Characters / The Lions of Altumbria: The Royal Family

Hi everyone! I want to introduce to you the Royal family of the Lions of Altumbria
( If you are interested in joining the pride, all the characters besides Usiku and Safi can be adopted from me for free since a lot of people dont like changing how their character looks. Most of us are dark/greyscale colors. message me if interested... DO NOT STEAL THESE)
Also if you want to join it the fun you can create a character to fill in the blanks and see if it gets accepted
Usiku and Kula still need mates.
However if you create Kula's mate, she needs to be believable...aka the genetics of their cubs should have partially came from her so she should look like them

After giving up her firstborn cub to the Skyelanders for a better lifestyle in a time of famine, Malaika wandered through the wilderness trying to keep the other cub in her womb alive. She knew the Skyelanders wouldn't accept a rouge but maybe they would show mercy to a cub. Her mate had been viciously killed by hyenas. She was able to tough it out and make it to a far away land where she was taken in by a hospitable gorilla family. There she gave birth to Kula. After many years, Malaika and Kula reunited with Usiku and joined his pride. She now resides as the prides highest and most respected elder.

Update 12/10/12: Glowsticks have been fixed, as well as shuttershades on canines. I also added a few new items

I set this up so you simply replace the items.cfg file if you have the large item pack (www.tinyurl.com/itempack2) with all the items from Ringo & Delay,GoldChocobo, Ouka and Tetsu.
This way all items will be included.

Also when placing files in the folder Feral Heart/media/items click yes to overwrite the originals when it pops up

Species / Berserker Lion Pride help needed

Hi everyone! I have been given the task of creating an enemy pride for Skyelands for RPs and etc.

I know for a fact that they will be a clan of berserker lions or some other large cat. They are very muscular, even the females and they also have a zombie-ish complexion with dark veins showing.All members have some sort of symbols which I need help with deciding. I am making presets for anyone who is interested and if so you may post a character idea.
Their leader's name is Usiku (meaning night) which I will post a bio and picture of later.

Their homeland is very mountainous and has lots of dark forests. The weather is freezing rain and snow and its always night outside. There is a large temple, a training area and more. I'm working on this map and it will be a part of a larger map system that me and Cardew are making for this clan and Skyelands. Also these are very nice maps, well worth the download.

I need maybe a couple people to help with the little details, history, and other things with this clan....heck I need help with the name

and of course we need members! Skyelands is almost at the 100 member mark with probably 20+ regular members
we gotta catch up!

Warning this is a HUGE map, try not to get lost

The 3 main islands are North Paw, East Paw and West paw Islands.
NOTE: I was unable to finish this map because map maker kept crashing on me and I was only able to recover some of the files.
I will more than likely make an updated version when I have time

Game Help / Map maker has stopped working

Hi everyone, I havent been able to find any other posts about this, but I need help.
When I go to tools on the main menu and click map maker, I get the "feral heart has stopped working message"
I've had this happen several times and it happens randomly. This time I had just made an object and went back to map maker.
Also, everything else works fine. I can still play the game and use object maker and etc. i just cant get into map maker.
The only solution I've found is to uninstall and reinstall the game. But I really dont want to do that because I have objects saved in the default object folders and Ill lose them. then I have to replace them on my maps.

Hi I wanted to see what everyone's feedback and interest level was on this. But I wanted to start FH team hide and seek.

The rules are in green

Feral Heart Team Hide and Seek

~GENERAL RULES~

- You must be a member of the group "TEAM H&S"
- Group meets at Temple of Dreams
- only ShelbyRB(REFEREE) can use general chat in Temple of Dreams

~APPEARANCE RULES~
- Each player is required to change their Tail Tip color to their team color and put the color (or first letter of the color if it doesnt fit) in your player name.
- You can also use markings, items or wings of your team color
- Only team captains can have team colored pelt or mane.
- Team captains have to have "(color) CAPTAIN"as their player name and be for the most part the team color.
- You can be either feline or canine
- You may be asked to switch teams to even things out, and volunteers are always encouaged.

~IN GAME RULES~

- Teams gather in groups before the game starts
- Captains are responsible for recruiting team members and making sure their apperances are correct. They also have to keep their team together before the game starts.
- Once all players are ready, Ref decides which teams are hiding and which are seeking.
- Ref keeps time while players hide and says when teams can start seeking after 5 mins

- Flying as high as you can while hiding is not considered a hiding spot, nor is swimming as deep as you can
- you can't hide on player made maps
- Lonely Cave, Ascension Land, and Sky's Rim are off limits and will result in kicking from the group

- once a seeker finds a hider, the hider has to follow them back to Temple of Dreams. They have the option to help them seek, but they still have to be following.
- For every found person, your team gets a point and finding another captain gets your team five points
- Once you find someone hider has to whisper Ref saying "found by (color)"
- Ref keeps score and lets everyone know when the game has ended. The game ends when everyone is found.
- There is one game a day on most days, you can whisper Ref if she is online and to see the current status of the game. You should whisper if you arrive late or have to leave.

but finding me only gives you 1 point**
