it had all the phoenix's details."You need me?", asked the female phoenix. "Errr... Yes, actually, Fuega, we do need you", said Magno. "We? Dude, you do know that Rocky the rock can't need me", explained Fuega with a mexican accent. "No... I am building a dragon army to defeat the humans", explained Magno."Then count me in, friend!", said Fuega."Bail! I found the phoenix", called Magno. Fuega laughed. "Bail?! Dude, we all warned you not to manipulate other dragons... You can't", mocked Fuega. Magno ignored her.
-
Bailey poked her head out and jumped. "Woah!" she exclaimed, "You're bigger than I thought. Bigger than me!" She stepped out of Magno's den and nodded to the phoenix. "So you're this mysterious phoenix I'm hearing about? Glad to meet you."
-
After flying for an hour or so, dragon and elf arrived at the grassy plains known as The Fields. "Well.... here we are...... just look for a large tunnel of some sort," Samala said, and she glided across the plains, Arwen peering down.
Sorry, short. My brother almost crashed my comp. and I'm not in a super good mood ._.
Lol I get it XP))
((Sorry for the delay, Feral-Heart crashed for me for some days :P ))
Fuega smiled. "Such a pleasure too!", said Fuega. "Now, if I remember, some of the dragons you released live around here...", said Fuega, as Magno gave her the notebook. "See? Sunburn is my cousin, and Spyro and Cynder live in the Void cave, Zap hides in these rivers, Bash is in Rocky Hill and Camo is just right behind you", said Fuega, flipping the pages. Magno jumped as he heard the last words and turned back. In the tree behind him, there was a lizard-like dragon of his size peeking from the tree. The lizard\plant dragon smiled and turned. "Careful with the me-", tried to say Magno, but a melon hit his face. Camo laughed and climbed down. "It is rrrrunning Kirrrth the rrrrumor you arrre gonna fight da humans. Is that rrrright?", asked Camo. "Yes...", said Magno, taking melon chunks of his face. "Well, count me on!", said Camo. "Sorrrry I didn't forrmely presented myself, I am Camo, dragon\plant hybrid", said Camo to Bailey.
"There! There!Arwen squealed, and Samala peered down. Sure enough, a large mound of Earth was piled up next to a rock, with a tall, skinny mammal perched ontop of it. The creature had a thin snout, blackish-brown nose, and dusty hued speckles splattered all over it's back. She had never seen something like this before.
"Arwen, we're looking for a dragon, not a weird little-" she paused to glance at the mammal-"prairie mammal" she teased, and Arwen rolled her eyes. Samala resumed gliding, but Arwen pulled tightly on her antenea. "Look! There! The tunnel next to the mammal. Can't you see the movement?" Arwen hissed, pointing towards the ground.
Samala squinted at the place Arwen's finger led to, and infact she did see movement. Something was traveling through the soil - and it was heading straight for the...the... how do you call it? Oh, nevermind. "See it now?" Arwen asked, and leaned across Samala's shoulder. [/color=blue]"Hey! Make sure you don't fall. We'll have to make some sort of saddle for you at some point,"Samala laughed. "And yeah, I see it,"
Samala glanced at the moving mass of Earth, and paid closer attention. It was going faster. Suddenly, a long, slender body leaped out of the soil and snatched the frightened mammal with it's jaws, before gulping it down. "That's him! Definatly the dragon on your sheet," Arwen whispered, and Samala spiralled down.
Just like on the sheet, the dragon had two front legs with long, sharp claws for digging, and a lindworm like body. It had russet scales with a hint of gold or beige here and there, with muddy crystals jutting out here and there. But the one thing the image hadn't displayed were these creatures 6 black eyes - 3 on each side of it's head.
"Uh... hello," Samala meowed, and was careful to hide Arwen in her wings; she was unsure how this dragon would react. But it was too late. Forgetting the possible dangers, Arwen squirmed out of Samala's grip and jumped onto the ground, giggling. "Hello! she chirped, and the dragon blinked his multiple eyes in suprise.
"Arwen! Get back here! Samala growled, and lunged forward, but Arwen ducked and ran up to the dragon, waving the sheet of paper Magno had given them. Samala didn't realize Arwen still had it. "Is this you?" she asked, handing the slip to the dragon. THe lindworm hadn't attacked her yet, so samala relaxed. She padded forward, and grabbed Arwen's middle. "Hey!" she laughed, and rolled around giggling.
