Game Help / "Bad token"

I downloaded the update, AND the patch, but I cant get in game! It says "bad token" every time! How can I get ingame? Please help me!

Characters / Shiros page of DOOM

UserName: Roguedome
Character Name: Shiro
Age of Character: 3 years
Power: Has the power of getting into someones head to control them, both physically and mentally. He also can read minds, and he is very wise. He rarely uses his powers, for it causes him pain.
Bio: His origins are unknown, all he knows is that he has a brother, names Kilot, and Shiro doesn't know where is is. His parents abandoned him and his brother, for they could not care for them. Shiro grew up with his brother until they were both 1 year, where they were separated, When Kilot fell in love with a she-wolf, and left. He did not want to live in the pack were his brothers mate lived, so he went out to find a pack, one that would accept him, and that would give him the love and home he so desperately needed. He traveled far, fought many battles, one in particular, were a pack of rouges attacked, and this is the battle of where he found his power. But he was out numbered and had to use it to defend himself. He accidentally killed one of them, and fled, knowing this would haunt him for the rest of his life, until he came across this pack. He wasnt used to seeing wolves together, playing, hunting and fighting for each other, he only saw the rouges, fighting with each other, demanding power. But here was kind and Friendly, knowing his long , hard journey,and he had a feeling of welcome as he politely asked to join their pack. He loves the people of the pack, and vowed he would never let anything happen to them.
Personality: He still is not used to other wolves, and the incident in which he killed another wolf his always on his mind, his is very touchy and never speaks his mind, so he may come off as rude, but he tries to be kind, and he will stand by his pack, and stand for what is right. He is bold, unafraid of anything.
Rp Sample: Shiro ran for his life, knowing the pack of rouges was on his tail. He had just killed another wolf, with a strange power he never knew he had. He was bewilderd, his thought were going crazy. He turned to the rogues, and told them off.
" Get back or I'll do to you all what I did to him!" he snarled. The other wolves looked afraid, but Shiro knew they were out for revenge for their lost friend. Shiro drew his lips back as a big wolf - almost twice his size - was towering over him, its eyes full of rage
"Your small, and weak, I could easily kill you!" the much larger wolf said. Other wolves were surrounding him, and he knew if he didn't fight he would be their next meal.he curled his lips back, and a deep, menacing growl rumbled out of his chest, and he crouched down, waiting for the other wolf to make his move. Seeing that Shiro wasnt leaving without a fight, the much larger wolf barked, and growled to his pack, "get back, he's mine." as soon as the big wolf moved, Shiro saw his chance, and lunged towards it, teeth bared, and landed squarely on the other wolfs neck. He bit down as hard as he could, shaking, tring to choke the larger wolf off. The massive male, big , icy blue eyes glaring, squealed like a pup and wailed "RETREAT!" and as soon as they arrived, they were gone.
Shiro turned and ran, knowing he had made it alive.
