Game Help / i dont want a preset made i just need help with it (been trying for months)

okay for some reason (yes I checked the manual like someone told me on my last post it didn't help) well anyway for some reason my preset folders aren't showing up in the tool maker preset box  the box is completely  empty and its been empty since I downloaded the game  no  folder preset 1  or whatever  so how the heck do I get it in the game (also I have windows 8 if that has anything ta do with it) ive been trying ta get it ta work for months and no ones been helping me so can someone please help

Game Help / I dont know what to do

This is my first time making a feral heart preset and I looked at a tutorial on youtube and I still cant figure out whats wrong. When I go under the preset maker on feral heart, the box is completely empty, there are no folders I can access, but the files are in the computer I know because I can access them and put them on gimp, but I cant find the folders 1-12 on the actual preset maker in the tools thing of fh. Am I supposed to do something to make them appear in the game?