Samala smiled. "Sorry, she gets a tad excited sometimes," Samala meowed, and sat down with Arwen in her lap. "I never really introduced myself. I'm Samala, and this is Arwen; we come from the East, and are part of a group of dragons preparing for rebellion against humans," She really shouldn't have added that "rebellion" part.
The dragon folded the card neatly at looked at her with his huge, dark pupils, and cocked an eyebrow. [/color=yellow]"Well, if you're planning on fighting humans, then why were you trying to hide an elf from me earlier?" he asked. Samala was suprised how gentle is tone was. She also wasn't expecting him to have an Irish accent.
Samala sighed. At least the dragon had recognised Arwen as an elf - unlike Bailey, who thought Arwen was a mini human. The dragons back at camp don't have eh... alot of experience with elves, humans and such, so they would probally think Arwen was a human and attack her - I ran into that problem earlier. I wasn't sure how you would react," The dragon thought about this for a moment, and handed Arwen the sheet, which she took eagerly.
"And yes, I am the dragon on that sheet he said calmly, and gave Arwen a curt nod. "And I presume you would like me to participate in 'yer rebellion, eh lassy?" Samala nodded. Magno sent us. He's kind of like the leader of the rebellion," The dragon nodded, and licked the remnants of food from his lips.
"We should be going," Arwen yawned, who was obviously bored already. THe dragon nodded and prepared to leap into the soil. "I'll follow the cooler soil from ye're shadows flying over head," he grunted, and wriggled into the Earth. "Me' names' Faolan by de' way," he said, and dissapeared beneath the soil.
Arwen jumped on Samala's back, clearly glad to be moving again, and grabbed onto her antenea. Samala unfolded her thin wings and took to the skies.
Oh, and I'm not sure why the colors messed up in the last couple of paragraphs. I'll try to fix it later :3 Nvm, I figured it out.
So, before long, Magno, Bailey, and the phoenix had arrived at the camp. Bailey saw that the camp seemed almost deserted. They were the first one's back. The fire was out and cold, and the ground was still. Bailey sighed pleasantly and looked around. "So, Fuego," she said, "this is our camp. We aren't sure if this is will be a permanent hide-out, but for now, we are living here. As you can see, there's the forest right there for food, dens, and firewood. This little clearing right here is where we actually...live, and where most of the dens are. Because we are on a forested hill, we hope nobody would come looking for us here. I suspect they'd search for us in the mountains or the desert--somewhere that seems like we are desperate to hide." Bailey showed Fuego some of the dens and where the best prey is in the forest. She allowed Magno to explain and comment on things, as well.
In the end, Bailey asked, "So, where would you like your den to be? I hate to say it, but I don't think you can really share a den..." She gestured to the bird-like dragon's flames that licked at the air.
Fuega smiled. "My way of sleeping is making myself turn to ashes... So I just need a safe place where nobody messes with my ashes", explained Fuega. Camo smiled. "I can sleep in my melon fortress... Just don't approach it!", said Camo, and hid in his exploding melon fortress. "YAAAAAKABLOOOEIHOOOOO!", they heard in the distance. A marsupial dragon landed right in front of them. "Me name's be Kablooei! Whozzone of ya mates is Magno?", asked the energetic Kangaroo-like dragon. "Me! But where is-", said Magno, but was interrupted by the arrival of a tired panting Grukem. "Magno! Why did you assign such a maniac!", asked Grukem. "Hooohey! Ya dun call me maniac, nooo ya do not, wanker!", angrily replied Kablooei. "Anyway, me be here, me heard ya'll need me! Ain't that right, mate?", asked Kablooei, still jumping, "Yes... You are fast and-", started to say Magno, but was again interrupted. "Very wellya the be true! True truth that be! I am fast and jumpy as a bumpy kangaroo!", said Kablooei. "Has Grukem explained you-", said Magno, but was interrupted again. "Yeahyeahyeah yeah he did, mate!", interrupted Kablooei. "Very well. This is Bailey, the phoenix you see over there cooking a porkchop with her tail is Fuega, and in that melon fortress over there Camo is hiding", said Magno, happy to not be interrupted. "Hey fellas! Nice to meet ya'll!", joyfully said Kablooei.
Kurith looked at his piece of paper. Humph. It was some strange dragon with only two legs. It used its wings as front legs. It had a long tail and a scraggly head. Kurith couldn't read the writing on it. He shrugged and guessed from the picture. It was in a lush field. Kurith lifted into the air and headed for The Fields.
As he arrived tentatively--he was in two-legged territory--he sniffed around. Nobody. Unfortunately, the elevation of the land was so low that he could hardly stay awake. The hill, at least, only made him the slightest bit drowsy. But now, Kurith trudged along the grass tiredly, looking around. Suddenly, he saw a figure in the distance. Its head was lifted, staring at him. Kurith snorted and tried to look as menacing as possible, which didn't look like much in his state. The figure zipped by him and Kurith realized it was that dragon.
"Hey," he snorted, "I've been looking for you. Are you this picture?" He held up the paper.
"Actually, I'm a dragon," the dragon joked, "Not a picture." Kurith grunted irritably.
"But yes, that's me. I'm a field dragon," the dragon smiled, "My name is Orth. Are you with that knucker?" Kurith nodded.
"He, Magno, sent me to get you."
"Well, friend, you're mighty tired. Must've been a long trip," Orth chuckled.
"No," Kurith sighed,"It's just that I'm cold-blooded. Low elevation." Kurith shook himself. Orth blinked in a puzzled way.
"No matter. Why does the knucker need me?"
"We're building up an army of dragons," Kurith explained quietly, "To fight back the humans. We actually have some human allies."
"An army?" gasped Orth, "Well, you ain't gonna want me. I'm not the fighting type. I'm more of a...maker. I make things."
"Like what?"
"Like..." Orth stammered, "Like weapons, I guess." Kurith's eyes widened.
"Weapons?" he repeated, "Like the humans use?" Orth nodded, while Kurith simply stared, mouth open. That had woken him up.
"Some simple weapons," Orth explained awkwardly, "Just like...claws made out of rock and clay that you can slip over your current ones. I even made a fire-focuser! You can put it up to your mouth and you can blow fire, and it will focus it on your target. I have ones that make your fire blow up at the end...ones that make your fire shoot in different directions."
"And you say you won't help," Kurith chuckled, sighing. "Well, how many do you have?"
"Lots."
"I guess we'll have to just transport them all to camp."
"Wait, what?" Orth gasped, "You have a camp?" Kurith nodded.
"For now," he continued, "Let's just take whatever we can carry." So Orth led Kurith to his underground cave, where he grew even more tired, and showed him his weapons. Kurith was amazed. There were shiny tubes; some were cylinders, others had multiple cylenders sticking out, while some were long tubes with cones at the end. Those must be the fire-focusers. And then in a corner. there was a small stack of smooth rock claws. They were hollow, and Kurith even tried one on. It was a little big, but Orth said that he could size them up to the dragon. Kurith clawed the ground and it sliced through perfectly. He was even more amazed.
"Let's take the claws first," he said. Orth nodded and grabbed a clawful of them with her back claws. Kurith grabbed some claws in his front legs and some fire-focusers with his back. They flew off.
Kithea grabbed her paper eagerly. She was curious. Who did she get? When she looked, Kithea saw that it was a dragon with a short body and a long neck. The tail was thick, but long, while its wings were broad. It had a severe underbite, and a swan-like shape to the neck. Kithea could read the text because of Samala's teachings. She read: "Unknown name. Mountain dragon." She headed for the mountains eagerly. Back home, she thought.
As she was flying into the mountains, she saw a human camp below her. Her face turned grim. The humans had spotted her, but they didn't do anything. Perhaps they had seen many dragons fly in and out of these mountains. Or mayeb they thought she was with the humans. Either way, she was safe. She entered the mountains and looked around. She glanced at the picture again. This dragon had extremely dark scales. It must live in a cave. Kithea landed and quickly scuttled across the rocky landscape, poking her head in tunnel after tunnel. From the picture, the dragon was very small--only the size of a lion. Finally, Kithea found a cave large enough. She poked her head in and cautiously scuttled in. She sniffed the walls. It smelled of dragon. Kithea sighed and looked around. It was pitch black. She couldn't see anything. She lifted up a claw and a little spark of electricity zigged back and forth out of her claw, creating a faint blue light. Kithea shrieked and jumped back, her light going out. She had seen two pairs of round, yellow eyes staring at her, the faint image of a body around it. Kithea backed out of the cave, feeling like something was following her. When she got out of it, there was a little dragon with massive eyes staring up at her. It's head was small, along with its neck, but its body was short and flat, with a tail the same way. It had golden-brown stripes down its body. It's wings were pressed almost flat to the side of its body. Then the wings relaxed.
"Oh, hey, you're with that snake-dragon," the dragon chirped. It was a strange sound for such an underbite.
"No, I'm not with a snake-dragon..." Kithea murmured, "I'm with a knucker named Magno." The dragon snorted in an amused way.
"Yeah, that's what I was talking about. Around here, we call those nuggie-whatevers snake-dragons," the small dragon explained. "Whaddo ya' want?" Kithea shrugged.
"Does this happen to be you?" she asked, holding up the picture. The dragon scanned it carefully. Then he smiled.
"Yup," he squawked, "That'd be me. You can tell by my little brown stripe on my tail." He whipped his tail around and pointed to a stripe on his tail that looked like every single other one, except that it seemed more brown than golden-brown.
"So, what does the nuggie want?" he asked.
"Would you like to join us?" Kithea asked, a little bit too quickly, "We have created a band of dragons, and we plan to fight against the humans."
"Humans done nothing."
Kithea blinked.
"They've done plenty. They've killed dragons, captured us, tried to make us give them rides..."
Now, the little dragon blinked.
"They done nothing like that here. Around here, they only look around. Don't bother us, we don't bother them."
Kithea snorted. "Well they do much more than 'look around' in the Western parts of the mountains, where there are bigger dragons. My brother and I saw the humans kill Miroc!" The little dragon jumped back in horror.
"The twoleggies killin' Miroc?" he echoed, "Oh no. I'll help. My name's Larly. I can see in the dark, and I can climb up walls and cielings." The dragon nodded proudly and flapped his little wings together, hovering in the air in front of Kithea. "I can also fit into tight spaces, run really fast, and breathe smoke." Kithea chuckled.
"Well, I'm Kithea," she introduced herself politely, "And I can control lightning and fly very high." Larly nodded, made a little humming noise, and zoomed off. Kithea followed best she could. "Do you even know where to go?" Larly looked back, guilty. Kithea chuckled and took the lead.
LIVE!!!!! LIVE!!!! -performs CPR on rp-
Kurmii: What's the status doctor Gamma?
Me:It doesn't look good....
kurmii:-le gasp-
Samala:What's going on?
Me:The rp is dying!
Samala:WHAT???? -goes into chaotic state- NUUUUUUUU!!
Me:I must save it!!!
When the small group arrived at the clearing in the forest a few miles away from camp, Samala spiraled down. Foalan's head popped out of the soil, and he look at her in a flummoxed manner. "Why are you stoppin'?" he asked.
Samala sighed. "Remember what I told you earlier? The other dragons don't know about Aren yet. Don't tell them anything, ok?". She could have been more convincing, but she was tired from the long flight. Arwen was already asleep. "Well alright. But don't get me into trouble," the dragon teased. SAmala nodded wearily and tucked Arwen under her wing. "Let's walk from here,"
Kurmii opened her eyes drowsily. It was noon. Almost everyone in camp was gone.There was a wrinkled paper in front of her nose, waiting for her. She sighed. So that's where everyone went.... She yawned, and picked up the paper in her paws.
It portrayed a small, slender dragon perched on a tree limb licking a fruit of some sort. It hand long, frail wings that resembled those of a butterfly, it's eyes just as insect-like. "Well, this dragon should be easy to find...." Kurmii grumbled, thinking of the dragon's size.
((Magno: Shhh! It's hibernating season for Dragonite! Don't wake her up, or else-
Dragonite: RAWWWWWWWR!
Magno: Oops.))
"For Saint Indigo's sake, Kablooei, stop jumping", a voice was heard. The present dragons turned around to find the heroes of dragons : Skylanders.Magno could recognise some of them, like Sunburn, that instantenly nuzzled his cousin Fuega, Zap, that Magno was very fond of since Zap used electricity and water, Bash, that was Grukem's idol, Cynder, Spyro, Whirlwind. Camo was one of them, but Camo was already there ((durr-hurr, I'm sooo smurt)). Soon, Pierre arrived pushing a dragon that looked like a statue. "Wait... Is that... No... Leodan?", asked Magno, amazed at the sight of his idol. The dragon that looked a statue smiled and bowed. "A pleasure to see you again, Magno. I see you are in need of all our services", stated Leodan(Draco Mysticus Indiana)
((Gamma, I made a list with some dragons you can choose in the OCC thread, just to help. Oh, and RAWWWWWWR!))
Ok, I'll make sure to check it out))
I will not allow Spyro, nor any other game to mix with this. Allowing the dragonology terms, the pheonix, and the elf was a huge stretch (as the world of Kirth is not for all mythical creatures such as pheonixes and elves. Only dragons) but I can't allow any more. Sorry, Dragonite, but try to stick to the roleplay's idea of Kirth.))
-
Ok.))
"Y-Yes... We are trying to take on a riot against the humans... For them to stop killing, capturing dragons...", said Magno, so excited about seeing his idol. "I must agree to join such a noble cause", said Leodan. Magno just paralized, looking like an idiot. Kablooei waved his hand in front of his eyes."Is that a natural instinct of the Knuckers?", asked Fuega, looking at paralized Magno. " I think he is just too excited about seeing his idol", said Grukem. The Midgets arrived crashing in. "Magno! Magno! T-T-The Hy-Hy-Hydra!", said Ringo. Magno shook his head and unparalized, looked at little dragons. "What I feared. It's hungry", said Magno. The Hydra the Midgets were talking about came crashing in. The Hydra stopped right in front of Leodan and the three heads roared at the same time. Leodan didn't even blink. Leodan just poked the Hydra's closest head under the nose. The Hydra roared in pain, and came to it's senses."What-at-at happened-ed-ed?", said the three headed dragon. "You were hungry again", simply said Leodan. "Aww-w-w... Shucks-cks-cks, sorry for the damage we caused-ed-ed", said the Hydra. "Past is Past. Now, do you remember why you are here?", asked Leodan. "That tiny dragons said something about revenge against the humans?", asked the Hydra. "Yes", simply answered Leodan. "Magno!", growled Ringo. "Why did you ask us to manage such a huge dragon?!", growled\asked John. "There are no such things as small dragons, only small minds", answered Magno.
(Hydra are still dragons. And Draco Mysticus Indiana too.)
-
Drago, I JUST told you that no Spyro or anything will be involved here. And Magno shouldn't know any other dragon outside of the Knucker Forest until he met Bailey and went on that whole adventure. And I'm still a little iffy on dragonology terms. If you read the intro on the roleplay, you'll get it.))
-
Btw, who the heck is Leodan? o.o
Kurmii stretched her wings and faltered, partially falling and partially landing awkwardly. She realized this dragon would be impossible to spot from above. She sighed, and trudged into the forest, relying on the background of the image on her card to guide her. The world looked so different in comparison to the view from above...
Sorry, that's all I have time for today.
-
Btw, who the heck is Leodan? o.o
Some sort of Spyro guy, I think. o-o ))
-
((Actually, Leodan is the Draco Mysticus Indiana. Not a Spyro guy, I know them all. Leodan is the combination of Leonardo and Dante.))
-
Okay, but remember, the dragons shouldn't know many outside of their territory. I'm actually surprised that Magno knew some of the dragons they released' names. >.<))
-
((Well, Fuega is his neighbour,-technically lives in the closest den- and Leodan is an old friend of Grukem, and the rest Magno only pointed down their names. Because he is crazy. And the Hydra... Let's just put it outside so no one talks about it again. No more Hydra.))
-
Tired....School = no rp for today
*points at siggie*
-
Well I'm sorry Gamma :/ School seems to be quite heavy for everybody lately.
I'm putting this roleplay on hold until we can all roleplay actively, to make it more fun for us all.))
-
((Okaay, I will just keep it on bumping.))
-
((-sigh- I could use some dragons in these times))
-
Yes, me too. Gamma, are you awake yet? If not, I'm getting a little bit worried about the roleplay. You could simple reply to this OOC post of mine, or if there are more things you need to say, please PM me, Gamma.))
-
PMed you both. :)
